"If you die, you will get seven virgin 'houris' in paradise," the man said, referring to the virgin angels the Muslim holy book, the Qur'an, says awaits good Muslims, especially martyrs, when they die.
"I accepted," Saifullah said on Tuesday from his hospital bed in the dusty Afghan border town of Spin Boldak hours after being shot in the legs in a clash with Afghan tribesmen.
He and nine other Taliban recruits -- all descendants of Afghan refugees in Pakistan -- were attacked late on Monday by the chief of Loy Kariz village, about 50km from Spin Boldak, and his men.
They had been in the village under the command of Mullah Samad to look for and kill US troops and their "spies". They had also set up roadblocks to interrogate clean-shaven men and confiscate cassettes, in line with the Taliban's doctrine that shaving and listening to music are "un-Islamic"....
Mullah Samad had even been allowed to use a loudspeaker atop the Loya Kariz mosque to call people to jihad. He remembered the message as: "Join us in jihad. If you don't join us, God will punish you."
This is the point where the learned analysts will chime in and say: "See? This is the naive superstition of an uneducated villager. A mature and educated Muslim will know to reject such an appeal."
Unfortunately, however, a pious Muslim who is familiar with the Qur'an will know that Allah will indeed punish those who refuse to go on jihad. See, for example, the Qur'an's words to those who did not accompany the Prophet on his last military expedition:
Those who were left behind (in the Tabuk expedition) rejoiced in their inaction behind the back of the Messenger of Allah: they hated to strive and fight, with their goods and their persons, in the cause of Allah: they said, "Go not forth in the heat." Say, "The fire of Hell is fiercer in heat." If only they could understand! Let them laugh a little: much will they weep: a recompense for the (evil) that they do. (9:81-82)
And:
The (true) believers are those only who believe in Allah and His messenger and afterward doubt not, but strive with their wealth and their lives for the cause of Allah. Such are the sincere. (49:15)
How to strive with your live for the cause of Allah? Risk death by waging jihad.
And:
Warfare is ordained for you, though it is hateful unto you; but it may happen that ye hate a thing which is good for you, and it may happen that ye love a thing which is bad for you. Allah knoweth, ye know not. (2:216)
There are many others. But it would be reasonable for a believer in the Qur'an to read these alone and come to the conclusion that to avoid jihad is to court hypocrisy and damnation. This must be acknowledged, and confronted.
Only seven virgins? I thought it was seventy-two. So the Danish cartoon is not a joke, but forecasting a reality. They're running out of virgins. I knew there couldn't be an endless supply of them. Not at the rate these jihadis are blowing themselves away like they are.
They seem to be so blinded by the "booty now, "booty" later" pledge that no one takes into account the logical fallacy of striving for a Heaven in which one would be allowed to do things that would be a sin on earth.

Tell that to all the young men who go to their deaths expecting to get "giggity-giggity-giggity" (peace be upon Glen Quagmire) in the afterlife.

The Holy Quran says there would be discussion among the inhabitants of Heaven. Quoting Verses 40 to 61 of Chapter 37 of the Holy Quran, we have:

Are we to exist for sex only? Before the discovery of Viagra, the old couples enjoyed each other company. Do we look forward to sex with kids? Sex is just one aspect of life. There are many non-sexual aspects of life that do give pleasure.

They wear hijab willingly and not under compulsion. After the conquest of the Taliban in Afghanistan, a photograph was published by virtually every media to claim that the hijab was worn under compulsion. In that photograph, just one female had exposed her face from among more than ten. The rest all had their hijab. The believing women wear hijab by choice. Only believing women get admitted to Heaven. So, they do not have to, they do of their free will happily.
Luke 20:33 In the resurrection, therefore, whose wife will the woman be? For the seven had her as wife." 34 And Jesus said to them, "The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage; 35 but those who are accounted worthy to attain to that age and to the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage,

Have we not established that as per the Muslim Scriptures, there is no sex in Heaven? Love is a matter of the heart; whereas sex is a matter of the skin. Did Prophet Adam, peace be upon him, and mother Eve, Allah be pleased with her, see their skin until they tasted the forbidden fruit? No. As long as their skins were hidden from their views, there was no sex. Once their skins were revealed, there was to be sex and thus they were sent to earth. Sex is in earth and earth alone; it is not in Heaven.

Is the skin of the woman seen in Heaven? No. As the skin is hidden, there is no sex in Heaven.
By the mercy of God, we find the aspect of sex in Heaven is the same in Christianity and Islam. How about Judaism? Can any one enlighten us?
