October 25, 2005 -- Meet the alleged fiendish Afghani drug lord who bragged about waging jihad on America by poisoning New York's streets with heroin.Haji Baz Mohammad, 47, used his Afghanistan poppy fields for his sickening plot against the city, boasting to cohorts "that selling heroin in the United States was a jihad because they were taking the Americans' money, and the heroin was killing them," a stunning, newly unsealed indictment reveals.
But Mohammad "now faces what all drug kingpins fear the most — justice in a court in the United States, delivered by an American jury on the very streets of New York that he'd sought to poison," said Karen Tandy, administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Mohammad was busted in Kandahar, Afghanistan, in January and finally extradited Friday to Manhattan to face federal charges filed here in 2003.
He became the first person to be extradited from Afghanistan to the United States on federal charges, authorities crowed.

It doesn't happen often, but when it does it sure feels good. It's great to see justice triumph every now and then. And who better to decide his fate than a jury of New Yorkers. I almost wish that I lived in NYC instead of Westchester County.

I wonder if the majority of Muslims will see this as Allah showing his displeasure by allowing Haji Baz Mohammad to fall into the hands of the infidels, or if they see it as Mohammed not fighting Jihad hard enough (jeez, there they go picking on another guy just because his name is Mohammed).
Previous commentary has reminded us that any kind of commerce with these people is a kind of jihad. Should we not find way to extricate ourselves from the use of petroleum products as we are funding their struggle against us? Hmmmmm.
This just shows that no living central authority needs to authorise a terrorist action. This has already been authorised by the Quran and Mohammads traditions. This means that individual muslims can take independant jihad whenever the spirit of Allah moves them. Thats what 'this', Mohammad did, and this Mohammad needs to be put away for a long long time...
