An Egyptian state-controlled newspaper praised Monday's suicide attack in Tel Aviv, which killed nine people and wounded dozens, calling it an act of sacrifice and martyrdom.Egypt has always taken pains to condemn the violence by both sides in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. It is exceptional for one of the country's three biggest newspapers, whose editor is effectively appointed by President Hosni Mubarak, to endorse a Palestinian attack on Israeli civilians.
"It is not required of the Palestinian people that they raise their hands in surrender, accept the daily Israeli attacks and watch waves of settlers occupy their land and build settlements," Wrote Al Gomhuria in an editorial of its Tuesday edition.
"It is not required of the Palestinian people that they clap Israel and its allies while they mobilize the whole world to besiege the
heroic (Palestinian) people ... Because they have chosen Hamas," The editorial said, referring to the United States and European Union's cutting off funds to the Palestinian Authority because its Hamas government refuses to renounce violence. "For all that, the sacrificial and martyrdom attack occurred in the heart of Tel Aviv, and there will be more later," The daily warned. In the Islamic faith, a martyr goes to heaven.

are attacking peaceful 'Palestinian people' daily, sending 'waves' of settlers/invaders, to occupy stolen land. The under-armed 'Palestinian people' sending hundreds of rockets into Israel and those 17 tear old suicide bombers, is doing nothing more than defending itself against a violent invasion of apes and pigs. It's clear...Israel is trying to drive the 'Palestinian people', into the sea. Giving the enemy Gaza and maybe the west bank, and even jizya money, is just a military stratedgy to keep the 'Palestinian people' off-guard. The 'real' invasion will come soon. But the brave 'Palestinian people', advised by Allah, who knows best, and hordes of his spokesmen, and cheerleaders, Islamic Clerics, will not be driven into the sea easilly. They will fight till the last jihadists gets his virgins.

When is the Bush Administration, State Department, and the United States Legislative branch of goverment going to get it? When sharia law is inadvertently passed? And did anybody take notice of Egypt turning a blind eye to the movement of Hezbollah operatives into and out of Gaza, through the arms smuggling tunnels, as they perfected their shaped charge (IEDs) in Gaza against Israeli tanks and now used to such deadly effect in Iraq?
In retrospect Pastor Niemoller's famous quote can be applied here as well when one thinks of the Powers that be's attitude to Egypt's violation of the Camp David Accords of not policing the 7 mile border with Gaza (because it was just Israelis bearing the brunt), apart from spitting on the annual 2 billion the US has been giving it.

Unless WE the people tell them not to by VOTING THE JERKS out of office and letting the new congressman know why he (she) was elected, to vote NO to send any money to nations that in any way support terrorist. Put your money where your mouth is - the true allies of the Palestinian people give them the money for their daily bread.
I expect that the Muslim world would have liked to continue their secret funding of the Palestinian armed struggle - while Western countries continued to pay the Palestinian wages.
Now, it seems that the money for the guns and bombs, has to be spread out to pay for the bread. Not at all what the Arabs expected.

That is so very true and there are so many examples stemming from that,that one could practically write a dissertation on the subject.
I suppose one could start with:

and proceed from there. Sometime I wonder whether there isn't some historical confusion about the year Muhammad was born. The actual facts about Muhammad's historical life being somewhat vague, is there any possibility that some historical revisionism was undertaken to cover up any significance possibly associated with the year 666?

Just did a quick check and looks like there are 114 suras but 6,666 verses. I didn't know that about the 6666. That's kinda freaky.
