Ali Sina is ok

Many many people have written to me asking after the courageous ex-Muslim Ali Sina, whose site FaithFreedom.org is down. I have just heard from Ali, and he is fine. His site is not under attack. Here is his message:

I moved the site to a new server because our previous host DreamHost.com complained of excessive CPU usage. We grew too big for them to handle us. They disconnected the account even though five more months were left. (No refunds!) The new hosting company turned out to be a pirate. They got my money and I never heard from them. So after waiting three days with all my tickets ignored, I decided to forget the money and search for a new host. Now I have a new host and I hope this one would be okay. The site is uploaded. It takes time until it is proliferated accross the WWW. We should be able to see it hopefully today.

Thank you, Ali, for all your brilliant and indefatigable work for the truth and the defense of human rights.

The site www.faithfreedom.org is one to be recommended to those who would like a view of Islam from its defectors, just as one would have learned most about Communism and the KGB (or the NKVD, or the Cheka) and the Comintern, from defectors. Why the ex-Muslims are not consulted, why the C.I.A. and the F.B.I. do not have them on the payroll, why they are not brought in to lecture on how Muslims view the world, or the practice of taqiyya and kitman, and the really very repetitive means by which the nature of Islam is hidden from inspection, through taqiyya and tu quoque, selective quotation, misinterpretation, ignoring of abrogation, and even a little overlooking of the Hadith and the Sira, so that only the Qur'an is discussed -- who can explain all of this better to that Innocent Creature, an FBI or CIA employee, than an ex-Muslim?

I am glad the the site is not "haked" LOL.
www.faithfreedom.org is (like JW) one of the required sites for anyone who wants to be informed about islam.

Good - FaithFreedom.org is an excellent site. It's the one that got me reading about Islam shortly after September 11 2001, so it means a lot to me.

Maybe what's needed next is for some anti-jihad technical types with the funding to establish a webhosting operation, instead of leaving people like Ali Sina to the mercies of "pirates" and fly-by-nights.

Ali Sina's website deserves funding from all right thinking people of the world who do not want to live in fear, who believe in freedom and the oneness of the human race. Come back soon Ali .. we miss you!

Well, this just shows how many people are reading Ali's site, which is a good thing! Keep it up Ali. You may go down in history, along with this site.

You read my mind! I went looking for faithfreedom this morning and couldn't find it. I knew Ali Sina wasn't going to stay away for long. Thanks for the update.

Ali Sina, Robert Spencer and Hugh Fitzgerald are
the intellectual equivalents of Van Helsing, the Vampire Hunter.

The Islamic cult is the greatest swindle of the last 14 centuries. Losing Ali Sina's web site would have done an incalculable damage to the Vampire Hunt.

Thanks for keeping us informed. Not only was I worried last night when I couldn't get the website, but people I've never met wrote to me with concern.

We're all glad it is just a temporary glitch.

Thanks Dr. Ali Sina for caring we the readers. It's refreshing to see the reappearence of FFI website. This is the best source of information about Islam.

Faithfreedom.org is not just to be read, it is to be studied...

dear Jihadwatch, the indonesian and the englsih forum of FFI are still down. Pls ask A Sina why. Many thanks.

My mind is relieved. Thanks for sharing this info.

I'm releaved that Mr. Sina has passed this frustrating phase and found a host that he is satisfied with. There is only a problem left, being the forum itself. It cannot be accessed and does not seem to be online. A http404 error is encountered and this bothers me to the degree that the community is being stalled and could in fact stagnate. FFI.org has certainly become victimized by the excessive success.

I wish Mr. Sina the best, and that he eventually manages to upload the forum and recommence it's functionality.

Pendâre Nik, Goftâre Nik, Kerdâre Nik to every and each one of you.

The Persian Cataphract

Glad at least the homepage of FFI is available now. But I lost the forum when I was really enjoying it.
Meanwhile, many of the FFI members are in http://www.apostatesofislam.com/ I too wish to log in there, but I don't know why do they reject me. (Registered in there, but username hasn't activated yet)
