Denmark: Cartoon Rage Imam to leave country

The originator of Cartoon Rage is leaving Denmark, a humiliated man. "Imam who led cartoon protests to leave country," from AP, with thanks to PC:

Denmark's most prominent imam, who led criticism of the newspaper that published cartoons of the prophet Muhammad, is to leave the country, the Jyllands-Posten reported yesterday.

Imam Ahmed Abu Laban said he felt humiliated since the cartoon controversy, which led to riots around the world, and that he would return to Gaza with his family, the daily reported. "I am being viewed as a simple terrorist," he was quoted as saying.

When in fact, he's a very complex and subtle terrorist.

Imam Ahmed Abu Laban said he felt humiliated since the cartoon controversy

awe,poor poor mr.imam

"Imam Ahmed Abu Laban said he felt humiliated..."

There's that word again.

Now, if it reflects poorly on his family's honor, what will they do?

The "humiliation" and "resentment" that so many Muslims are said to feel in the West cannot conceivably be lessened, for what is meant is not what is usually meant. Those who feel this "resentment" and "humiliation" are mad not becuase they are ill-treated, for they have been treated with fantastic generosity, especially in Denmark. What is meant is that Muslims should rule, Muslims should dominate. And any sign that this, the right and natural order of things, is not being observed is "humiliating" and "enraging" for Muslims. This is something Western governments, not least that of Great Britain, the security services of which wrote about the "Muslim rage and humiliation" as one of the "motives" for the July 7, 2005 attacks, without understanding that unless Muslims are defered to in every way, unless their demands are met for Infidel institutions and individuals to change their ways in order to placate Muslims, then that so-called "humiliation" (a strange "humiliation" indeed) will continue.

Either the Infidels give in, here and there, and then everywhere, or that "humiliation" and "resentment" will be forever present. If only that could be grasped by the Infidels whose duty it is to instruct and protect others.

Poor Denmark - they will miss him. NOT!

The ultimate boycott of Denmark. Now, if only all other Danish Muslims would follow him out of there

"... he would return to Gaza with his family..."
And start trouble there. Because that's what goog Palistinian Imams do.

" (a strange "humiliation" indeed) "

That's the humiliation of the Supremacist who finds himself in any situation that is less than supreme. Even, as Hugh implies, the deferential, de facto superiority accorded to Muslims by our fantastic generosity is not enough: only supremacy will do.

Make sure his family follows. And all those who helped whip up anti-Danish sentiment among Muslims. There is no right, none, for non-citizens to remain in any country to undermine that country's institutions or the physical security of its citizens.

In this case the imam has decided himself to leave. But if he hadn't, he should have been expelled. And the Danish government should not wait to see how others decide; it is not up to them to decide, but up to the Danish governmnet to decide -- and it should decide, if it cares about its first duty to its citizens, to promptly, grimly, without any apologies at all except for havin waited so long, expel them.

One should not have to read about those who leave voluntarily because they feel "humiliated." Anyone who can be connected with subversive activities -- preaching against the state and its instutions -- should immediately be denied all welfare payments and access to health care (no reason for Infidels to pay for such people in the first place, but denying the aid once foolishly granted is better than not doing anything), and then the expulsion process, undertaken as rapidly as possible, should begin, and not stop.

good

or he knows an attack is comming and wants to be safe in gaza.

A top Al-Qaida activist called for an attack on Denmark, Norway and France on Friday, due to the publication of caricatures of Mohammed.

The publication previously sparked widespread condemnation from the Arab and Muslim world, Israel Radio reported.

from michelle malkin.. video by an Al-Qaeda member posted on the Internet called upon Muslims to attack Denmark, Norway and France for publishing cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed.
'Muslims avenge your prophet .... We deeply desire that the small state of Denmark, Norway and France ... are struck hard and destroyed,' declared Libyan Mohammed Hassan, who escaped from US custody at Bagram airbase in Afghanistan last July.

'Destroy their buildings, make their ground shake and transform them into a sea of blood,' said Hassan, dressed in military fatigues and a black turban, and holding an assault rifle.

