Jihadist deported after Florida Jihad trial

Sameeh Hammoudeh is gone from the U.S. That's good (although he is free to continue the jihad in the Palestinian Authority). When immigration officials have formulated a way to keep people who are pursuing his agenda from entering the country in the first place, that will be even better. "Palestinian deported after Florida Jihad trial," from Reuters, with thanks to the Constantinopolitan Irredentist:

TAMPA, Florida (Reuters) - A co-defendant who was acquitted of all charges in the Florida terrorism trial of ex-college professor Sami al-Arian has been deported to the Palestinian territories, a U.S. official said on Wednesday.

Federal agents took Sameeh Hammoudeh from a prison near Tampa on Monday and escorted him to Ramallah in the West Bank. He had agreed to be deported after pleading guilty to a separate tax fraud charge.

Hammoudeh's wife and six children were taken to Ramallah in February.

Great. 8 down and ????????? to go.

That's great. One out the door. I just hope they can keep him out. But knowing the lax control of our borders, he might be back on the next train.

But was he deported for being associate with terrorism or just for the tax charge? I assume it is the tax charge. So really, this was not a victory for the anti-jihad cause. Had he not had the tax charge, he would not have been deported, his connection to terrorism notwithstanding.

LETS SEE HE SAYS THE STATE IS EVERYTHING..BUT THAT IS WHAT RUSSIA AND CHINA SAY...YOU DONT THINK?....LIKE DUH Supreme Leader-Commemoration of Imam Khomeini
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei said on Wednesday that the thoughts and identity of Imam Khomeini are still alive and dynamic and the principles inherited from the late Imam Khomeini are moving on explicit and definite bases.

In a meeting with members of the headquarters in charge of holding anniversary of Imam Khomeini's departure (June 4), the Supreme Leader said that safeguarding the thoughts and principles of Imam Khomeini is the main task.

Referring to invincible character of Imam Khomeini in the process of the Islamic Revolution which culminated in 1979, the Supreme Leader said that Imam Khomeini by relying upon faith and without fearing any threats, in an era when religion had weak presence in the society and even was exposed to ignorance owing to prevalence of materialistic views, entered the scene and introduced religion as the basis for human lifestyle and founded a state on the foundation of religion.

Ayatollah Khamenei said that Imam Khomeini enjoyed exemplary insight, talent and firm character.

"He founded a sapling which has blossomed and grown up with deep roots. The big powers, in spite of a variety of conspiracies have been disappointed in confronting it," Ayatollah Khamenei pointed out.

"Hostility of the hegemonic powers to the Islamic Republic is in fact because of their enmity with the thoughts of Imam Khomeini and some 17 years after his departure, they still target his lofty personality by all means at their disposal," the Supreme Leader said.

The Supreme Leader said that those advocating doctrines of Imam Khomeini should honor their commitments.

"They cannot proclaim themselves as advocates of Imam Khomeini and, on the other hand, seek their personal benefits under the Islamic Republic by ignoring social justice and moving in harmony with international capitalism."
The Supreme Leader said that the late Imam Khomeini believed in religion and ideology as basis for the state, adding that it is impossible for one to see oneself an advocate of Imam Khomeini, but, at the same time call for separation of ideology from politics. ..YES THE WEST CAN TALK TO THESE MAHDI WAITING KOOKS..RIGHT TED..AL..JOHN..MADHATER ALBRIGHT?

This was nothing. He can still sneak back into the country through Mexico. Congress, pass the Sensenbrenner Bill NOW!!!

wonder which directions he goes to. Hammas or friends of Abbas? will know soon enough.

Great news-however there are many more to go...
Bet once our Jihadist discovers the reality of life in Palestine he will be whining to return.
BE STRONG, keep him OUT.

Well, it may be great for us that this guy's gone from our soil, the fact remains that someone else in another part of the world is going to be terrorized by this as*h*le. I do not necessarily subscribe to the concept "better them than us."

Therefore as I see it, this is not much of a victory in the war on terrorism. All we have really done is shuffle terrorists (there's still gadzillions of them at large). As such this is nothing to get excited over.

From every Western country, there should be planeloads of such people leaving every day, round the clock. A family of 6 or 8 is nothing. There are millions of non-citizens who for our own safety and wellbeing should be repatriated from the Lands of the Infidels. There are others who have managed to obtain citizenship by swearing an oath of loyalty to the Infidel nation-state; it would not be difficult to show the contradictions between the teachings of Islam, which demand sole loyalty by Believers toward Islam itself and toward fellow Believers, and only hostility toward all Infdidels, and whatever oath is sworn, to uphold the American Constitution, or the laic state of France, or whatever Italy, Germany, England, Holland offer as their own minimial requirement.

There is no need to delay such actions. There is every reason to hasten that repatriation. But until enough people learn what Islam teaches, and what the history of Jihad-conquest teaches, and until they pay attention to all the stories that are available to them of Muslim behavior and demands in the Lands of the Infidels, the political support for such measures will be lacking. It is purely a matter of people being informed, or taking the time to inform themselves.
