Wouldn't it be grand if the "Palestinians" were evicted from the West Bank and Gaza and the Israelis airlifted the Africans to the West Bank and Gaza? The Israelis would get good neighbors, the Africans would find safety from death, starvation or dhimmi status-and the "Palestinians" would be free to follow their destiny in Darfur.

(BTW, CAIR should be very concerned with Islamaphobia in Darfur. I'm sure (any day now)they will be coming out with lapel buttons that say, "End Islamaphobia in Darfur".)

If non-Arab Muslims could have brought home to them the real nature of Islam as the "Arab National Religion" (as Anwar Shaikh titled one of his books), and realized that within the universalist claims is justification and promotion of the most successful imperialism in history, that of Arab imperialism -- linguistic, cultural, and political -- for which Islam serves as a vehicle.

What do Malaysians have to do with Jews rebuilding their commonwealth on land they scrupulously bought, or inherited (the state and waste lands, which make up nearly 90% of the total) lands that had passed from the Ottomans to the government of Mandatory Palestine, which was set up by the League of Nations for the express purpose of establishing a Jewish National Home -- leading naturally to a state, the state of Israel.

Why are Malaysians agitating on behalf of the local Arabs who were carefuly renamed, after the Six-Day War, the "Palestinian people" (do the damn research yourself -- try to find in any of the U.N. records, or anywhre else, a single mention by a single Arab of the "Palestinian people" before the Six-Day War, and then ask yourself why)? Why should non-Arab Muslims, the Turks or the Iranians, or for that matter the Malaysians (at least one Malaysian intellectual has complained about the growing arabization of Malaysia), become little Arabs, assuming Arab names or lineages or dress or anything? What an act of self-humiliation, civilizational immolation? Why should this be endured? And why should non-Arabs upon whom Islam was foisted any longer endure the natural suspicion and hostility that all Muslims will, and rightly, feel from an aroused Infidel world? Why not give up on Islam, the "Arab National Religion," or at least attempt to create a non-Arab version that will throw out all the parts of it (the dhimmi status for non-Muslims, the duty to participate in the Jihad so as conquer Dar al-harb and incorporate it into Dar al-Islam) that were obviously created to justify and promote conquest by the Arabs of richer, more advanced, more settled communities of Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians.

Why should Malaysians, who clearly no nothing about the Jewish connection to "Palestine," and nothing about the invention of the "Palestinian people" so as to exploit the naivete of so many in assuming "hmm, there's 'Palestine' and over here are some people called the 'Palestinian people' so I guess the place nmust belong to them. Case closed." It is that shallow and that effective.

Why, as Islam is being studied -- or investigated-- by Infidels who can now read for themselves what Islam inculcates in Qur'an and Hadith, and find out for themselves what Muhammad did and said and when he was silent, and are unlikely to share the Muslim belief in the sheer wonderfulness of Muhammad. Quite the contrary.

One can understand why some Arabs who see right through Islam nonetheless, out of an identification with "Uruba" or "Arabness," and a civlizational piety -- after all, if Islam is not so wonderful, then the value of that Islam as the "gift of the Arabs" to the world is called into question, and so are the givers-- refuse to distance themselves or express to Infidels, or in public at all, their doubts about Islam.

But nothing should stop those whose ancestors were converted, either by force or by compulsion of another kind -- that is, forcing non-Muslims to endure a status of humiliation, degradation, and physical insecurity until, over time, a great many converted (most of the Muslims in Pakistan and Bangladesh and India itself are surely the descendants of Hindus or in some cases, Buddhists or Jains, who could not stand the oppression inflicted by the Muslim rulers).

"Death to Infidels"? "Death to America"? "Death to Israel"? What puppets of Arab marionettes, reaching and manipuating more than a thousand years beyond the grave, to make these Malaysians dance to an Arab belief-system's tune.

Humans are sometimes mysterious in how they react to abusers. Police officers often see this in domestic violence situations where the abused woman turns on the officers when they attempt to arrest a wife-beater.

Here you describe a kind of collective Stockholm Syndrome that not only accepts the killing of Hindu, Buddhist or Jain cultural roots but then identifies with those who destroyed their collective memory-making them bow down in submission to Arab Mecca. I don't have the numbers, but in Pakistan and Bangladesh, a good number of them are descendent from Afghan or Turkish invaders of India; some may even be Farsi. However, those in Pakistan who claim to be Syeds are probably making false claims - although the Arabs briefly occupied Sind in the 8th century, their presense there didn't last, so it's unlikely any of their descendents are still around.

On the very article itself, the very spectacle of non-Arab Muslims agitating against Israel is laughable; even Arab Muslims agitating on behalf of the "Palestinians" is ludicrous, when one considers how those people are treated in Arab countries, such as Kuwait in 1991.

My theory:

The European-Jewish relationship is fundamentally differnent than the Arab-Jewish relationship.

At the time of the conflicts(France~1200; Germany~1400; Misc Eastern Europe Until 1900), the friction was between farmers with numbers and Jews with money. Not a good bet with for the guys with concentrated wealth.

Today's friction is about a group with intelligence, resources, and resolve against a religion obsessed with their successful defence of a disputed piece of land.

I am reminded of a white American convert I once had the displeasure of knowing, and a conversation we once had. His wife was Malaysian and he lived there for a few years. He once told me that his wife hasnt left the house in two months, so I know he will fit right in.

I travelled to Malaysia as a young student in September 1991, and part of out tour involved staying with students at a school in northern peninsula Malaysia. The site suggests there is a £15 entrance fee, and I think thats a bit steep. Admittedly, I am curious as to what is displayed... given its on only from 6-9 July I havent much time left if I want to see it.

If I went in I would probably cause trouble, asking the organisers why they overlooked Mohammed's treatment of the three Jewish tribes (they voluntarily left, I suppose), how to correctly interpret sura 9:29 (its a minor part of the Koran, I have been told), as a dhimmi whether i should pay jizya (u paid £15 to come in, didn't you?), and why o why do so many suicide bombers constantly refer to multiple verses in the Koran as justification for what they are doing? (extremist interpretation, I suppose).

While I can agree that any prosperity in Indonesia or Malaysia has almost nothing to do with the ethnic malaysians or Indonesians, you have to separate them from their arab sourced brainwashing.

Jews had to resort to money lending for many centuries as they were barred from universities and many other trades right up till WW2. Hence this was one thing they could do. I doubt Jewish farmers back then had much money.

Thus the role of moneylending was forced upon them as was the role of the small businessman renting a property.

Hugh, I am amazed at how clearly you constantly put things, I love reading what you have to say, it is exactly what I feel yet because of my dyslexia (or lisdexia eheheh I sometimes dont get it out as well)
I don't understand these animals, since the return of the Jews to Israel Muslims have continually year after year gone into Israel and bombed thousands of people including babies, children, women yet the media has said nothing,,but when Israel eventually got fed up with the constant destruction of their homes, business and people and retaliates, not only has the media told the world how terrible Israel was and still is, but the Media and the Muslim world say that it is Israel who is committing atrocities against them. Israel just wants to live in peace and for good reason, not only does their Tora tell them to do so but they are surrounded by millions of ferocious Arabs who want them dead and who want their now wonderful land, so as they can put it back into the dark ages.
