ABU HAMZA, the militant cleric jailed for inciting murder, should have been removed from Britain 25 years ago after being caught flouting immigration laws.The Home Office missed several chances to deport him, and he was granted British citizenship, even though he had married bigamously, made bogus claims about fathering a child here and been arrested as an illegal immigrant.
The disclosure in The Times today is likely to intensify demands by MPs for an inquiry into why no action was taken against the Egyptian-born extremist before his conviction at the Old Bailey this year.
A new investigation has revealed how the former Finsbury Park mosque imam falsely claimed on a birth certificate in October 1980 that he was the father of a daughter born to his first wife, Valerie Traverso.
Earlier the same year the couple had married bigamously, barely ten months after Abu Hamza arrived in Britain to dodge national service in Egypt. Documents seen by The Times show that Mrs Traverso had not divorced Michael Macias, her first husband, when she married Abu Hamza at Westminster Register Office in May 1980. Ms Traverso also told The Times she was already pregnant when they met. She insists that she had not realised the couple were committing bigamy.
Separated from her first husband when she met and married Abu Hamza, she describes it as “a mix-up, a simple confusion”.
Details of her daughter’s birth certificate are published in a new book The Suicide Factory, which is serialised in The Times today. They show that Abu Hamza — then using his real name of Mostafa Kamel Mostafa — claimed to be her father. The book also reveals that four days after the child was born, Abu Hamza instructed his lawyers to write to the Home Office to apply for permission to remain. He was later arrested as an illegal immigrant and went on to plead guilty at a magistrates’ court to overstaying his visitor’s visa. He was given a conditional discharge, but, had his immigration status been investigated, he could have been deported. Instead, six months later, he was given permission to remain.

The reason is that many people have been naive about Islam. Most people in Western secular societies view religion as a personal matter, something between an individual and the Almighty. Non-Muslims view religion and state as separate and did not understand the nature of Sharia, dhimmi or jihad.
Many Secular people, Christians, Jews, assumed Muslims were just a different persuasion, and for pluralistic reasons-because of a true regard for the equal rights of Muslims-non-Muslims did not see the arrogant intolerance, the contempt for equal rights, the demons of jihad, dhimmi, or Sharia law, in people such as Abu Hamza.
People such as Abu Hamza have put justifiable and realistic fear into the hearts of Non-Muslims in Western secular societies. People such as Abu Hamza have made Non-Muslims feel fooled and foolish. Because of people like Abu Hamza, Non-Muslims no longer wonder why Muslims are not marching in demonstrations against Jihad, Dhimmi or the desire to impose Sharia Law on Non-Muslims.
And now the eyes of many Non-Muslims are opened and when they hear charges of "Islamaphobia", Non-Muslims feel insulted by Muslims calling them bigots because Muslims will not face the truth about themselves and their religion. Times have changed.

People are now in a position, after recent events and exposure to what radical Islam is about, to understand and not just turn away. A retrospective of the failures in the system - carried out by well meaning people, I have no doubt - concerning Abu Hamza now has value. Many including myself have only started in the recent past to understand the true scale of the threat. My concerns were raised by the Newsnight interview with Abu Azair and Abu Izzadeen on 1st August 2005 after the 07/07 bombings. It was great exposure and whilst many criticise the BBC this was a milestone and a credit to them and the Newsnight team. It made my blood boil and I suspect was the wake up call to many others as it was for me. However, I have many friends who still want to bury their heads and hope the Islamist Jihad issue will just go away because the subject runs counter to their "right-on" PC principles. Raising awareness without being called a racist or Islamophobe by people who are generally ignorant of the facts is a real problem but the times have changed and are still changing.
Concerning Abu Hamza - he will most likely be extradited to the US...the process is ongoing. His days of liberty are most likely over.

But in the aftermath of the national self-loathing over Vietnam and Watergate, and with the burgeoning gay/lesbian rights movement, Representative Barney Frank started working on weakening those provisions. Finally, he spearheaded the new modifications in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) of 1990, which finally removed advocacy of totalitarianism as a reason to exclude immigrants from our shores.
Frank said that it had been a mistake for the U.S. to try to exclude immigrants just because they were Communists or because they advocated gay/lesbian lifestyles. By that time, most liberals in Congress had agreed that Communism had never been a real threat to U.S. national security and, as Frank put it, banning Communist immigrants from America was "McCarthyism." So Frank was able to garner their votes. The group said the woman wanted her husband killed in order to live with her lover.
In accordance with her family's demand, Waida was killed by her brother. Al-Aqsa gunmen were asked to have her killed by a family member to avoid unwanted Israeli attention over the assassination of an informant, the official said.

