The retreat from Gaza, however it may seem to non-Muslims as a policy either wise or foolish, clever or shameful, is seen by Muslims as only one thing: a signpost along the way, declaring that the Infidel state is by degrees being shrunk, and that this is no time to stop, but rather, appetites whetted, to continue the relentless Jihad which the Muslims believe is the cause for Sharon's obstinate and clumsy machiavellianism, which ignores the nature of Islam and the psychology of Muslims.

Only one thing will stop -- not end, but stop -- the Jihad, and that is the perception that any Infidel enemy is not only strong, but overwhelmingly stronger, and unhesitant about using any and all weapons, and all the instruments of a counter-Jihad. That perception must always and everywhere be encouraged -- by Israel, by the United States, by the countries of Western Europe, by India, by all Infidel states who whatever their differences, share and will always share a common enemy.

So let me get this straight. All Muslims in America (men, women, and children) have come to America with one agenda in mind.....to kill us all?

Yes, Hugh, but I won't be surprised if we see a few targetted assasinations carried out by Israel against such charming personalities, and there will be far fewer outraged cries when they do it than there were when they picked off Rantisi and Yassin.

Who ever maintained that, or anything even close to that absurdity? And even more absurd than such a claim is the charge that such a claim has ever been made here by anyone in his right mind.

It is true, however, that Jihad to spread Islam does not rely on military conquest alone. Where outright military conquest has not been possible, the fruits of Da'wa and demographic conquest (migration to Lands of the Infidels, and then outbreeding them) certainly can lead to Muslim dominance. "Migration" as a new weapon of Jihad is in fact discussed explicitly in the most mainstream publications -- e.g., the newspaper "Dawn" in Pakistan. Immigrants may come for all sorts of reasons. But there is no reason why Infidels should not wonder if, whatever their other reasons, as long as they remain Believers that they will not lend their suppoort, direct or indirect, to the Jihad -- in only by helping to misinform unwary Infidels. Furthermore, the first-generation economic immigrant can be transformed from "moderate who seems fully integrated to "immoderate" prepared to kill Infidels (see the case of Intel engineer Mike Hawash, who was a smashing American success story, until he got that old-time religion and went off to western China, hoping to join the Taliban and Al Qaeda in Afghanistan and kill his fellow Americans). And still another problem is that of "My Son the Fanatic" -- the second or third-generation Muslim who, for all sorts of reasons (personal setbacks or depression -- which can strike anyone -- may have certain consequences if one views the universe through the prism of Islam), may embrace completely what Qur'an, Hadith, and Sira teach -- rather than ignore those teachings, or the most dangerous of them. Again, how can Infidels separate out those who come and will never be a threat, from those who come and seem harmless but can change, or those whose children may, at some Manchurian-Candidate point in the future, be set off?

The answer is: those helpless Infidels can not. Surely that is worth pointing out.

The retreat from Gaza was a hard choice on Isreal's part to show its willingness to play ball with its financial supporters. I really did not expect the withdrawl to occur back when Sharon announced it. I really thought there would be a series of tit-for-tat excuses why they wouldnt follow through on the pull out.

That said, I'm now looking at the PA with the expectation of "...your move Abbas" I would fully expect Hamas to continue "business as usual" as the withdrawl is a tactical victory for them. I would expect suicide bombings to return to the news, and more rocket attacks on kindergarten schools. I should hope that Isreal continues its policy of targeted-assinations. I see it as a more effective and direct method of asymetrical warfare than depriving the average Abdul Palestinian of a decent job by excessive barrications etc.

So, I secretly encourage the idiot Hamas people to announce themselves and their intentions so that they may be targeted and removed from the problem. Mr Robertson may have trouble repeating the "A" word, I dont: Continue the assasination of Jihadi types.

I'm an Israeli and I must say I'm not too worried about people like this. As they say Talk is cheap. Israel has become very effective at limiting Hamas et al's ablility to act. You will note this guy is hiding in a basement somewhere and talking via a video tape that was smuggled out. Any guess as to why he is doing that? Because if he were to pick up a telephone or walk out of doors he would have a life expectency of a mayfly
