GAZA CITY - At least a dozen people have been wounded in the latest outbreak of armed clashes between followers of the governing Fatah faction and members of the radical Islamist movement Hamas in the Gaza Strip.As internicine fighting raged in the impoverished Jabaliya refugee camp, just east of Gaza City, hundreds of people took to the streets outside the Palestinian parliament in the West Bank to call for national unity and an end to the security chaos in the occupied territories.
Seven of the casualties were members of Fatah, including several members of the security forces. Two Hamas members were also injured along with three civilians who were caught up in the clashes, which first broke out in the early hours and continued into the early afternoon.
Hamas sources said the violence flared when security forces tried to arrest some of their members wanted in connection with the weekend shooting of a Palestinian security officer.
However, security officials said the first shots were fired by Hamas who then targeted Fatah followers.
Palestinian security services have been involved in a growing number of clashes with Gaza-based militants who openly carry weapons in an illustration of a widespread lawlessness in the territory.
Reacting to the latest violence, Palestinian prime minister Ahmed Qorei said that there could be no justification for the clashes.

Pigs blood is more sacred. If these animals start feeding on each other, I see no cause for concern. That's just part of life under the wing of Islam. Just as in Basra where Shiite hardliners are killing those who are "less Muslim" and not up to code, like wearing head to toe burka's, enjoying beer on a hot day. Or in Bahgdad, blowing fellow muslims because they seek employment as police officers or in the army because they want a peacefull country.
That just isn't the islamic way, so BOOM!

Fitna is a default condition of Islamic societies. Just as it is extraordinarily difficult to achieve stability anywhere in the dar al-Islam, it is extraordinarily difficult to de-stabiliz established democracies in the dar al-Harb. In addition to "Guns, Germs & Steel", the food chain of ideologies includes the ability to efficiently organize a society for the optimization of production in the factors that determine the hierachical ordering. It is amazing that Islamic societies have survived at all, but where they do survive, the populace occupies one of the lowest places in the spectrum of the human condition.

Been thinking about this nuke mecca thing won’t make that much difference [but would make people feel better]?,But what about putting the Israelis in their fallout shelters and nuking the palis?? Don’t the mulsums say it is their fault with the west?? Would not even really need nukes could use the MOAB or the MOP!! This is what the mulsums blame for all their hate of the west and it would stop a lot of dimmi tax too!!
