A terror suspect accused of breaching his control order has made two attempts to take his own life since being put back behind bars, it emerged today.Mahmoud Suliman Ahmed Abu Rideh, 33, was sent back to jail last week after allegedly failing to comply with "any of the obligations" imposed by the order, "without reasonable excuse".
He is thought to be the first person accused of breaching one of the controversial new orders, which were imposed in March under The Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 after the Law Lords ruled that holding foreign suspects without trial in Belmarsh prison was illegal and discriminatory.
Rideh, a father of five who was born in Jordan, pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared before Bow Street Magistrates in central London today.
He is alleged to have told his liaison officer that he was not prepared to comply with the tagging conditions of the order which required him to wear an electronic tag.
Rideh, who had been receiving hospital treatment, was charged with breaching the order and sent back to a conventional prison last Wednesday.

She acted for the Guantanamo Bay detainees and the defendants aquitted of involvement in the recent Ricin Plot.
In her earlier career she acted for various IRA defendants.

I expect an apology from you. I have said many times I have no hate or anger at the Jewish people. I questioned the legitimacy of Israel according to Jewish Law, this is a legitimate question, this does not make me anti-Semitic. I said they did have a right to a homeland. I said that both the Israelis and Palestinians should fight their own extremists and try harder for peace. I think that both the Jews and Arabs can share the land. I almost wrote something else more apropos, but instead I'll confine myself to this:
I have no irrational fear of islam, and certainly not of muslims - I went out with a muslim girl for some time, her father eventually turning off that tap (silly kuffir me, I suppose). I have serious doubts, reinforced every time I talk with you on the Ia account, or the Bernard one, or the "Berny" one, about islam, sharia, islamic theology and the 'peaceful' nature of the religion. There is, of course, nothing you can do to force me to believe otherwise; you would be better to move your logic than try to move unearned compassion towards yourself or your dubious ideology. Also, as you're reading this right now, it's hardly "behind your back", which is laughable at best, da'wa at its most probable.
You refuse to refute the Protocols of Zion, claiming ignorance (which, in a way, is almost believable, but not really) on your "Ia" account, and on your 'Barnyard' Bernard account you actually PROMOTE them. There is no world Jewish conspiracy, you slobbering idiot, and if there were, I'd be extremely doubtful if you personally were able to uncover anything about it.
So, in fact, I expect an apology from you to the Jewish people for pressing on with your lies about them and your feigned ignorance about a subject it seems every other muslim I've ever talked to has heard of (gee whiz!).
