Two killed, 90 wounded in at least 7 London explosions, Arab sources say probably work of Al-Qaeda

My prayers and good wishes go out to all the victims of this heinous attack, and to all the Jihad Watch readers in Britain. From the [1] BBC, with thanks to Granny Weatherwax, from whom I was quite happy to hear this morning:

Two people died and large numbers of casualties were reported after at least six blasts on the Underground network and a double-decker bus in London.

A police spokeswoman confirmed there had been two deaths at Aldgate and UK home secretary Charles Clarke said the explosions caused "terrible injuries".

The BBC's Frank Gardner said Arab sources said the blasts were probably the work of al-Qaeda.

Also from AP: [2] Senior Israeli official says Scotland Yard told Israel minutes before explosions it had received warnings of possible terror attacks.

Jihad Watch readers will know that this has been a long time coming: here is a post from April 2004, [3] Muslim cleric says attack on London "inevitable".
