Since the man clearly IS a terrorist and murderer, he SHOULD be arrested and made to stand trial or else barred entry from entering the United States.
We invaded Iraq to stop a terrorist in his tracks, did we not? We launched a "War on Terror" I believe to pursue and stop others like him (Saddam Hussein). So, why flinch in the middle of the game? This man should not be able to move about freely inside --let alone enter--the USA.
Is there something the Bush Administration doesn't want us to know about their "War on Terror" ?
If he gets to New York, the authorities should arrest him for being involved (allegedly) in the hostage-taking of Americans year ago!
