This is in accord with Qur'an 5:33, which is, of course, just one verse away from President Bush's favorite Qur'an verse (and probably the only one he has ever read), 5:32. 5:33 says this: "The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides..."
