They indicated as many as 50 victims were unaccounted for.In a sign of the continued state of alert in England, police evacuated thousands of people from Birmingham's central entertainment district Saturday night and conducted several controlled explosions to destroy suspicious objects, the British Broadcasting Corp. reported. There was no confirmation of any explosive devices being found.
In southern England, Eurostar train services, which link Paris and London, were delayed Saturday after a security alert closed the Ashford international station for about an hour. Two pieces of unattended luggage were destroyed in controlled explosions and later found to contain nothing suspicious.
In London, many bodies still lay buried in a rat-infested subway tunnel and frantic relatives begged for word about others still missing in the worst attack on London since World War II.
The 7/7 attack spells the beginning of something terrible for the world, that much I can say for sure. I am confident that the British will remember who they are very soon. And I am hopeful that it will serve to wake up the rest of the sleepy West in the process.

Then where are the demonstrations/demonstrators against this un-islamic act? We all saw what the Christians, etc. did when McVee committed murder in Oklahoma City. They showed what their hearts really felt about that atrocity. Where's something comparable from the islamos? There won't be because they are not against it. They're out in the streets doing their lulululu-ing over their happiness that some more "infidels" have bitten the dust. I looked at all of Britain's main daily newspapers yesterday apart from the 'Guardian' which I would never want to touch and noticed that they all crowed on about Islam being fluffy but not one explained how they had arrived at that conclusion nor did they provide a single quotation from Islamic scripture to back up their claims.
The next day after 7/7 the G8 leaders coughed up $3 billion to the 'Palestnians' as danegeld so the signal to the terrorists is that terror does pay. I can see this country caving in whilst the public remains ignorant about Islam.
