Although Britain has not addressed in any adequate way the social problems created by the already significant presence in Britain of Muslims who are attached to the Sharia, they want to bring in more. I can't tell from this article if this help wanted ad is coming from any official quarters, but whether it is or isn't, the problem is still not being addressed. "Wanted: Polish Muslim butchers," from SA:
Warsaw - After dentists, nurses, bus drivers, catering workers and handful of plumbers, Britain is now turning to fill another gap in its market. Muslim halal butchers are being requested from Poland, said an ad posted in Poland. The ad, published on the website of Poland's Association of Muslims and in the press in the northeastern Bialystok region, home to a sizeable Muslim community in overwhelmingly Roman Catholic Poland, was seeking to recruit "Muslims... who pray five times a day and adhere to the principles of halal cuisine, with no pork or alcoholic beverages".
A quick plug here for Polish plumbers. They're good and they're cheap; that's why the French didn't want any more of them.
But Polish halal butchers? We need those like a hole in the head. There are kazillions of halal butchers in the UK and all the main supermarkets do halal and kosher meat. Let them eat sprouts.
Bialystok? Wasn't he one of the Producers?
Polish Muslims? These are the only Polish Muslims I know.
I live in an area that has been completely taken over by Muslims. I believe we now have five take-aways on the main road serving halal meat. three years ago there were two. Do we really need any more? I often wonder why animal rights protesters don't ever seem to be campaigning against this. They campaign against everything else. It's either a typically cowerdly reaction, or being so PC that they don't want to offend a minority. No matter how f**ked up they are. Halal meat needs to be banned in Britain and other western countries. That would soon stop them flocking here.
Interested - yes, you are right! Spot on! The famous Polish Bison Vodka called Zubrowka comes from "Polmos" - a destillery in Bialystok! The Polish butchers might not be able to hang on to their job in UK ...if they cannot stand straight.
Anyway, I had premonitions that we Poles would hit the news on JW/DW sooner or later.
First Saudi dawa money for the Centre for Promoting Islam and now this!
To be honest I am not sure if I should rejoice or burst into tears - fewer Muslims in my beloved Poland (good!) , but the problem is ...I live in the UK (not so good!).
Hmmm...another question springs to my mind - will the Polish Muslims civilize the British ones or just the opposite - become radicalized by them? I fear the latter...
A note on Polish Muslims that I owe here - Polish Tatars have been living in Poland since the 14th century, they are fully assimilated, polonized and patriotic. They bravely fought for Poland since the battle of Grunwald (allied Polish and Lithuanian forces against the Teutonic Order) in 1410 throught centuries till WWII (a famous cavalry unit in Eastern Poland). Many have been rewarded with knighthood and lands by Polish kings. During WWII some of them sheltered persecuted Polish Jews giving them false Tatar identity. Even though they have preserved some of very customs (the peaceful ones!) and tradition, they have fully accepted the Latin culture prevalent in Poland.

Unfortunately recently due to the influx of foreign Muslim students and (yes!) convert to Islam (and there are now four times as many of them than our native Tatar Muslims! 25 thousands in total), who accuse Polish Tatars of not being real Muslims (i.e. Tatar women do not wear any head cover and are completely emancipated), Polish Tatars are changing as well. Only recently a Tatar imman Selim Chazbijewicz (an academic and a writer) from the Gdansk community has resigned over ideological differences between him and his Arab "colleagues"! More and more Polish Muslim communities are taken over by Arab leaders, who shun away our native Tatars!
Polish mufti Tomasz Miśkiewicz (Tatar) has become much more radical after his training visit to Saudi Arabia and now even he encourages other Polish Tatars to "return to their true islamic roots"! A year ago Polish authorities (perhaps their British counterparts can learn something from us) expelled from Poznan and Poland an imman Ahmen Ammar, suspected of preaching rather radical strand of Islam in a Poznan student prayer house. Sadly "Polish" Islam represented by Tatars is fading away, whereas perhaps it could serve as the only acceptable model for modern Europe....

