What strikes me most about these so-called martyrs is how their natural sexual drive is so successfully peverted to the goal of death. They are almost always males in their late teens or early 20's (who have one thing on their mind)-who are sold a dream of seventy two beautiful women and sex with them. Their martyerdom is a means to that end.
Mohammed understood that men are very visual in matters of sexual arrousal by women. A beautiful woman is hypnotic to many men. Just look how a bunch of guys will turn (like bird dogs-their eyes glued on the vision) when such a woman passes them on the street. Mohammed understood the male psyche very well.
Daniel Wultz is a victim of this sexual perversion.
It occured to me after I wrote the above that Hugh Hefner and Mohammed were (are) both marketing to the same male fantasy. It's Muhammed Hefner selling paradise with a bang.

Frank, that is not an accident, but a conscious part of the philosophy of the Muslim Brotherhood. Sayyid Qutb had visited America in the 1950's, and came away preaching that sweet innocent young Muslim men could be corrupted by scantily clad female American harlots:

A major part of the appeal of Islam to young men is that it promises to restore male dominance in traditional societies which has been eroded by Western ways. The generally very visual nature of men with regard to their sexual attraction to women, and the general awareness of this by women, is like the law of a circle in nature-it's just a law of nature. However, the islamists are clever in turning this law of nature into obscenity.

I have been reading Oriana Fallaci's book "The Force of Reason".
All that is in there. I knew it was bad - but not as bad as that.
For those who haven't read this book Ms Fallaci explains how it all happened in the 1970's. A result of the oil crisis. Europe made a deal with the muslims; they would get their oil if they had a guest-worker exchange program. That is how muslims got into Europe. Worst of all these non-citizens have gradually aquired more and more rights so that now they have more rights than the real citizens of a country. SCARY!!!

(IsraelNN.com) The 16-year-old male injured critically in last week's suicide bombing in Tel Aviv has regained consciousness. Daniel Wultz, who was visiting Israel from Florida with his parents, has been in a coma at the Ichilov Hospital for nine days. His condition is still listed as critical, hospital officials say, and he is able to communicate at this point only with his eyes.
The young man has lost a leg and several internal organs as a result of injuries suffered when an Arab terrorist blew himself up in proximity to the restaurant where Daniel and his father, Tuly, were eating. Nine people were killed in the attack, with scores injured.
Tuly Wultz has been hospitalized in the same hospital as his son since the blast, with injuries to his legs.

This article stands out to me for the sheer number of hateful, heinous statements these apparent spokemen for the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades thought they could make not only with impunity, but evidently under the impression that not only would a large number of westerners find these statements somewhat unremarkable, they would agree with the sentiments expressed. And these are not the statements of "hotheaded" bloggers, who have never harmed a single human being in their lives. These are the statements of men who have actually killed innocent civilians in cold blood:

But after a diatribe such as this, what I want to know is how any westerners can continue to excuse this? How do they continue to manufacture every sort of excuse in order to make apologies for this sort of sheer, naked malevolence? Come a certain point those excuses simply won't wash anymore and the apologists for this sort of malevolence will have to be regarded as malevolent themselves, at which point the term "apologist" may well come to shed its heretofore rather benign meaning.

How could Germans (and other Europeans and Americans etc etc etc) excuse the Holocaust? How could Germans excuse what was going on in their backyards (literally)? If you really want to get upset, go over to aish.com and check out the articles on the Holocaust, especially the one about the 161 Jewish men who were gun-butted, beaten and shot by the German Army (Nazis)toward the end of WWII. The invading American Army dug up the shallow graves, and made the entire town build coffins and reburying these men in an open-coffin ceremony, where they could all see the mutilations. But remember, this was around 1944, and the problem had been building since at least 1933, and with clear escalation.

The fact that history is seemingly repeating itself now gives me first-hand knowledge about something that was previously unfathonable to me when I was younger and learning the history of 60-70 years ago (historically remote now, relatively speaking, but fairly recent at the time that I learned it) and when I took it for granted that my family and friends and neighbors and teachers who said "Never again", actually meant it. Now, many years later, I see the devious ways in which some of them make excuses for what amounts to "a final solution".

