BANGKOK: A man was beheaded and three police officers were injured in a bomb blast yesterday as violence blamed on insurgents flared in southern Thailand, police said.The violence followed the shooting on Sunday of three people, including a former village head and a civil servant.
The decapitated body of Boonjan Saiphet, a 59-year-old plantation worker, was found in a fruit orchard and his head was found along a nearby roadside, police Major Suthas Nookhong said.
A note, printed by computer in red ink reading: “You arrested innocent people, so I kill innocent people,” was found on his body, Suthas said. Six bullet cartridges were found nearby, although the body had no bullet wounds, he said. Police have found no witnesses to the killing.
To be fair, the worst atrocity in this cycle of violence so far has been on the government's side, when they allowed some eighty Muslim prisoners to be crushed, dehydrated and overhated to death in a detention truck. None the less, there can be no doubt that the first and enduring cause of violence in a notably polite country is Muslim revolt.

The OIC has an investigative team in Thailand now to investigate the Thai government's handling of south Thailand muslim grievances. Thailand has tried appeasement after the crackdown and. of course, the Islamists see this as weakness. I think it is time for Thailand to really really kick ass.

This may be muslim logic, but it is also criminal logic. One I stopped a thief who had stolen a coat from a rack in a resturant. His excuse was, "I was here last night and they stole mine(coat), so I came back tonight and stole theirs". This kind of logic, criminal or Muslim, is the basis of terrorism. Innocent people have to pay...and with their lives.
This perverted and twisted tactic has been used before in history, it is not the exclusive property of Islam. But, Islam has adopted it as a tool, a weapon of choice. Allah decreed it, Mohammad push it, Mullahs, Imams and Ayatollahs, and millions of fanatics participate in it, support it, and otherwise keep it alive. It's name is Jihad...fighting in Allahs cause...the only innocents in this senario are jihadists and other muslims who toe the mark of Islam and dont waver(and their safety is questionable as well)...the rest are guilty and will get what they have comming to them...terrorism, murder, mayhem...Allah willing...

The OIC (Organization of Islamic Countries) has no business "investigating" any other country. But since the Thai government apparently permitted it, then it behoves that Thai government, along with those of Sri Lanka India, the Philippines, to send investigators to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the U.A.E. to "investigate" the treatment of Thai, Sri Lankan, Indian, and Filipino female domestic workers, who are subject, among other things, to beatings, torture if they are thought to disobey, repeated rape, and sometimes, murder -- for which no Saudi, or Kuwaiti, or Emiratian pays the price. Let there be a thorough investigation of how Infidel quasi-slave labor from Asia is treated in Muslim countries -- and let the results be published far and wide.
So the OIC is "investigating" is it? What's next? A little visit to see if Americans are treating Muslims in the way that the OIC deems appropriate -- that is, in the manner of subservience which sooner rather than later, all Infidels must assume, as Islam, and Muslims, come into their own. That we permit this preposterous situation, and do not expel the enemy behind our own lines, is extraordinary. What will it take?
And what will it take for Thailand to tell the OIC to go to hell? If it worries about a supposed oil boycott, it need not. As J. B. Kelly has noted, even in 1973 the Arab boycott was completely ineffective -- the two most pro-Israel countries, the U.S. and the Netherlands, received more oil than did England and France, two countries hell-bent on appeasing the Arabs. Oil is fungible, and what's more, the OPEC countries have no revenues aside from oil, and their needs are growing. It is possible to prevent sales from this or that oil producer; it is not possible for oil producers to prevent consuming nations from acquiring oil.
Thailand may wish to end its problem not by appeasement, but by other means. Muslims in Thailand -- one hesitates to use the misleading term "Muslim Thais" -- should they continue to prove a security threat, can simply be removed to other countries. The Czechs did it with the Sudeten Germans. Everyone and his uncle has done it, over time. Why not Thailand, whenever the need arises? Such action would have a salutary chastening effect on Muslim behavior in Europe and the United States as well.
