Osama bin Laden tried to buy a massive amount of cocaine, spike it with poison and sell it in the United States, hoping to kill thousands of Americans one year after the 9/11 attacks, The Post has learned.The evil plot failed when the Colombian drug lords bin Laden approached decided it would be bad for their business - and, possibly, for their own health, according to law-enforcement sources familiar with the Drug Enforcement Administration's probe of the aborted transaction. The feds were told of the scheme earlier this year, but its existence had never been made public. The Post has reviewed a document detailing the DEA's findings in the matter, in addition to interviewing sources familiar with the case.
Sources said the feds were told that bin Laden personally met with leaders of a Colombian drug cartel to in 2002 to negotiate the purchase of tons of cocaine, saying that he was willing to spend tens of millions of dollars to finance the deal.
It is nothing suprising since islamists regard drugs weapon against us for al long time.
But there are so many drug abusers in musli world.

I'm not surprised about the connection between Bin laden and drug traffiking. Flooding the West with drugs is just another weapon in their armoury , in which to weaken western civilization . Despite the Afghan government , and US led coalition's attempts to reduce the ammount of opium being produced in Afghanistan, the ammount increases every year.Perhaps this increase in production is more to do Jihadist ideology and strategy rather than just economic reasons alone .

I can't believe this plot is real. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that killing off cocaine abusers is not an effective way to hurt America (It would ease the burden on law enforcement and open a lot of new top jobs in the movie industry). Evil Plot… Are you serious! In a way, he would be doing America a great favor. If many crack heads suddenly dropped dead, the crime rate would dwindle significantly… Crimes like robberies, home invasions, murders, rapes, in particular, would sharply decline along with all the related law enforcement, incarceration, and failed treatment expenses. Also, there is no grater anti-drug message in existence to stop kids from ruining their life’s and that of other innocent people. I do not think sane people should regret the death of those who are already dead in all but name.
Have_mercy...some of the most criminal drug fiends have family's, most of them poor. I visit Muslim websites from time to time,and find a constant complaint. However kaffir women ignore Muslim men, because kaffir women don't marry below their station.
At bottom is an unspoken truth in sexual relations. Men can't marry down, and women marry up (as a general rule). I worked for a black Lt Colonel in the 1970's who was horrified that a nurse Major (white) married a Sergeant (also white), he couldn't understand how a woman could marry down in status.
The muslim solution is "eqalatarian" (like any levelling ideology e.g. communism) break the thermometer, eliminate the scale by which these differences can be adjudged, make everyone the same (slaves to Allah).
Not well understood in the west is that the similarities between Marxist ideology and Islam are too striking, that's why there are so many Marxist Muslims and the idea of a Marxist muslim is NOT a contradiction (Marx is not an atheistic ideology). Both Islam and Marx are leveling ideologies, Islam is doctrinally (not in reality) non racist, non classist and community ownership of land (administered by the ulama who dole it out as rewards and rent income).
I think that is part of the problem, the Muslims are sexually frustrated, they feel humiliated, ignored and the only way to get even, and regain their manhood and pride (as well as access to women) is by destroying that which causes them discomfort and embarassing humiliation.

Poisoned heroin would be more likely -and more effective, since it is generally injected, and not 'tasted' (nasally).
Cocaine, being sniffed, is less likely to be effectively poisonous (unless it were laced with something as deadly as a 'shellfish toxin', or a substance equally lethal and undetectible... but, then the coke, itself, might render it toxilogically inert, so it would require a serious chemist, well-funded lab, animal and then human experiments, etc., etc., to get the dosage right).
Heroin, produced by the Afghanis' and Pakistanis' opium crop, could be adulterated with ricin, etc., and, since the general level of 'smack user' is less aware (narcotized) than a comparable cokehead (energized), this theoretical plot sounds more like a journalistic 'scoop' of the Jason "New Duranty Times" Blair variety than a real danger.

But we also know that Bin Ladens cave-men are not too sophisticated; (in this case, if there is a case,) -it would be a rather naive attempt at murdering Americans.

I do remember seeing many photos of huge marijuana patches and harvesting operations taking place in the Bekka valley in Lebanon in the early 1980's. Huge marijuana production, helping to fund Hezbullah.
You know, any muslim could set up his own production making and selling drugs and do the same thing.
You don't have to go to Colombia to do that. You can do that in the country where you sell drugs to addicts.
