A French court has jailed 25 alleged Islamic militants for planning attacks in France in support of Chechen rebels, the BBC reported Wednesday....Prosecutors said the group’s intended targets included the Eiffel Tower, the Halles shopping centre, police stations and places of Israeli interest.
The group was accused of “jihad” links with Chechen militants fighting Russia. Some sources reported they had received training in Russia’s restive southern province.
But of course they are innocent and Islam forbids violence , plus they are being tortured while in jail, Right?
I object to the use of the word "Islamic". Also "jihad" is a no no. Also the word "Chechen" because it may make some people think of the word "Islamic" (of which I have previously objected) which will make some people think of the word "jihad". I also object to the word "militants" which also may make some people think of the word "Islamic".
France, please contact Canada on how best to describe this non-event.
That's a bizarre photo accompanying the story. At first I thought it was a piece of luggage. Then I thought it was a burkha (but with a zipper?). It appears to be someone holding up an arm to shield their face but the person appears to have a black sack over their head so why are they holding up their arm? Weird.
How does one support Chechan rebels by blowing up things in France? What does France have to do with Chechnya? Why didn't they go blow up things in Russia? This makes even less sense than the usual nonsense, if that's possible.

Below is a posting on their Website and it confirms what I said over a year ago that the Islamophobia survey was a hoax and CAIR's website is used to compile anicdotal claims of Racism and anti-Muslim attacks.
While CAIR tried to claim they spoke for 700,000 Muslims in Canada,I now see their email
list for regular visitor is declared as 7,000
and that isn't broken down for multiple user addresses and how many are Muslim individuals.

Souldn't it be, " the muslim terrorists found guilty and sentenced to death?" This is the kind of comment that is so maddening. Who are these ignorant reporters. True, but they usually try to be at least remotely plausible in their pretext du jour.
So when does that next shipment of French arms reach Russia? Naturally, there has to be a connection right? Of course, when you threaten the Eiffel tower you threaten those area cafes charging $6.00 for a cup of coffee. Maybe that will finally be enough to draw the "wrath" of the natives.

From theatres in Moscow to the Belsan school, Russia has suffered more terrorist murders per-capita than any other country, except Israel. Unfortunately, like Israel, Russia has refused to define the enemy as Islam. Until they do, the terror will continue.

German Tourist Killed by Train After Entering Tunnel in Russian Metro

A young German tourist has been killed by a train in St. Petersburg metro after deliberately walking on the tracks.
The body of the man, aged 29, was found in the tunnel near the Gorkovskaya metro station, Interfax reports.
Witnesses saw him jump off the platform and walk into the tunnel towards the arriving train that smashed him. The man, who was on a tourist trip in Russia, received numerous injuries and died instantaneously.
Reasons behind the man’s strange actions remain unclear

The southern Russian republic of Chechnya has announced the winner of its controversial first beauty contest. Fifteen-year-old Zamira Dzhabrailova was named Beauty of Chechnya, and took home a foreign-made car and a cash prize, the BBC reported
