Well, some good does seem to come from publicizing [1] death threats. The [2] Reviving Islam site on which a poster prayed that Allah would grant him the privilege to murder me seems to be down. A message at the web address says only: "Account Locked. Please contact sales@mpadc.com."

I don't know if this is because of law enforcement action or their own self-censorship. I'll keep you posted as I find out more.
