An Iraqi national living in Nashville who made threats of “going jihad” was sentenced this morning to a 57 months in prison for illegal possession of machine guns and a hand grenade, the U.S. attorney’s office said.Ahmed Hassan Al-Uqaily agreed to be deported after serving his prison term, a release from the U.S. attorney’s office said.
He had expressed animosity for the Jewish community and discussed two Jewish facilities in the Nashville area, but he gave no indication of specific plans, according to a plea agreement earlier this year.
This is ungratefulness at its worst: the man is most likely a refugee. Instead of showing gratitude to the country that welcomed him, he resorts to this. He should have been charged for high treason, this is completely disgusting.

Isn't five years a light sentence for fomenting jihad against american citizens? I think we need new federal guidelines for jihad-related crimes. Buying machine guns with the intent to make war on american civilians should carry a stiffer sentence than five years. And, Imams who foment terror attacks in American mosques should be deported at best and charged with capital offenses at worst. anyone remember september 11?

Maybe his fellow Moslem, lawyer and Black Panther leader Malik Shabazz can get this brother sprung early.
Something like England's Treachery Act (the last man hung under it was Arthur Schurch) needs to be considered. If it were available, then deserters such as that Semper-Fi-asseverator now safely back in Lebanon, with apparently no attempts by the American govenrment to get him back, try, and punish him in exemplary fashion, would get something more than --- than the nothing they now apparently get.

Carolyn2, That was a mipselling. They are not so much shades as blinds. It's similar to a Roman blind, with a long draw-string and fastener on which to wind the cord, but it's made up of swords. All the jihadi homes in Mecca have them.

IIRC he got life in Leavenworth, an army prison.

I agree with Waterdragon. The Neo-Nazis are no anti-Islam force. Plus, prison is the best place for any hardcore muslim to go. The most powerful gangs in the prison are the black Islamic gangs. These jihadists are probably untouchable and treated as first class heroes in prison by their all the NOI brothers and newly converted muslims. I think these jihadists should not even be put into a general prison because they will just convert more criminals to Islam and plan terrorist activities through the prisons system, ie. the LA airport bombing plot discovered a few weeks ago.
Allowing a hate-kill how-to manual like the Koran into prisons is a monumentally stupid mistake.
These prisoners are dumbass enough to begin with. There is no reason to arm them with a divine rationale for their animalism.

I hear that every morning the prison cafeteria has a nice selection of sausage, bacon and ham and he is quite fond of pork. While in prison he will admit his homosexual tendencies and marry another inmate named Bruce. In addition, before he is released the news media will be alerted to the fact that he has not only renounced Islam and converted to Judaism, but that he provided the FBI with very credible information on his past associates. That should do it.