"Masked Al Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades gunmen on Tuesday publicly executed a Palestinian man and woman they suspected of having spied for Israel.
The man was shot dead in the main street of a refugee camp, with a large crowd looking on. The woman was later shot to death by her relatives in the courtyard of the West Bank's largest hospital.
The Al Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, an offshoot of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah movement, accused Jafal Abu Tzrur, 24, of having informed the IDF where to find three of its members. The three were killed by IDF troops during a raid on the Balata refugee camp near Nablus earlier this year.
Al Aqsa gunmen interrogated Abu Tzrur, claimed he confessed and then dragged him into Balata's main street. As a large crowd looked on, the gunmen threw Abu Tzrur to the ground, witnesses said. When he tried to get up, the gunmen killed him with several shots, the witnesses said.
The movement said it also killed Odad Abu Mustafa, 27, a Nablus woman. Abu Mustafa was married to one of the Al Aqsa men slain by Israel, and was reportedly having an affair with Abu Tzrur.
Abu Mustafa, a mother of four, was shot by gunmen and male relatives on grounds that she shamed her clan. More than 15 people took part in the execution, witnesses said. It took place in the courtyard of Raffidiyeh Hospital, the West Bank's largest.
The mob originally planned to kill her in the street but were swayed by a man who pleaded with them not to carry out the killing in the view of little children could. She was then taken into the courtyard of the hospital, said Yousef Mahmoud, 18, who witnessed the killing.
"One of the gunmen said 'where is her brother?' and when he stepped forward they said to him 'you know what you need to do,"' he said. "The brother took out a gun and shot her in the head with one bullet."
Mahmoud said the brother then emptied the entire clip into the body of his sister, while the surrounding gunmen fired into the air. He said that the woman remained silent throughout and did not resist her captors.
Neighbors of the woman said she had four children; two boys and two girls, ranging in age from 11 to three and a half."

Succesive British governments have deemed another Egyptian by the name of Mr Mohammed Fayed (the owner of Selfridges Store in London and father of Dodi the lover of Princess Diana)unfit as a British Citizen and have turned down his application of citizenship on numerous occassions and yet has allowed the cancer like Abu "the Hook" Hamza to take up full residence here is beyond belief and borders on criminal negligent.

I have heard said that he was offered a job as capt. The trouble is, Abu Hamza came here in 1980 or thereabouts - when Mrs Thatcher was Prime Minister, and lived here until very recently - spending 7 years here in the Blair era, but 19 years under Major and Thatcher. Likewise Sheikh Omar Bakri came here in 1984, again whilst Mrs Thatcher was Prime Minister. This is a problem which long predates Blair. Action should have been taken more than a quarter of a century ago.

THREE men accused of murdering the schoolboy Kriss Donald will stand trial later this year.
Imran Shahid, 29, Mohammed Mushtaq, 27, and Zeeshan Shahid, 28, appeared at the High Court in Glasgow yesterday for a procedural hearing. Judge Lord Menzies set the trial to begin on Monday, 2 October, at the High Court in Edinburgh.
The trio all deny abducting Kriss in Kenmure Street, Pollokshields, Glasgow on 15 March, 2004, after punching and kicking him and forcing him into a car.
It is alleged that Kriss was imprisoned in the car at the point of a knife and a screwdriver and tied up before being driven to Strathclyde Park near Motherwell, Dundee, and eventually to the Clyde Walkway in the east end of Glasgow.
The charge alleges that Kriss was then taken from the car, restrained by the arms and murdered by being repeatedly stabbed and set on fire with an accelerant, which was said to have been poured over him.
Imran Shahid and Mushtaq also deny a string of other charges, including one claiming that they fled Scotland to Pakistan after the alleged murder.
Imran Shahid denies assaulting two detectives in the medical suite at London Road police office on 5 October last year and trying to pervert the course of justice by jumping on a blood sample that had been taken from him in an attempt to destroy it.
Imran Shahid and Mohammed Mushtaq also deny shouting, swearing and uttering racial abuse at three people in Glasgow Sheriff Court on 6 October
Our genuine best intentions would be worse than wasted on the BNP scum. They're using the truth about Islam to garner and exploit our despair, and then capitalise on our exasperation. Nick Griffin talks and writes well, he understands Islam and the threat we all face. But we all know he cares less than a damn about non-whites, to put it mildly. His official aquaintances, professional affiliations and personal freinds are the National Front. The British NF are among the most hateful bigots you'll find. The BNP web site has been 'cleaned' up in recent days, but no more than two weeks ago the "Great White Records" link on that site led to some of the most depraved corners of the web. Even if they expunged every racist from their ranks, their support base would hardly change overnight.
If there's anything left worth fighting for there should be plenty of real Nationalists to vote for long before anyone need falling for the Nazi lies. Your vote, none of my biz, but I think it would be a mistake to view them as the big guns they try to pretend to be. Jackboot-licking repressed homo-boverboy clones, maybe.
Why are we letting Muslims into the country wholesale? They have shown time and time again that they don't want to live under Western democracies.
Why are we forcing the issue? Some of these people might be better of emigrating to the Middle East or other Islamic countries that will have them.

We have had Islamic threats made against many of our prominent leaders in Europe, including the European President Mr. Jose Manual Barroso and we are supposed to remain ‘positive’ about the Islam in Europe.
