More people learning the truth about the threat.
What is the actual number of copies sold? Now multiply that by at least two (for the number passed to friends to read), that is a lot of people who are learning about the threat we are facing in the west.
When you have a book in the top15 in Holland so many weeks, you are talking about ± 100/150.000 copies.
Is it a indecent/inproper question, to ask how many copies such a top 15 means on a scale like the VS ?
If it is the wrong question indeed, sorry about that, here in Holland these kind of things are quite open.

Nothing wrong with the question except the fact that I don't know the answer. I have received no figures from the publishing house.
I very seriously doubt it is that many; evidently there are many more book buyers in Holland than in the U.S.

The book was great. A fast read, yet very informitave. I've bought 2 copies so far, but will be getting more and giving them away for Hanukkah/Christmas . I especially liked the quotes on islam from deTocquville, Churchill and others. Hey, Mr Spencer, what about the idea of forming a PAC? I really think we'd make more of a difference that way.

At last, it seems that writing the truth is becoming acceptable and one must praise this website for bringing this about over the last five years or so.
year and years of lies and revisionism cannot be undone in a short time but this news is proof indeed that the process has started.
The vile revisionism that has permeated the Holocaust and the turned a lifetime war of genocide against the Jews of israel into a struggle for national liberation of a manufactured people also infects virtually all we read about Islam from the left and the MSM.
Totalitarian regimes have always understood that assassination of history is as important as assassination of human beings.
There is a war that we must all fight. it is the war against forgetting history . Demolishing the myths and fabrications of politics will make us free to defend ourselves.

I was also encouraged by your response to Brian's question, that withdrawal from Iraq would only encourage the validity and utility of jihad in the Muslim hearts and minds (the Badr syndrome).
You're obviously aware of the intense debate occurring here at JW regarding the merits of withdrawal from Iraq. JW's vice-President has staked out his position in detail.

I've got my copy! I had to finish Islam Unveiled first though, so I'm still reading it. The sales totals are great news, I believe RS is doing a great service to the western world.
The truth cannot be stopped, regardless how hard the Mohammedans want to stop it. I've already given copies to friends and plan on giving a few more for Christmas presents.
I had to import PIG but it only took 2 weeks to arrive.Its not on the book shelves here(Australia).What a great read.
Forgot to say that I am lending it to friends to read the truth about the death cult.

D.T., yes, we seem to get books a little later here. I couldn't wait, so I ordered mine from Amazon too. Got it last week. It is a wonderful read. I especially like the section on the Crusades. It's disgusting how the Islam-appeasers deliberately lie about that era, deliberately smear and slander the Christians in order to make their friends look better than they are.
Congratulations, Mr. Spencer. I view the popularity of your book as a heartening indication that more people are waking up and hearing the truth. And I think that's because people are just not buying it anymore, this "Religion of Peace" nonsense they keep hearing but just can't see any proof of. I've already got a couple of friends waiting for me to finish it. I probably should have bought them copies at the same time I bought mine, but I just wasn't thinking that far ahead.

Hey feralee, just wondering. We all non-OZs at JW/DW (i believe) think that OZs have a Govt. with the biggest balls. How is it that PIG is not available there? Is it dhimmi panderings or simply lack of resources (maybe Robert could answer that)?
Hi Tushar, yes, I think our govt has a good set of cajones, but I don't think there's anything suspicious about the PIG book not being here. We just get a lot of books later than in the US. Same for TV shows and movies. Maybe it is here now, but when I looked, about 3 weeks ago, it wasn't anywhere. Which is why I ordered it online. Usually I can wait, but not always.
With the NYT bestseller list in hand, I donated two copies last Sunday, October 2, to the Fairfax County Public Library System. Just two weeks previously, no copies were in the system (nor were any on order). When I checked the library site last night, I saw that 10 copies are in the system and, most importantly, are in circulation. I suspected that all 10 are donated copies.
When a book is on the NTY bestseller list, almost all library systems will take copies. Now is the time to get copies of The Guide into the libraries! All public libraries advertise their diversity. Call their hand.
Remember, CAIR has placed copies of their approved materials. Counter that!
