Abd Al-Aziz: "Well, do you remember what we just said about the Second Vatican Council in 1965 and about Christianizing the world? It was agreed upon and pre-arranged. John Paul II prepared a five-year plan, on the eve of the third millennium, Christianize the world. His address in 1995 was based on the assumption that by the year 2000, the entire world would be Christianized. Since the plan was not accomplished, the World Council of Churches assigned this mission to the US in January 2001, since the US is the world's unrivaled military power. They named the decade between 2001-2010 "the age of eradicating evil" – "evil" referring to Islam and Muslims.
"The Crusader war is ongoing, because it has been a religious war since the dawn of Islam. Later, colonialism, missionaries, and Christianization were introduced. The Crusader war is ongoing. The Inquisition courts exist to this day. As I told you, the pope who was appointed a few days ago, headed the Inquisition Court, which is now called the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.
And they call Zaynab Abd Al-Aziz a "historian." Note the projection: it is the jihad that is ongoing, while a Crusade is inconceivable today -- but that doesn't stop these fevered paranoid fantasies.

I hope that a number of people in the Vatican read this bizzare history lesson spoken by a important scholar in the Islamic world. The Vatican has been way too soft in their approach to Islam, given all of the Catholics who suffer greatly in Islamic countries. As for the accusation against the World Council of Churches, I am sure that their leadership will be devastated at this assessment. In the good old days of the Soviet Union, the WCC promoted the idea that Christianity was thriving under the yoke of Communism. Today, the only bad guys on the block, according to the WCC, are the US and Israel. Their leadership has never met an Islamist that they didn't embrace and support, in the name of tolerance and diversity. And, after 9/11, the WCC put the blame squarely where it belonged, with the policies of the US and not on the shoulders of the 19 Muslims and their mullahs and Islamic educators, like Dr. Al-Aziz.

Rice says does not know if N.Korea's Kim is sane

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said on Monday she did not know whether North Korean leader Kim Jong-il was sane, a remark that could anger Pyongyang's unpredictable ruler.
Asked if she thought Kim was sane during an interview with MSNBC's "Hardball with Chris Matthews," Rice replied: "I don't know. I've never met the man." The interview was taped on Monday and was to be broadcast on Tuesday.

"We don't want to be reduced to a circus animal doing an act, being told to jump through various hoops or whatever at the behest of the North Koreans," he said.
