The terrorists that carried out the Madrid bombings in March 2004 have been trained at special Al Qaeda based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.The news was broken Tuesday by the chief of the local police department Dragomir Andan at a special press conference. RIA Novosti cited the top police chief as saying that all 11 terrorists left for Spain passing through Sarajevo.
It was also reported that the explosives used in the terror acts were produced in Bosnia.

If it's of any comfort, apparently in some circumstances, the jihaddis don't like the Europeans and prefer to use Pakistanis. Frontpagemag.com posted a link today to a Washington Times article, picked up from Associated Press, that comes out of last week's capture of Al-Qaeda senior operative Abu arraj al-Libbi, that suggests that they don't much like the Uzbeks, Chechens and Tajiks as they were prone to giving up information when captured.
The jihaddists are also inherently racist, and probably look at their blue-eyed Balkan co-religionists as being significantly lesser to Arabs.

How about the now foreign occupied Serbian province of Kosovo? I expect it will not be long before the last Serbian Christians are driven out and the Kosovo Albanians have complete power in a UN/ESCE sponsored Islamic state. There are probably terrorists making use of Kosovo now but they just haven't been detected or publically acknowledged by Western governments.
A great deal of drug trafficing is now carried on by Albanian muslims who have set up criminal organisations in many areas of Europe. Terrorist organisations will certainly avail themselves of these contacts...
