Yeah, and Hamas would know about pure altruism in the providing of medical services and education to its client community, wouldn't it? When they say don't put conditions on humanitarian aid, what they are really saying is "don't tell us we can't use that money to buy arms, ammo and bombs".
Everyone needs to withhold humanitarian aid, let them hit rock bottom , suffer a bit, and let them realize they can't act like brats, and still be supported.