I would be hard-pressed to deny that this ugliness and evil are everywhere manifest today but I have no model to explain how it would be possible for Jew-hatred to literally be part of the human psyche. That just sounds too mythical and irrational although I am open to plausible psychological theories which would explain something which, had I not witnessed in my own lifetime, I might otherwise have been inclined to dismiss as paranoia.

I have read a number of Jewish explanations of hatred of Jews, and the best I have seen are those which point out that Jews practice in the Jewish religion an elevated form of conscience which is hateful to many people who wish to indulge themselves. There is of the course the straight religious explanation, which is that we brought it on ourselves by misbehavior after G-d made it clear to us what to do and we didn't do it (sin of the spies, the golden calf). Jews have always been somewhat exclusive and insistent on one G-d and specific practices, which has made us problematic in some cultures--note that many of the disturbances with Rome occurred because the Jews refused to deify Roman Emperors and place statues of same in the Temple.
But to put it in terms of straight human behavior, Jewish thinking posits that humans have a good impulse and an evil impulse. Humans must constantly work to maximize the good (which is like G-d)and to minimize the evil (lust, violence, anger, pride, greed etc etc etc). Judaism is above all a religion of character development. To myself personally, based not simply on belief but on observation of humans and study/practice of psychology and study of history, philosophy etc this description of human beings is a pretty solid one. Thus, not only is it a natural (but not good) impulse to not practice being a decent person in every situation but instead indulge self-interest (which is what a lot of people do) but there are also great social currents nowadays--for example in the US--which encourage and support self-indulgence, self involvement, and superficial examination of social issues. There is unfortunately some amount of accuracy in the Islamic criticism of American culture. Nonetheless, there is enough good in American culture to bring people's better selves to the fore (one hopes).
I watched a rerun of "Judgment at Nuremburg", which was made in 1961, tonight. I urge you to see it, or re-see it. It is disturbingly reminiscent of a lot of what is going on now. Fortunately, even though a large number of friendly Germans ply the presiding judge (Spencer Tracy) with delicious strudel as part of a general campaign to "forget about the past" and move "forward", he insists on a straightforward and simple view of morality. At the close of the movie, a German judge he has sentenced, played by Burt Lancaster, even though admitting guilt (which was in the "service of the German country and people"), indicated that he truly did not know the extent of the barbarity, and basically pleads with Tracy's character for forgiveness or at least understanding. Tracy says very simply something to the effect of: "You knew the first time you sentenced an innocent man to die." And he's right. But this level of morality is very hard to take and very hard to practice.

The issue of not being allowed to really be Jewish is a very real one. It has certainly appeared again and again historically. It is a very real issue for Jews. Some Jews (especially the non-religious) are pressured or choose to "assimilate".
Jews are enjoined by historical religious leaders to honor the country and the laws of the country that they live in (this is traceable back to a statement by one of the prophets), which is why I think any question of dual loyalties in being an American and a Jew, for example, are non-issues.
Anyway, religious Jews by and large take their religion seriously, although traditionally debate on issues is enshrined in Jewish practice. For example, the question of giving up Jewish land in Israel was the subject of some serious differences of opinion not simply among people in general but also among senior rabbis.
The major and overriding differences between Jews and Muslims in practice are that Jews hold the value of peace very high as a goal, and also values such as compassion, justice, truth, kindness, forgiveness, and being slow to get angry. To kill someone is one of the worst things one can do. Even justified killing takes something away from you, because all humans have souls, most of which have the potential for improvement. I think you can see in how many ways this is opposed to Muslim thinking and practice.
I think the combination of self-interest and misguided liberalism that propelled many European countries to invite "guest workers" in and generally open their borders and then not to do anything about clear overreaching and attempts at takeover on the part of Muslims has to stop. It has to turn around both legally/governmentally and by citizen action.

The media and our leaders don't seem to have cottoned on to the fact that we never hear of anyone ever getting punished for what they do to us...there is no trials, and thus no punishments, so the problem grows because their governments are obviously in agreement in what the suicide bombers and their families do, and we keep giving them billions. It is no wonder they call us stupid...
With the hand outs that we give them in the billions, we are in effect paying astronomical, incredible prices for our oil..they are not the only ones who think we are stupid, so do most or us, but our governments are no longer our there to do the will of the people, governments control us...I read that democracies only last 200 years because of the greed that enters the elite, and our time is up...
