This explanation comes from an administrator of an Islamic discussion group. He is trying to explain to the members that the forum does not support terrorism or allow people to post and speak in support of it. Yet this is what the administrator said to support his point:

And please remember, did you hear of any Iraqi terrorist, any incident of beheading, before the US invaded and occupied Iraq? did you hear of any palestinean who blew himself up before zionists stole their home land?
Did you ever hear of 9/11? Or, for that matter, of numerous attacks by Muslims on Jewish settlers in what is now Israel before 1948?
Terrorism is totally condemned by me, as well as any true Muslim, but it is a state army of terrorists with high adrenaline and shoot-them-up gamers in uniform, behind real big guns, that the world should really be more worried from. The US is the only nation that I know of that trains its army personnels to 'kill' not to 'fight'. They are instructed, for example, to demolish a whole building on its inhabitants, instead of searching for someone hiding inside. They don't give second thoughts on innocent civilians killed in the process. What the US is doing is simply making this world less safe for us to live in, pushing whole generations to a lose-lose situations, where you get so desperate, that life and death look the same. Their use of inhumane excessive force are urging more people to turn themselves in to terrorist ideologies, everyday, where taking ones own life, and the mercy of God in the process, without realizing it, is not accounted for anymore"
Of course, in reality the American military is trained to take great care not to harm civilians. But I don't think this fellow is much interested in reality.

on overwhelming force by a state;
if i were confronted by a rabid dog, i would not get down on my hands and knees and fight him with his weapons, my teeth and nails. rather, i would probably stand back at a safe and comfortable distance, probably with a cool drink in my left hand, and turn his infected and fatally diseased brain into a pink mist with some sort of over-spec'd handgun or other suitable weapon. in other words i'm going to use items he can't use and has no defense against. there is no particular honor in putting down a rabid dog, it's just something that must be done, immediately, for the health and well-being of the community.
should the dog attack me unexpectedly, being unprepared i would use whatever was at my immediate disposal, possibly only my bare hands, but again, i'm not getting down and fighting him with my teeth and claws. there is always the possibility that, in an unexpected and usually unprovoked attack(who knows what makes a rabid dog tick), i might be bitten and be exposed to a fatal, if left UNTREATED, virus, so it would be neccessary to know the dogs in my town were healthy and maybe allocate some % of taxes recieved to hire additional dog wardens to keep a look out for strays.
then, if a rabid dog still got through, it would need to be either put down quickly or, if one thought it possible, follow it back to its den and wipe out the whole infected pack.
These but(t)heads try my patience no end
