On 7/7/2005 there was a nuisance using the screen name "Super_Garp" posting cut and paste massive blocks of drivel to clog up every comment section about the London bombings.
I would have your Hosting checkers look into a denial of service attack by him, if they can trace him by some electronic signature.
This started once you bumped him out of the comments.
As Freud (or Sherlock Holmes?) said:
