ONE of the targets of the Government’s crackdown on the preachers of hate said last night that he would not try to flee Britain or go into hiding before his expected arrest next week.Muhammad al-Massari, the Saudi dissident, said that if Charles Clarke, the Home Secretary, tried to target him as the first to be deported, he would wreck the initiative in the courts. “He wants to look tough by picking high-profile people, but I am ready to fight him in the courts,” he said.
Another hardliner believed to be on the government list, Yasser al-Siri, an Egyptian-born website operator, said: “I’m not worried about expulsion. My legal team think it’s impossible.”
Mr Clarke said he expected to see the first of the extremists excluded from Britain in the coming week.
Dr al-Massari, 58, who has lived in Britain since 1994, has been condemned by MPs from all parties for reportedly backing the killing of Tony Blair on his website and radio station.
I cannot fathom, for the life of me, why Princess Tony & the Clown Prince Clarke are stating that "deportations will start within weeks"......
Until Great Britain withdraws from Article 3 of the EUrabian Human Rights Act & the 1951 UN Charter for Refugees we are not legally able to deport anyone.

One has only to look at Turkey, where 50% of the population was non-Muslim in Constantinople in 1914, and is now about 1%, and similar, though not quite as dramatic, changes have come about -- mostly through mass murder of non-Muslims, accompanied or followed by persecution -- in the country as a whole. In Alexandria, where the Italian poet Ungaretti and the Greek poet Seferis were born, nothing remains, as nothing remains in Cairo, of the Jewish, Greek, Armenian, Italian, and other non-Muslim popuulations whose families had lived in Egypt for generations (and sometimes for far longer), whose goods were simply seized by the Egyptian government under Nasser, leaving many penniless, and whose treatment forced them to leave.
In Pakistan (formerly West Pakistan), in 1947 15% of the population was Hindu; now it is 1.6%. In Bangladesh (formerly East Pakistan) the non-Muslim population has been reduced in the same period from 35% to 8%. This has happened everywhere that Muslims have ruled over non-Muslims.
But everywhere in the Infidel lands into which Muslims have been heedlessly allowed to penetrate and to settle, they have taken advantage of everything -- the laws, the entitlement programs - and exploited them to the fullest, while never once dropping their loyalty to Islam, their lack of feeling for Infidels or the Infidel nation-state from which they receive benefits, but offer nothing in return save "We are here. This is our country. We are not leaving." That is not exactly an expression of loyalty, but rather something else, something to the effect that: "You can't get rid of us, no matter what. And how much will just this one case against this one primitive subversive and enemy cost the British taxpayers? Will it be half-a-million pounds in legal folderol? Will it be a million pounds? And how many such cases need to be brought? And how much is the monitoring of mosques going to cost? The monitoring of Islamic schools? Of Islamic meeting-places? How much money, and how much effort, and how much tolerance, must Infidels show for this unique group -- unique because neither the Buddhists from Vietnam, nor the Chinese, nor the Hindu immigrants, nor those from the Caribbean or Latin America, refuse to integrate as a matter of ideology, inculcate hatred for the indegenous people and their culture, their laws, their history, their attitudes. No, this is not an "immigrant" problem but a Muslim problem.
This is not a "British" problem with Muslim immigrants, because Muslim immigrants everywhere in Europe -- in France and Spain, in Belgium and Italy, in Sweden and Denmark and Germany, show remarkable similiarites in their inability, their refusal, to "integrate." How can they, after all, given what Islam teaches them to think about non-Muslims? How? This is a problem that cannot be wished away, and those who put their hopes on classes in language and civics, and who think that good jobs will make a difference (all of that will only help Muslims more fully root themselves, more capably conduct Da'wa among the marginal and vulnerable Infidels, and propaganda among the other Infidels to keep them from taking the kind of obvious defensive measures that, were they properly informed about Islam, its theory and history, they would), are whistling in the dark. They simply will not permit themselves to see what is staring them in the face -- staring even in that same dark.
So tell us again -- how much is this al-Massari, who has lived indisturbed for 11 years in the United Kingdom -- going to cost in trying to evict him from his squatting, and claiming squatters' rights, Muslim rights, to the lands, the countries, of those unworthy Infidels. How much?

Certainly the evidence for sedition, and or treason is in place for court hearings.
As tolerant as the UK has been in allowing these seditious Imams,and clerics to preach hate, the laws against this cancer should have been well in place for centuries.
One can't help but ask; why are new laws required to remove these preachers of hate today? Why did the UK decide to act only after it was attacked within? Maybe pr-emptive thinking could have possibly saved those British lives?
They are clearly taking advantage of our freedoms and our tolerance to bring the controlling influence of Islam wherever they can as Hugh so aptly points out above.
The entire west, and civilized society itself needs to confront the totalitarina movement that is Islam in international gatherings without the corrupting influence of the UN. They need to look at its history,its effect on the demographics of every country over the past 1,300 years that it moved into, they need to define how countries gave into its violent will so that they cannot and will not make the same mistakes.

Extraordinarily well put. The only solace I can take from this piece is that in the U.S., at least so far, our primary immigration problem is with unchecked Latino hordes streaming in illegally on our southern border.
However, the longer we continue as a blind, multicultural (as opposed to assimilationist), politically correct nation, the quicker we will be facing precisely the same kind of dilemma that is surely facing Britain now with these creeps. The writing is on the wall, so to speak, and the camel's nose is certainly under the tent (e.g., witness the absurd power of a very questionable organization such as CAIR). (Sorry for the two cliches in one sentence!)
Istanbul (f.k.a. Constantinople) remains one of my favorite cities still, but I would agree that there is something sad and haunting in exploring a place that used to be the epitome of religious diversity, only to see everything now through the prism of overwhelmingly Muslim Turkey. The only thing that allowed Turkey even the semblance of democracy, which persists, at least in theory, to this day, was a secular benevolent dictator like Ataturk--perhaps the most underrated 20th century figure I can think of.