On a more joking note: I also wonder how many Polish Catholic will now "convert" - after all the unemployment in Poland is still around 20% and pecunia non olet, but then again I would never ever underestimate the fury of Polish Catholicism (even I am scared myself!)
Polish infideless - that's really interesting about the Tatars. It sounds as if for a long time they have had a strong enough culture of their own - effectively an unislamic culture - to resist the real Islam. This may change if they come to the UK. I'm generalising here, but the first generation of Muslim immigrants from Pakistan were culturally Indian, but subsequent generations are becoming more Arabised (chador or niqab rather than shalwar khameez).
I would never ever underestimate the fury of Polish Catholicism (even I am scared myself!)
The Polish plumber who did my bathroom - he looked nothing like the picture in my link above, more's the pity - was a very strict Catholic. You couldn't be rude about Papa Razi when he was wielding his monkey wrench. But the Church of England doesn't do fury.
Muslim halal butchers are being imported to Britain. This appears to be a wise decision by present British authorities as these butchers will butcher British Kafirs in future. This will help in complete Islamization of Britain. Further Kafirs' butchering will be absolutely halal(sanctioned by Islam). WELL DONE HER MAJESTY GOVT.
Would anyone like to purchase my large collection of literature? It contains works from around the world, most are 1st editions and many are signed by the authors.
Reality is far more entertaining and imaginative, and cheaper to accumulate, too.
Someone I once worked with, while regaling me with stories about his days down at the Fulton Fish Market in NYC as a young man, remarked,
"Ya can't die 'til ya seen everyt'ng once".
I suppose I'm just a bit closer now.
Apparently we are all quite mistaken. Apparently there really aren't enough muslims in the UK yet.
Britons decided to allow Blair to lead them on the path of suicide. In a sense it is a form of justice for Britain to be punished by the enemies of the Jews, the same Jews that Britain betrayed by surrendering to Arabs land designated by the U.N. for a Jewish state (today this land is occupied by the illegal state of Jordan). And let's not forget Britain's refusal to bomb rail lines leading to Auschwitz during WWII.
Divine justice.
And let's not forget Britain's refusal to bomb rail lines leading to Auschwitz during WWII
That's a very big subject. Arguably the priority was to win the war. I seem to recall that you lot were rather late to the party.
Hi Interested!
Here is a link to my friend's website (in English) - she is a Polish Tatar, a history graduate at the Warsaw University - the true disappearing face of our home Polish Islam:
http://www.kruszyniany.pl/index_en.htm
She says in the article that i given a link to (in Polish) that Tatar women have never worn headscarves nor has there been polygamy. It is a free nation, proud and patriotic.
I have been there, eaten the food and even visited the lovely wooden mosque!
And here is another link - posted by a Polish internaut, worth looking at:
http://www.statistics.gov.uk/cci/nugget.asp?id=959
Spooky.
This is a bit like "Invasion of the Body Snatchers".
I expect we all may find ourselves running through the streets, searching frantically for someone who is NOT assimilated into the collective one day.
Dr. Miles J. Binnell: And so I ran. I ran! I ran! I ran! I ran as little Jimmy Grimaldi ran the other day.
Is there any simple, rational explanation for Britin seeking MORE Muslim immigration?
Please, no conspiracies involving lizard royalty.
Polish infideless , welcome and thanks for the link, my wife who is Polish has promised to translate it to me, Unfortunately my Polish is not too good, even after working at it for many years.
I love Poland, obviously, as I love my wife and thanks to her I have the opportunity to travel through out Poland and learn a bit about Polish History, you have filled in a gap with regards the to Tartars.
My only understanding of them was through Mitchener's book "Poland" in which he describes the devastation they brought and the sack of Krakow.
On my last trip to Poland I handed out copies of Mr Spencer's Books as well as Eurabia to family and friends and had interesting conversations with my wife's relations who works as Border Policeman.
I can report, that Poland to a great extent is awake and aggressive with the Islamic threat. I witnessed how some Muslim travelers were treated at the airport in Warsaw and it was pretty tough.
The West should let in more Polish plumbers and workers they make great citizens and it would help the unemployment.
Still Poland is doing alright.
Poland should not lower it's guard because I believe that it will play a large role in saving Europe as it has done in the past, at Vienna and outside Warsaw in 1921 to stop the Bolsheviks.
Bright Idea #4398-B: Take some of the Muslim immigrants already in the UK off of perpetual welfare, and maybe they'll have an incentive to take jobs as halal butchers and such.
Otherwise, what's to stop anyone they import from getting on the public assistance gravy train as well?
Wait a minute this is animal cruelty...
Where is PETA
Where is ELF
Where is the ACLU
Where are the Environmentalists..
Where is Greenpeace?
They are too busy fighting the WEST...
For they know the western governments wont kill them...
But the Muslims ...
WILL
Another depressing start to the day, come on Britain wake up!
Dear El Cid,
First of all I would like to say how impressed I am by your posts, your knowledge, wisdom and integrity!
Thank you for your kind words...and please give my warmest regards to your wife!
Sadly we might have to be the "Wall of Europe" yet again - but this time now from the East and South, but from the West. I am proud of our input to European security although I am far from being a nationalist. And yes, I agree - let 2 millions Polish plumbers and builders (but not hala butchers) into the UK and they will counter the islamic fury with the Catholic one :-).
You might not know yet that another young Polish king called Wladyslaw II Warnenczyk fought side by side with the Hungarians (whos king he was as well) against Turks at the battle of Varna in 1444. The Christains tragically lost and Wladyslaw (the son of great Wladyslaw Jagiello) was killed and beheaded. AVrna become a part of the Ottoman Empire for several centuries.
There is another interesting article on forum-znak (an excellent site) devoted to Poloish Tatars if your wife is patient with me transaltion demands on her :-)
http://www.forum-znak.org.pl/index.php?t=przeglad&id=2602
As for Polish history I recommend Norman Davies' books - used at Polish schools for teaching kids Polish history! Needless to say Davies is a Polish hero!
And for Interested - Anglican Church is humble and timid compared to the Polish Catholic Church, often bellicose and backwards, BUT what the heck - at least it is not in defence yet and who knows maybe the last bastion of resistance against jihad...At Christams I went to the midnight mass to my local Anglican church...and I amost cried. Only odd 50 people in the congregation! Next day I drove to a small Polish chapel and was lucky to get there 10 minutes earlier to get a seat. The place was bursting with people. My local Oxfam had the courage to display a small Nativity crib in its window a week before Christmas, but a few days later it ... mysteriously disappeared. When I enquired why - Christmas is not over yet - in fact it has not started yet - I insisted - the assistant wormed out of giving me a straight answer - I suspect a local PC police unit, a religious vice squad reminded them of "respect" towards the sensitivities of non-kaffirs! On top of it, my daughter's little cross was confiscated by her teacher at school because it was ...visible! Well as visible as the other students hijabs!
Quo vadis Britania?
Polish infideless - Thanks for the fascinating look at the Polish Tartars. I have some expertise on Poland but I was entirely unaware of them.
El Cid - I doubt that Poland has any plumbers or workers to spare. I don't know the exact figures, but I've read that their birthrate is not great. How tragic.
Friends of Poland may enjoy the following Christmas greeting to Polish forces in Iraq.

