ISN SECURITY WATCH (Wednesday, 12 April 2006: 9.50 CET) – Egypt has freed over 900 members of the radical Islamic Jamaa Islamiya group in recent days, according to the country's interior ministry. The AFP news agency reports that the militants were released in groups over the course of the last ten days and that some had been in prison for over 20 years.
One of the leaders of the movement, Najeh Ibrahim, was among those emancipated, an interior ministry official confirmed.
Jamaa Islamiya joined with a second Islamic group, Al-Jihad, in the late 1970s and was responsible for the parade-ground assassination of President Hosni Mubarak's predecessor and political mentor Anwar Sadat in 1981.
Jamaa also launched a bloody wave of killings in the 1990s that included a November 1997 attack on tourists at Luxor that killed 58 people.

(I'm sure Mubarak gave them passports and maps of Eurabia upon freeing this host of future Sharia parasites.)
Mubarak just wanted to spread the terror, I mean the love around the world. You know. To show how tolerant and forgiving of terrorists, I mean, criminals Islam really is.
That beautiful 24-year-old young mother, her 5-year-old daughter and her own mother - three generations out of the same family murdered in cold blood by hate-filled Muslims. I'll never forget that as long as I live. I remember it being on the local news as if it were yesterday. They lived in Halifax, which is only around 20 miles from me. This, Bali, Beslan and 911 were big eye openers and showed the true evil, barbaric and heartless face of Islam - and it is all in keeping with what Mohammed would have done today were he alive. No wonder I hate that foul, fetid and vile death cult with a passion, and have done so ever since my eyes were opened to it after that dreadful day in November 1997.
I forgot to mention in the above posting that I was talking about the Luxor atrocity in 1997, but I'll bet you could all have guessed.
Worrying news, very worrying news.
