Yes, of course America brought 9/11 upon itself. But what none of us can figure out is how the Buddhist villagers in Thailand and the Christian farmers in the Philippines, how the Christians of East Timor and now of the Moluccas, by the hundreds of thousands, were responsible for what they have had to endure?
And while the mighty colonialist empire of America, which only pretended to bomb the Serbs and rescue Muslims in both Kosovo and Bosnia, and only pretended to give fantastic amounts of aid over the years to the mujahedin (all those Stinger missiles) in Afghanistan, and only pretended to funnel $50-60 billion to Egypt, and more to Jordan, and more to Pakistan (a "loyal ally of Amierca since 1954" when that silly defense pact was signed between the government of Pakistan and that of the United States), certainly deserved to be bombed by brave Jihadis, what explains, in time and space -- long before America arrived on the scene -- the warfare, interrupted only when checked by more powerful forces, and intermittently conducted in ever possible way when major military conquest was unnecessary -- slaving and raiding parties on the Slavs in the East, on Western Europe from the sea, and of course on black Africans who were castrated on the spot before being taken by slave coffle and dhow to the slave-markets of Islam.
What explains the mass-murder of 60-70 million Hindus (with 250 years of Mughal rule, Muslims might explain that that amounts to a mere 250,000 a year -- and think of how many were "allowed" to live to supply the jizya, and how many others were "allowed" to become Muslims, the ancestors of today's fanatical Paksitanis and less fanatical, perforce, Indian Muslims?
As far as the mighty empire of Israel, which is so vast that it can easily lop off an area like Gaza and grandly hand it over to the Arabs, who have so little land, and so few natural resources, and so little sympathy in the world, that they deserve any tiny scrap they can get -- right? -- of course one cannot conceivably stand up for that Gigantic Empire (which perhaps has a Giant Straw sucking up oil from Gulf Arab reserves, for how else explain the prosperity of the Israelis? Just as there can be no other explanation for American prosperity, there can be no other explanation for Israeli prosperity than the Giant-Straw Theory of diabolical theft.
13 years in America, huh? You can take the boy out of the Muslim Middle East, but how few of those boys can have Islam and the Middle East taken out of them. For every Fouad Ajami, there are ten thousand Alloushs. And that is the problem -- we cannot afford even one more Alloush in this country, as we spend a fortune trying to monitor, to eavesdrop upon, and to pick up, and charge, and give a hearing, and then to consider the legal appeals, and then another hearing, and so on -- of each of these Alloushs, not all of whom have decamped back to the Middle East.
We can't afford this. This is not supposed to be our full-time activity, costing hundreds of millions and billions, to undo the damage of an idiotic immigration policy. This can't go on. We have done nothing to deserve this -- except to have been ruled by fools, who appoint other fools, who do not know what they are doing.

'Alloush is at least clearly recognisable for the grub that he is. Ramadan is another kettle of fish entirely, and an all too seductive one for weak willed western politicians who insist on believing - perhaps out of an unwavering faith in the tenets of multiculturalism - that the lion will lie down with the lamb.
As Doctor Phibes intimates, it should be, in a very real sense, a good thing that crazies like 'Alloush are forever spouting this sort of bile. God knows, he is not short of fellow travellers.
At least 'Alloush and his brothers are an identifiable enemy in clear view. Furthermore, he and those like him seem entirely comfortable in telling us precisely what their aims are.
What both disturbs and amazes me is that few - if any - leaders in Western society seem aware of either their existence, their oft expressed views, or their obvious determination to achieve their goals.
Why are those in power unwilling to act?
As Winston Churchill once said:

On a more serious note, doesn't truth have any value anymore? Apparently not. Or maybe it's critical thought that no longer has any value. We are truly facing an epic battle of good vs evil on a global scale. I'm not trying to be jingoistic or heroic/romantic, I am convinced that this struggle can be reduced to that: good vs evil.
Islam, the left, the venal and corrupt, the ignorant and mentally lazy, the Nazis and antiSemites, their apologists and enablers on one side, the decent people of the world on the other. When a writer intentionally avoids facts, or fabricates lies, because their agenda is more important than truth, that is evil, not "spin".
Between you and me, pay attention to the erosion of society in NOLA. If a natural disaster can cause a city to descend into chaos in 4 days, with the bottomfeeders rising up to terrorize and savage an American city so easily, what can we expect should something like a dirty bomb happen? Granted, part of the results in NOLA are specific to the city's particular set of pre-existing conditions, but I'm sure there are substantial subsets of the population in any city who would capitalize on a disaster for their own gains, the same sort of people who are being targeted by muslim missionaries in US prisons, people who already hate this great country, people who make up the cancerous grudge-bearing, sociopathic underbelly of society.
I am convinced now, after the last 5 days, that should, make that WHEN a catastrophic attack occurs again, we will need to defend ourselves from those who, from within, will try and capitalize on the event, to the detriment of society.