El Cid, forgot to add that Tatars did plunder Eastern Poland, sowing terror and fright - and this is where the tradition of Lajkonik comes from - celebrating the victory over Tatars (attempting to take over Karkow in 1287). The sailors working on the Vistula (Wisla) river intercepted the enemy at night and played a trick on the inhabitants of Krakow by disguising themselves in Tatar uniforms. Next day they enterred the terrfied city and ...you know the rest. Since then every year this event is remembered as festivities during which street performers are dressed as Tatar horses with riders mounted on them. I guess in Britain such a custom would be prohibited as in in breach with the religious hate bill...We have though domesticated our Tatars and one of them is even a well-known Polish poet - Jerzy Harasymowicz.
By the way a reminder form me, Londoners - tomorrow:

Shinoliite,
Whilst your idea is sensible, on paper, I think HM Dhimmi Government know it wont work.
You see, while there are lots of eligible people on state hand outs (benefits) they do in fact work too.
As we don't have sharia law, the concept of rule of law doesn't apply and it is normal for the islamic community to claim benefits and avoid tax. Whilst they may claim divine sanction for this behaviour methinks it is something learned from the chavs in the inner cities where they live.
My emperical research of standing at a trade counter shows 100% of the people who pay cash hoping to avoid VAT as Asian. 100% of the asian shops I go to do not "till" every transaction which is a sure sign of tax dodging.
The government knows this but cannot be "racist" by imposing laws impartially to all.
Sorry I was wrong, it can discriminate against Europeans: Michellin wanted to move their whole Eastern Europe Accounts dept to a UK inner city site. The Home Office said that since there are 25,000 unemployed accountants they can be taught Russian and once learned they can communicate with the whole of Eastern Europe in Russian. Therefore no work permits will be issued.
You Poles were abandoned to communism by our country when we stept into war to save you and now we refuse your accountants jobs here and expect you to speak Russian to do business.
Meanwhile we want to poach your halal butchers.
Dhimmi Britannia, Britania is ruled by barbarians from across the waves. Britons soon will be slaves.
MarcH, thank you for the touching link about Polish soldiers in Iraq.
On emore fact to my praise of Tatars (or should it be Tartars?)- historian claim that the attack of the light Tatar cavalry was decisive in winning the batle of Grunwald by the Polish-Lithuanian coalition forces:

