SACRAMENTO — A man facing federal terrorism charges “had a jihadi heart and a jihadi mind” long before he confessed to attending an al-Qaida training camp in Pakistan, a prosecutor told jurors Wednesday.Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Tice-Raskin used his closing argument to counter testimony that FBI agents and a government informant may have tricked 23-year-old Hamid Hayat into making incriminating statements.
Hayat and his father, both from Lodi, are on trial in U.S. District Court for lying about the son’s suspected attendance at the terror training camp in 2003.
The prosecutor said Hayat freely revealed his intentions to the government informant, who was recruited by the FBI shortly after the September 2001 terror attacks and arrived in Lodi later that year. The informant befriended the Hayat family and secretly recorded hundreds of hours of conversations, evidence that became key to the government’s case.
Hamid Hayat “repeatedly professed support for violent jihad,” Tice-Raskin told jurors. “He tells you in his own words, captured forever on tapes, that he was going to jihad, that he was going to training.”
He said the conversations reveal “the real Hamid Hayat” and show that he “believes heart and soul in violent jihad. Hamid Hayat had a jihadi heart and he had a jihadi mind,” Tice-Raskin said.

No.. It's just an islamic thing. Once you've accepted the ULTIMATE LIE that Mohammed was a prophet then lying becomes second nature from that point forward. We see this all the time from muslims of all stripes. Toss in the Koranic mandate to always deceive the Infidels in furtherance of the islamic quest for world domination and it becomes a virtual certainty that whenever a deathcult follower speaks, they're lying about something.

Since it hasn't come true... yet ...1350 years and waiting... not much of a "prophet".
The evening t.v. news programs last night pretty much exonerated these alleged Lodi jihadis because the main informant accusing them also claimed to have seen top al-Qaeda figures in the U.S. when it is most likely they were in Pakistan/Afghanisten.
But, since we can't be sure if they were or were not here, with the borders as porous as a Congressman's conscience, how can mainstream t.v. reporters dismiss the credibility of the anti-jihadist witness over such an admitted uncertainty?

Muhammad loved the pagan idol Kabah more than his dozens of wives. He may have even kissed it more.

Mahdi-Al-dajjal...There are two parts to that ultimate lie. 'There is no ilah but Allah, and Mohammad is his messenger'. Mohammad replace a singularity with a duality. He reversed the current. It should be 'There is no Allah but Ilah'. 'Demon est Deus inversus'. An old Roman saying meaning that the demon, Satan, the devil ect, is God in reverse or inverse.
So magickally speaking, 'There is no ilah but Allah', is a magickal evocation of an evil demon.
Of course the clever cant do that in reality, but they can do it in the minds of men. Thats where Mohammad came in. The ultimate trickster. His tricks are in effect to this very day.
Since 'The God' Allah, is a duality, he is the 'Lord of Matter'...since all evil happens in matter, he is the 'Lord of Evil'. That sneaky Mohammad got millions of otherwise perfectly fine people, to worship an evil entity. I would bet that he had no idea, at the time, just how huge that ultimate lie would become.
They can claim that Allah is the one God without a partner if they wish, but it is simply not the case.
