On December, 5 a Palestinian suicide bomber exploded in the Israeli city of Netanya. As a result of that of terrorism 5 Israelis died, 95 were wounded. This act of terrorism has a strategic value. They were a part of the Bosnian Muslim army (by the way, Israel secretly supported the Bosnian Serbs at that time).
There are many Palestinians from the countries of the Persian Gulf, Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine among veterans of these divisions. The natives of Samaria – the area on the Western coast of the river Jordan keep aloof among them. Almost twenty "Samarians" of Al-Asifa came from the villages located in the vicinity of the Palestinian city of Jenin (Silat Al Khartia, Rai, Yamun, Jilabun). Majority of them left the native land at the end of the Sixties - beginning of the Eighties, following their well-known fellow countryman, the ideologist and the first prominent leader of the "Afghani Arabs" Abdalla Azzam (he even was Osama Bin-Ladin's instructor for some time.) Together with him the major part of the "Samarians" participated in operations against the communist regime and the Soviet armies in Afghanistan. There they have established close connections with the activists of the radical Islamic organizations of Egypt (in particular Al-Jamaa Al-Islamiya and Al-Jihad). These "Samarians" together with Egyptians appeared in Bosnia in 1992-94. The Palestinian mojaheds were especially patronized by one of leaders of the "Balkan Arabs " - the Egyptian native, citizen of Denmark Abu Talal Al Kazemi. In 1994-96 he lived in Zagreb and actively participated in organizing the passage of the Arab mojaheds to Bosnia.
After the war many Palestinians have returned to Afghanistan, or went to the countries of the Western Europe and the Middle East. However, some mojaheds, in particular the natives of Samaria, remained on the Balkans. They married Bosnian or Croatian women and received local citizenship. Soon the new citizens of the republics of former Yugoslavia renewed their connections with their relatives in Palestine and Jordan.

I like this thread so will add a couple more pieces of information. The moslems were Nazis collaborators during WWII who perpetrated uncountrd acts of terrorism on the Serbs. Allowing the Serbs to SOLVE their problem unimpeded would have been beneficial in my opinion. Does anyone need to ask WHY Muslims would collaborate with Nazis?
I agree with the idea that the US got involved due to the Pipeline situation in the Balkans. The western world is totally dependant on our oil supply currently and can not ignore threats to it. Of course, why not support the Serbs and pacify the area on their side? With the overall Clinton involvement with Russia it couldn't have had anything to do with fear of them?
I would suggest 2 reasons that Clinton picked the Muslims to support in the Balkans over a more western country like Yugoslavia. This is outside of the usual leftist America hater agenda.
1) Europe is heavily Muslim and obviously backs a lot of Muslim causes. This is probably due to both the money and influence exerted by Muslims in the EU.
2) Clinton had a criminal background and was more comfortable dealing with this type of people. The KLA and other Muslim organisations were both Criminal and terrorist. This made it easier for Clinton to work deals.
One bomb to throw before leaving. The UN forensic experts have come and gone in Kosovo and delivered their report on the alledged Serbian atrocities committed in Kosovo. The un has pretty much bureid the report as it found less than 3000 bodies in non-mass graves. (groups of less than 10 bodies were typical) Over half the bodies found were people with wounds classified as typical military conflict. That is bullet wounds from a distance causing death. No atrocites apparent. The other half were mixed races, ages, sexes. Less than 1000 bodies could, only with the most extreme stretch, be possibly considered as some kind of atrocity. Few obvious signs of torture or close range execution.
Basically we were propagandised by the Liberal and Islamic Press and lefty administrations like Clintoon into entering the conflict on the WRONG SIDE. Hermon, the Syrian Desert, and the Med--i.e., today's Israel and Jordan. I have known Falastin Arabs who claim descent from Bosnian Slavs and Cretan Muslims. I wonder if anyone has further data on these populations.

I wouldn't be surprised to find that the actual population of Arabs that were long term residents of Israel was very small. The area required a lot of effort to make productive which the Arabs did not seem to be able to put out. The place bloomed when the Jews atarted moving back in. A fair number of the so-called Palestinian refugees were immigrants to the area lured by the JOBS not available elsewhere in the dirt poor Arab world.

Several thousand Bosnian Muslims migrated from Bosnia to Israel and Jordan around 1880, after the Congress of Berlin when Bosnia was ceded to the Austro-Hungarian empire. The migration was facilitated by the Ottoman govt. Kemal Karpat says that Muslims were forbidden by Muslim law to live under infidel regimes. The A-H govt, by the way, catered to the Bosnian Muslims who stayed; it favored them in various ways, etc. The Serbs were 40-44 % of the population of Bosnia in 1910, that is, the largest group at that time. The Germans set up the Handschar SS division made up of Bosnian Muslims who murdered Serbs, Jews, and Gypsies.
As to Ruder & Finn, the US govt-connected PR firm that worked for both Croats and Bosnian Muslims, how was it Jewish? Joe Lieberman is a US senator, a Democrat when a Democrat was president; what would you expect from him, anyhow, as a politician? The problem of "leftist Jews" is complicated, but one of the causes is that the American schools and universities suppress real info about Jewish history, such as the relevant facts regarding Bosnia during WW 2, when the Handschar was murdering Jews and others, as said above. To add one more detail, Haj Amin el-Husseini, the British-appointed mufti of Jerusalem [sometimes called "Grand Mufti"], helped the Germans to organize the Handschar. The mufti also collaborated with the Croat fascist "ustashi" govt of Croatia [which annexed Bosnia under Nazi occupation, if I am not mistaken].
