How do you think they carry out this recruitment? Do you think they appeal to the Qur'an and Sunnah and try to convince young Muslims that they have a religious responsibility to wage war for Islam? And what are the implications of that?
From the TimesOnline, :
THE head of Al-Qaeda in Iraq has established a new terror network in Britain which is recruiting young Muslim fanatics to fight coalition troops.Abu Musab al-Zarqawi has recently set up the group to recruit and train would-be suicide bombers and gunmen, counter-terrorism officials have said.
The new group, Ansar al-Fath — Partisans of Victory — is an offshoot of Ansar al-Islam, an organisation that is to be banned under new anti-terror rules announced by Charles Clarke, the home secretary, last week.
Ansar al-Fath provides logistical support to foreign fighters in Iraq and uses the internet to find new recruits for Zarqawi.
Government officials say a “steady trickle” of about 70 young Muslim men have travelled to Iraq from Britain in the past two years.
They warn that some newly trained “professional jihadists” have returned here and may be planning attacks.
As we follow these stories of Al- Qaedas ability to gather these terrorist forces by establishing networks in countries such as the UK by use of the internet. You can't help asking the question everytime; where, and who is the money for these groups coming from, and how is it channeled to supposively new organizing groups like Ansar Al-Fath?
Is it hand carried through the EU's border states without detection? Is it drawn right out of local bank accounts by operatives within the cell or by local Islamic sympathizers within the UK itself? Is it possible that credit card transactions for jihad support is occuring over the internet?
For the counter-terrorism officials, one of the best sources for zeroing in on these cells is of course to follow the money trail.

How many Muslim "bookshops" & Islamic "community centre's" in the UK have been set up using EU Grants & Lottery cash?
The British bombers who butchered "their own fellow citizens" on that awful day frequented such a place.
We should be looking closer to home for their "funding".
The whole "charity" status of UK Islamic organisations needs looking at quite urgently.
But, as with all things Islamic in the UK, I am not holding my breath waiting for the Establishment to come to its senses.
I wonder how the WW2 generation would have reacted if they were told to accept Nazi propagandaists on British soil during the War - especially if they were ordered to indirectly fund them?
Mackie -
How the WWII generation handled it:
1. If someone resembled a German agent or sympathizer, he was placed under arrest.
2. If the case against the suspect was strong, he was "turned", or executed.
It is said that the British captured every German agent sent to the UK by the Nazis - a great tribute to the British.
Unfortunately Islam continues to get a pass because it is still seen by most as a religion instead of a totalitarian ideology that is determined to place the entire world under Islamic sharia law and estabish a new caliphate.
The third Reich on the other hand was not an established religion and its ugly Nazi head was easier to define.