Hassan, also known as Sheikh Abu Yahia al-Libi, was one of four Arab terror suspects who broke out of the high-security detention facility at Bagram, the main US military base in Afghanistan.

It was unclear when the 35-minute video, produced by al-Sahab, a media organization close to Al-Qaeda, was recorded.

The posting of the video comes three week's after Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden's call in a video to boycott products from the United States and European countries which supported Denmark over the publication of the cartoons.

we shall see

It is apparently a 32 minute A VIDEO by an al-Qaeda member posted on the Internet overnight calls on Muslims to attack Denmark, Norway and France for publishing cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed.

"Muslims avenge your Prophet .... We deeply desire that the small state of Denmark, Norway and France ... are struck hard and destroyed," said Libyan Mohammed Hassan, who escaped from US custody at Bagram airbase in Afghanistan last July.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. And I hope that Gaza, after the wealth and peace of Denmark, is all that he deserves. He is the two-faced bastard who argued for peace and mutual understanding in Danish and for jihad against Denmark in Arabic, and who introduced the three false cartoons to whip up anger - the twelve original ones obviously aren't bad enough to anger even Muslims. Being a Danish citizen, he could not be expelled - but evidently they made life so unbearable for him that he decided he would be better off elsewhere.

I hope this is the beginning of a trend.

Great that he left, but Hugh is right it would have been better if he and others were forced out, who knows maybe he was.

i think that it is important to continue to support the Danish people in their struggle against Jihad and Da'wa. I had the occasion recently to meet with a group of young danish students all teenagers who visited my granddaughters school. Our conversion lead into a discusion of the Mo cartoons, while many were very supportive and understood the danger of Islam, some seemed "fatigued by the whole thing". One of the parents said to me that they wished they could go back to the way things were before, "no troubles". Another parent interjected that what was before was an "illusion", that the trouble was brewing ready to surface and listed a series of events that she had experienced with the Islamization of the city she was from and how the average Dane had been suffering encroachments on their rights by a small number of Muslims in their neighborhoods for years.

She said that the cartoon riots were a blessing, because it showed many sceptics how unwestern and anti-European Muslim sensibilities were.

I nodded my head in agrement and gave a brief word of encouragement,

With out brave Denmark they would not have been exposed. it was a watershed event just like the resent immigrant demonstrations in US cites, it has woken many to the real dangers.

I only wish I had a chance to give this slimy, whining scumbag a good kick in the kaftan on his way out. I would wear my finest cowboy boots for this memorable occasion...

But apart from that, shouldn't Laban be in jail for sedition, slander, damaging the state of Denmark and incitement to riot?

Hugh, you are so right........................

There is no right for non-nationals to stay in a country where they undermine its institutions.

Would that Britain and Australia realised this and started getting rid of these evil people. Let them go back to their origin countries. I don't care if they reckon they are in danger there, this is just lies and most would slip easily back into the horrible criminality that already exists in any country that chooses to be ruled by islam.

islam....cult of evil

I'm sure his unwelcomeness had nothing to do with the three fake Mo cartoons he secretly added to guarentee inciting the Islamo-zombic mobs.

I down 14 milion to go !ª!

You know I can't get over this nagging in my head when I read the words of these Mohammedans and their passion to shed blood all the time.

The nagging is how similar Islam is to Satanism.

First of all, the leader (Mohammed, coals be upon his head) has these very unearthly and chillingly bizarre trances which make him enraged.

Secondly, their god has to have people fight his battles for him, which denotes servitude in the most destructive manner possible because it entails killing themselves in the process.

Third, they are not happy unless they are cutting up people to bits (I'm surprised they don't drink their blood in the process) and pour out their life's blood.

When you read about the ancient cultures which Israel had to fight against, there are striking similarities.

Fourth, they have absolutely no time for the dignity of another's life, but that only their god should be appeased. This is also very much evident in ancient pagan cultures.

The story of Elijah and his showdown against the 450 prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel (I Kings 18:17-40) comes to mind.

Lastly (however I'm sure there are more comparisons from which to draw), their god is full of wrath and vengeance and there is no place for compassion and love (those who say otherwise have a strange way of showing it).

