Supervisor: I Never Read Moussaoui Memo

Another Keystone Kops Alert regarding the Moussaoui case and 9/11, from AP, with thanks to JE:

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - A terrorism supervisor in FBI headquarters dismissed a field agent's concerns about confessed al-Qaida member Zacarias Moussaoui in the weeks before Sept. 11, 2001, as "hunches and suppositions" during testimony at Moussaoui's death-penalty trial.

The supervisor, Michael Rolince, testified Tuesday that he had not even read an Aug. 18, 2001, memo written by Minneapolis agent Harry Samit, who arrested Moussaoui and was convinced from the outset that Moussaoui was a terrorist with plans to hijack aircraft.

Rolince, who headed the FBI's International Terrorism Operations section, said he was briefed on Moussaoui only twice by a subordinate in hallway conversations lasting less than a minute.

Michael Rolince should be tried for causing the death of 9/11 victims.

A separate suit should be filed against FBI for 'dereliction of duty' thus, failing to prevent 9/11 terrorist attack. And no,it is not 'failure of intelligence', as is clear, it is 'dereliction of duty'.

By the way, it was failure of 9/11 commission to disclose the 'true' causes of 9/11... and ofcourse, Dubya, who wants more and more tax dollars for the self-defeating 'war on terror' (with allies the mother, Pakistan, and father, Saudi Arabia, of terror), did not want the 9/11 commission at all.

How can one fight terror with allies like Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and yet ask Congress for billions of dollars for the same war? .......but, that is after Michael Rolince is charged as above....

He didn't receive any of the reported 70 plus communications???

The Texican.
Freedom, the only choice at any cost.

I wouldn't want this guy's conscience.

I'd like to do what Rolince failed to do; read the nearly 30-page Samit memo.
