A new publication by the Islamic Front of the Iraqi Resistance reminds the Muslim ummah of its duty to engage in jihad. From the SITE Institute:
Introducing the magazine is an editorial documenting its purpose, stating that it is to be an education tool for the Muslim Ummah to “know its religion and its Shari’a, and even to know how to fight and how to manage the battle of jihad on its soils.” The article emphasizes that through Ja’ami, the group wishes to unite the Ummah around an “ideological, cultural, and jihadi path.”
Subsequent articles, such as: “The Signs of Victory and Triumph in the Jihad of the Iraqis,” lauds the mujahideen for confronting the “soldiers of the invasions” only days following their entrance to the country, turning the landscape of Iraq into a “blessed field of combat.” Further, the article stresses the need for the insurgency groups in Iraq to unify their ranks as the “first and most pressing mission”.
Do 55% of these mujahideen hail from Saudi Arabia?
This issue of Ja’ami ends with a condemnation of the Iraqi constitution signed by myriad insurgency groups in Iraq including: the Islamic Army, Mujahideen Army, and the Twentieth Revolution Brigades, stating: “With the will and help of Allah, we will continue with our Jihad against the occupier and his helpers. Never will we leave our [fighting] posts until we will realize the religious goals that Allah has imposed upon us”.

And how exactly do these people know it was al-lah who issued these commands? All they have is a memo issued from a man in a few books who died long ago to the effect that this is the case.
What if these people are dead wrong? And what if the guy named Mahomet was wrong too? And, what if al-lah isn't the maker of the universe anyway?
What might just happen to these people?
Has it ever occured to them that they might go to the very place they think are avoiding going to after they die??????
Google the single word "Jihad." You will get 11,000,000 hits. Jihad Watch comes up first, out of those 11,000,000, but that is not the point. The point is that at Jihad Watch, a half-dozen to a dozen stories are put up everyway wherein the word "Jihad" is employed by this or that Muslim spokesman or group or political leader. Yet Infidel spokesmen, groups, political leaders have only started to tentatively tiptoe around the word "Jihad," still inhibited, still nervous about whom they might offend, still hardly daring to say the obvious about Jihad, about the tenets of Islam, about the history of Islam, about Islam itself.
What are they waiting for? Would another attack open those floodgates to a torrent of truth? What does it take? Why does it take so long? What are our political leaders waiting for? Do they think the mere passage of time will calm Muslims down, or make Islam -- not Islam?
Such silence, such criminal negligence, can only make things, in the end, worse for Infidels, and the price to be paid painful, and possibly sky-high.

The answer can be summed up in a nutshell: Muslims are (for the purposes of failed pedagogy) simultaneously tanned and whitewashed.
Muslims being these two things, it is not surprising there is so much PC inertia.
