I would imagine that that prospect has the mullahs shaking in their boots.

Iran now seeks to become a nuclear power? And plus, snubbed it's nose at the United Nations? Those monsters!!! How dare they!!! This is the United Nations!!! They can't do that, can they? Why not? Sadman Insane did it for 10 years and 17 UN resolutions. Why not the "Terrorist in Chief" of Iran?
Or is this all just a game of "distract the infidel suckers with Iran" while the real work goes on sub rosa elsewhere?
Pakistan spread enough of their stolen technology (thanks, slipshod Dutch research facilities for allowing A.Q. "Father of the Islamic Bomb" Khan to smuggle out crucial info) and it could easily be metastasizing in any of the "peace-loving Islamic Republics" around the globe. Indonesia? Syria? Yemen? Egypt? Turkey? One of the "stans" south of Russia?
Islam, as a whole, wants atomic equivalence with the infidel West, and, while the U.N. frets over The Big Problem in Iran, the real problem is likely spreading quietly in Moslem labs around the globe until Islam's acquisition of a generalized nuclear capability is a fait accompli, decentralized enough to be a true terrorizing potential.