What we will continue to be up against is nothing more than a holy war alright, but one which will never be won with guns and tanks, for this is a continuance of the same evil which has existed for millenia, but under different titles.

PJ

this muslim is justused the "humiliated card", it seems it does not take much to humilate these people. they restrict all sorts of natural human interactions between the sexs, its no wonder they let out their frustrations and out for blood. they need only look at their cult that has held them prisoner. they must realize how inferior they really are, and just lash out. well l am getting less pity for them each day l read about their so called humilation, and we should make it so unconfortable for them, that they run back to the fatherland of the arabs!

Abu Laban's move from Denmark is strategically in the best interests of Islam. The longer he stays in Denmark, the more he draws negative publicity for Islam. I would not be surprised if his superiors told him to vacate.

anti-uffe,

If it's true that he'll stay, after all, this is bad publicity for Islam, and good for the benefit of waking up Westerners. The more this Laban character sounds off, the more it will wake up Westerners.

(He recently talked about bombing a moderate Muslim politician there, and then later, when it was discovered that his comments had been recorded, claimed he was joking, or that he wasn't sure what he said, etc.)

Imam Ahmed Abu Laban said "I am being viewed as a simple terrorist,"
Well isnt he???? and every other Muslim who didnt stop him being so stupid...they all should go home...
It is obvious that they hate Denmark so much, the country that took them in they repay with violence over and over again.. and similar things are happening world wide, and funny, but it is always by the same people and the same religion, they repay our love and caring with hatred, lies and violence.
They cause trouble the world with over and over again and blame others over and over again, it is never their fault, they cause torture, death, fear, hatred world wide, and blame every other nation. It is India's fault, it is China's fault, it is America's fault, it is Australia's fault, always someone elses fault, not theirs that their own do these things... we are expected to sit back and let them terrorise us, hate us, rape our girls, murder our people and do nothing, and when we say enough is enough they say that it is because we are racist against them.... come on!!!!

Hugh, you are so correct, and what our governments dont seem to understand is that we are the enemy, even though we are not fighting them, they see us as fighting them because we wont give in to their demands...
Hugh, do you see any hope of our governments waking up...???? in time....

Newsflash: Being a fan of Aldous Huxley, the Imam Ahmed Abu Laban will be putting on a production of "Cartoonless in Gaza". All are invited.

Newsflash: Laban hired by Yale University.

His stay in Gaza will be short as he will be invited to join the Yale faculty (joining his Taliban cohort). A celebrity like him will make Yale the number one school in Islamic Studies in the United States. He will find plenty of sympathy and comfort here amongst a brigade of eager, little rich kids willing to "learn" how to hate their country and its culture.

Well, well, well... The lying imam who can´t stop lying.

Now he says he stays...

Someone mentioned trends in a post above:

How many non-islamic countries for this trend

Hypocrisy?

(It´s a great google-tool)

Laban missed me.

Any Jews here recognize the name Laban from the Passover Haggadah?

"Go forth and ascertain what Laban the Aramite intended to do to Jacob our father. Pharoah decreed destruction only for the males, but Laban intended to eradicate all. . . ."

And the grumpy Imam continues: "I don´t think human rights as muslims in Europe is possible". Laban opines he has been coming in for unwarranted criticism for the Muhammad controversy.

"I´m not willing to be manipulated and connected to terrorism, when the truth is that I am working day and night for the best of this country. I´ve experimented lately that people think I´m nothing more than a simple terrorist. No human being would accept it. It´s extremely humilliating", he stated.

He may not be "a simple terrorist", he is more likely one of the advanced kind. And he is working day and night "for the best of this country", he sez. (At least he doesnt say "MY COUNTRY!)

Now what might be 'the best' for Denmark, the best that Abu Laban & the likes of him have in store for her?

Let me guess: ISLAM? Noooooooooo.......!

Bingo!

How bout this simpleton is simple minded. I'm crying in my beer right now. Hope he enjoys his days in the giant kitty-litter box. Boo hoo.

Boxter; it's dude, "here's youre hat, what's your hurry" in the Pac. north west.
