Attention WalMart shoppers...

My friend Thomas Woods, author of the superb Politically Incorrect Guide to American History, has notified me that my book The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades) is listed at the tail-end of Wal-Mart's Top 100 Books of 2005.

The book received hardly any published reviews (there were three or four) or other attention (outside of talk radio), but it spent fifteen weeks on the New York Times Bestseller List. I am surprised and grateful that despite the pusillanimity and political correctness of the liberal and conservative mainstream media, people recognized it as a book that would give them the truth. In this is a small sign of hope that a sizeable number of people are not willing to believe the soothing half-truths and distortions currently being peddled by the elites.

Congratulations Robert. Any chance of a French translation? I believe there is a Paris publisher here already interested in one of your earlier books.

Do you have any figures on how many PIGs you have sold so far?

Best Regards

Robert
Your book is 'too hot to review', there are a lot of frightened Dhimmis out there who fear being targeted by Muslims or having their bookstores fire bombed. They can't keep you off the Best Seller List so they try other tactics to hide your name and book.
Our Library here actually has two of your earlier
books : most of the staff are fuzzy Leftists!!
So you HAVE MADE AN IMPACT AROUND THE WORLD which is why THEY WANT TO MUZZLE YOU!!

I notice the number of reviews has gone to 178... but no such list for Wal-mart, that might have been instructive....

Short list today!

now you know why the left hate "Wallmart"!. l will be going to Chapters, ordering another book as a gift for a family member! when l go to Chapters, the always ask the staff, why dont you have this book more available, its on the NewYork's best sellers list! they are puzzled and hopefully curious when l give them the title! well another grilling will be done today!

Walmart has been courageous in carrying the book in the first place. lets give credit where it is due. How many offline bookstores even carry the book?

I purchased mine at Barnes and Noble, and the look on the salesladies face? Priceless!

"....soothing half-truths and distortions currently being peddled by the elites."

Awww c'mon Robert! What exactly is so "elite" about these dhimwhits anyway? Having ones culturaly relativistic head sitting on ones back is hardly "elite". The words "endangered" and "exinct" come to mind.

Regardless that I rarely patronize Walmart, I agree with voletti - this at least shows backbone.

As of 3 PM central time, the book appeared as number 8 on Walmart's "most popular books" list.
