RE: European converts to Jihad
It is one thing to be guided by conscience to a different spiritual path. It is quite another to smash one's past and destroy one's own heritage in the process. Perhaps such converts have a clouded appreciation of their own heritage in the first place, further befuddled by some immature, romantic Orientalist view of Islam. However the Zionism of many of these is in reality antisemitic, they are end times millenialist, who gobble up The Left Behind Series, and believe that when the end times come, most Jews will perish except a handful who embrace Jesus Christ.
And if liberals are the enemies of Israel, what then of Liberals like Sen's Joe Lieberman and Chuck Shumer (mentioned above as wanting to press on with the Saudi Accountability Act).