Here are some pictures: please notice the Tatar in the foreground butchering the Teutonic knight:

I am very sorry that I cannot make tomorrow night outside the Iranian Embassy. My childminder is ill so she cannot do her usual days this week, let alone the extra one I intended to ask for tomorrow. If you are able to go I would look forward to reading about it later.
Regards :-)

Granny, thank you for letting me know. I will try my best to be there and give you all an account and perhaps even pics!
Yours
Greatgreatgranny
The Ottomans were used to moving around whole groups of people from here to there, for raison d'etat -- the etat being the Ottoman one. For example, as the tide of Ottoman power receded in Europe, the Ottoman government transplanted large groups of Muslims, in the 1880s, to the area that later became Mandatory Palestine. The descendants of these recently-arrived Muslims from Europe know perfectly well, in most cases, their own history, but prefer to describe themselves as part of the made-up "Palestinian people" who were in the area "from time immemorial."
And outside Istanbul, the Ottoman government also transferred an entire community consisting of Poles, after the failed uprising in 1830-31 against the Russian Empire. This place is still called "the Polish village" or Polonezkoy. I have heard that some people there still retain their Polish; whether they have all been islamized is not known to me but there is a mosque in the town, now a local tourist attraction.
But if someone is looking for a Polish halal butcher, that "Polish village" of Polonezkoy outside Istanbul may be the place to look.
Might I suggest my dear, that instead of making ideological proclamations about what you think PETA, ELF, Greenpeace etc are and aren't doing or why they are or aren't doing something, That you get down off your high and self righteous blathering horse and write them letters and ask them why they aren't doing something.
A lot more productive than singing negative notes to your choir.
Hugh! You are amazing! Your knowledge of Polish history has humbled me! After all we are not France or England, just a provincial, screwed up country with turbulent history known by very few outside Poland.
The village was called in Polish Adampol and was set up by Michal Czajkowski a Polish, but the colony was really named after Prince Adam Czartoryski, the leading figure in the emigration's Hotel Lambert in Paris, a political organization seeking the help of the Western powers for the cause of Polish independence (the same old Polish story!). It was Czartoryski who inspired and probably finance Czajkowski's mission to Turkey, where his task was to undermine Russian influence in that country. Czajkowski converted to Islam (and changed his name to Mehmed Sadyk Effendi), but in the course of time became a advocate of Panslavism. He also formed a Polish Legion in Turkey. He fought against Russia in the Crimean War, but later in his life called to a reconcilliation with Russia in teh name of Slavic solidarity! A weird guy!
While we are on the subject of Poland's ties with Turkey it was there where our national poet Adam Mickiewicz attempted just before his death to form a Jewish to Legion (be believed in a mystical union bewteen Poles and Jews and was a passionate supporter of the full civil right for our Jewish brothers in the reborn Poland! It is a fascinating subject.
Last thing - you are probably aware that Turkey was the only contry that did not recognize Poland's partitions (but then again it did it for strategic reasons, Russia being its archenemy). Anyway, call me ungrateful, but I do not wish Turkey in the EU as a member state.
Hugh - sorry - my typing is appalling:
"The village was called in Polish Adampol and was set up by Michal Czajkowski a Polish,"
shoudl be:
"The village was called in Polish Adampol and was set up by Michal Czajkowski, a Polish freedon fighter, who participating in the November Uprising."
Damn! I should rewrite the whole post of mine - I can see all the mistakes and omissions now! My apologies - it is due to the terrible rush (I am at work and being watched!).

The east europeans I have met be they Polish catholics or serbian orthodox are suprisingly anti islamic.
I was in Vancouver in 1994 and met some Serbs (in a Sikh temple, I kid you not they have a good sense of history, not just of their own but how islam has ravaged eastern europe and when you get talking to them you realise these are the guys that will call islam for what it is..barbaric.

Please Churchill, make a resurrection!!! Britain needs you.
Is this a peculiar form of British homeopathic medicine? I.E. the cure for what ails you is a little dose of what ails you?
Sounds "barmy" to me... But at the very least, it's consistent with the time honored European notion that appeasing those who are threatening to murder you is an acceptable way of kicking the can down the street...
Let things spiral out of control, get further into hot water than you already are, and when things get too hot, turn to those absurd rich hicks in Americans to bail Europe out yet once again...

..a bit like "hair of the dog" (breakfast aperitif for a hangover). Or police commisioner Ian Blair, days after the London bombings, pleading for more conscipts from the muslim community. Barmy? Mad as a bucket of spiders...
England needs more halal butchers for the Jihad....
