Mr Kadyrov himself categorically denies these accusations, while the Kremlin seems to ignore them.
Back at his home in Tsentoroy, Mr Kadyrov treats us to some tea and biscuits. On the wall opposite is a huge photograph of our host, taken at the Kremlin.

Muslims don't become jihadist just by reading a book. They become jihadists by encountering other jihadists within their community. We need to monitor their community to identify and remove the active (by word, deed, or financial aid) ones.
We can learn something from Osama Bin Laden. He made a pertinent statement about the Muslim mind: "When they see a weak horse and a strong horse, they will naturally go for the strong horse." (on tape after 9-11). Islam is built on fear, coersion, and power. It is not about reason or depth of thought. Islam feeds on perceived weakness and appeasement. As long as it makes gains, it will continue to become more emboldened. However, just like Naziism, communism, and other Islamic-like totalitarian systems, when stopped they eventually implode.
What we need to do: continue the information war in a bold manner. The more non-Muslims learn the truth, the more people will stand up against Islam. We need to have courage and take the fight into the Muslim world: get the truth to Muslims in the heart of Islam. Muslims need to see boldness and courage from non-Muslims. They must see the strong horse. Like all bullies, they need to be faced down. When faced with courage and strength, they cower.

I'm someone who spent a few tours in the Middle East in the Infantry (and over a decade in uniform), yet I'm with your thoughts. We make a major mistake if we don't look at the majority of Muslims as potential converts (coming outside Islam). Islam is so full of logical, scriptural, and historical contradiction. Anyone who can be pulled out of the "blind faith" crap, for even two minutes, can be brought around to see the light.
Ex-Muslims become our greatest allies in the information: They know the inside details of Islam and have the greatest passion of getting the word to their former brethren. In fact, the ex-Muslims are the boldest in taking risks in getting out the word. I'm certainly glad they are on our side and not dead.
The key is to boldly get the information to both non-Muslims and Muslims. As non-Muslims face the truth, they will see there is no choice but to stop appeasing. They will learn that survival requires becoming tough in the face of Islamic bullying. That appeasement only makes things much worse. Muslims are slowly coming to the light, despite all the obstacles: They face death and ostracism for leaving the "faith".
Like all totalitarian, expansionist systems (Naziism/communism), if Islam is contained it will eventually implode. It MUST be able to expand, and cannot remain static. It is a cult of death and destruction, in need of another culture (like a parasite). Once non-Muslim cultures accept the truth, they will stand up to Islam. They will realize, as we do, that they have nothing to lose by standing firm. There is no retreat. Countries like France will give the example of why everyone must wake up.
Personally, I know I (and my family) would rather be dead than to submit to Islam. Therefore, I have nothing to lose in fighting back. There is really no reason to hold back. I believe most of us on this site are in the same boat. Non-Muslims are coming to this conclusion, and it will be the key to eventually defeating Islam.
Let's not get too gloomy with the many depressing stories. The word is getting out and this is the key. It will take time but will pay off in the end. Let's have patience, yet be bold and persistent.
