For Ramadan 2005, the new Jordanian TV channel Al-Mamnou' is airing the Syrian-produced TV series Al-Shatat ( "Diaspora" ). [1] The series, which was first aired on Hizbullah's Al-Manar TV during Ramadan 2003, purports to tell the story of Zionism from 1812 up to the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948, and, like the Egyptian series Knight Without a Horse [2] that was aired during Ramadan 2002, depicts a "global Jewish government" that is described in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. It also depicts the notorious blood libel - Jews slaughtering a Christian child to use his blood for Passover matzos. Al-Shatat was also aired by two Iranian channels during Ramadan 2004.Prior to this broadcast, Al-Mamnou' TV board chairman Walid Al-Hadidi told the Jordanian news agency Petra that the channel would be airing the series. He also told the London Arabic-language daily Al-Hayat that the channel would be broadcasting from several other Arab countries as well as from Italy. [3]

On the one hand, such historical bilge is broadcast and consumed with belief.
On the other hand, rational and fact-based analysis of Islam is suppressed and dismissed as so much hate mail from fringe lunatics.

I guess that the Amschel Rothschild guy died because he was hiding in the dungeon of a ruined Romanian castle from villagers with pitchforks that discovered his vampirism and his prying upon innocent children. A vampire needs to eat too. However, the dumb Christian Europeans are oblivious to the Jewish threat and they need Islam to take over and save them. If you read Irshad Manji's book TheTrouble With Islam you will see that in Canada she was taught
to hate Jews in her religious school. When Mohammed was opposed by some Jews in Medina, he had them killed. And from this came the "pigs and monkeys" saying and curses on the "Jews"
Thus, 1300 years later, 15 million Jews around the world are held responsible and must pay some price. That is classic anti Semitism.
Between the teaching of this to Muslim children and then TV programs such as the one MEMRI describes, generations of Muslims are filled with
anti semitism which they carry with them when they immigrate around the world. It is no wonder that anti semitism rises wherever Muslim immigrants live.
Of course, not every Muslim is anti semitic. But, I wouldn't think that many of them will take issue with a fellow Muslim who expresses that view.
The "Palestinian" issue is a proxy for Jew hatred in the Muslim world.

If Abdullah thinks being a nice guy, with fond memories of Deerfield, and having a pretty wife, is enough to blind Americans to the nature of the country he happens to rule, thanks to the British doing unnecessary favor for the Hashemites booted out of the Hejaz by the Al-Saud, he's got another think coming. And if his "adviser" on how to present Islam to the non-Muslims, a certain Joseph Lumbard, thinks he can present his sanitized version of Islam and continue to have it accepted by unwary Infidels -- whose numbers decrease every day -- he too has another think coming. It will be fascinating to see how Lumbard deals, for example, with the contents -- those dozens of Western scholars of Islam, from decades ago, on the subject of Jiahd, whose articles do not date but acquire even more force and pith and relevance now -- of "The Legacy of Jihad."

jihAd bil lasAn: striving by the tongue or word of mouth, that is, preaching against the KAfirs publicly, pasting pejorative labels on them, and threatening them with the defeat and disgrace which await them in this world, and the doom hereafter.
jihAd bil qalam: striving by the pen, that is, writing down on paper and other materials what one has harboured in one’s heart or harangued in one’s speeches or plans to say at the appropriate opportunity. The jihad bil nafs would be the mental exercise of controlling one's freedom of conscience, one's freedom to question, one's freedom to doubt, one's freedom to think critically: in short, a cultural technique of mass brainwashing instilled in each individual so that each individual may submit himself and herself totally to the will of the inerrant tradition (and the corrupt and unscrupulous leaders deemed to be custodians of it).
The jihad bil nafs is the necessary psychological underpinning of the external military jihad -- sort of like U.S. Marines training or Spartan society on a grand civilizational scale.

Right next to the Quran.
Lets see if they can ignore 100,000 copies arriving in the next 3 months,
replace Jews with Muslims, Zionists with Jihadis and 1812 with 2012. Makes much more sane reading.
