Friend and ally update from UPI, with thanks to Nicolei:
(UPI) -- Five Saudi nationals have been killed in fighting with U.S. forces in Iraq in the past few days, reports said Saturday.Daily al-Watan quoted unidentified security sources as saying that two of the Saudi fighters identified as Majed Matiti, 19, and Sultan Assiri, 26, both from the region of Kassim, north of Riyadh, traveled secretly to Iraq via Syria a few months ago and joined the Iraqi insurgents in the city of Fallujah.
The two were killed in confrontations with U.S. forces within the past few days, the sources added.
Well, the good news is that at least another one bites dust.

I see that the UPI calls the mass murderers in Iraq "insurgents." This makes a mockery of words and political/historical concepts, just like calling the Hizbullah in Lebanon a "resistance" movement. If we allow the mind benders in the West allied to the jihadists to give new meanings to these terms, then we have lost half the fight. After all, the so-called "insurgents" are overwhelmingly Sunnis who delight in slaughtering Shi'ites, although Musa Sadr's gang collaborates with them. Now what do these "insurgents" or "resistance" fighters have in common with Jean Moulin, let's say, or with Antoine de St. Exupery? Can we liken Shaykh Nasrallah --who speaks not only in jihadist terms but also in Nazi-like terms regarding Jews-- to St Exupery? Did the French or Czech or Yugoslav resistance send agents into Germany to slaughter the civilian population? Semantic subversion was a tool of the Stalinists --especially-- during the so-called Cold War. The term "semantic subversion" was coined by anti-Communists to oppose them. Now, we have another sort of semantic subversion in which political goons like George Galloway, Ken Livingstone, etc., try to cleanse the ugly face of Islamofascism. What can Americans do if the report about Jane Fonda teaming up with Galloway to bring the message of a clean and heroic jihad to American campuses --for the sake of peace-- turns out to be true?
Jane Fonda teaming up with Gruesome Georgie Galloway ???? Pass me a bucket, quick!
I know he fancies himself with the ladieezz, hence his nickname of Gorgeous George, but Jane Fonda is not a teenage Glaswegian secretary with a head full of dreams.
