"There was a big difference in the numbers between the two parties, but the prophet Muhammed fought and won. God said, 'Don't worry, I will assist you with angels you can't see.'"

In "Digging in with Israel's enemies" from AFP (thanks to Sr. Soph), the interviewed mujahedin refer to the Muslim prophet Muhammad's battles with the pagan Quraysh, taking comfort from the fact that his forces prevailed over numerically superior foes.

This is one of the main reasons why I wrote my forthcoming book, The Truth About Muhammad (coming October 9 from Regnery): to illuminate the elements of Muhammad's life that inspire and motivate the jihadists of today. Unless and until these aspects of Muhammad's example are rejected by large numbers of Muslims, violence in the name of Islam will continue.

"This is the battle we have long expected and long prepared for," said Haj Rabia Abu Hussein -- known to his soldiers simply as "103."

"I know my mission. I must make my rockets hit Israel," he said matter-of-factly....

Note that Ol' 103 doesn't seem to care whether he hits military or civilian targets in Israel.

As Mr. Hussein talked, he fingered his Motorola radio, his means of communication with his soldiers farther afield. He wore a blue denim button-down shirt and a baseball cap that he slung backward when the conversation turned intimate.

Mr. Hussein sat beside Abu Mohammad, 44, a longtime friend in Reeboks, a loose-fitting T-shirt and cargo pants.

In their fashion choices, mild manners and neatly trimmed beards, Mr. Mohammad -- code name "121" -- and Mr. Hussein very much fit the Hezbollah mold.

They shift seamlessly from civilian garb to soldiers' wear, they said.

"It's not reasonable to walk around in military uniforms and carry rifles when, for example, the Red Cross comes into town," Mr. Hussein said....

Of course. When gullible Westerners are around, shift to "ragtag civilian militia" clothing.

The fighters pepper their narrative of resistance with references to Islamic history.

"Muslims have the battle between Muhammad and the Koraysh," said Mohammad, referring to the prophet's early struggle against Mecca's merchant class.

"There was a big difference in the numbers between the two parties, but the prophet Muhammed fought and won. God said, 'Don't worry, I will assist you with angels you can't see.'"

That is a reference to passages of the Qur'an such as 3:123-5 and 8:9, in which Allah promises to send angels to help the Muslims wage war.

Moooooehammid was nothing more than a cheap bazzaar sheep pimp.

Rant all you want about Muhammed (death be upon him),he was a misogenist and pedophile according to the Quran which is undisputible in its historic records.
Who would have thought a future generation would give rights to females and make pedophilia a crime. You must long for the 7th century of violence and sodemy of children.

a Mohammedan woman , mother of a suicide bomber was interviewed a few days ago; she was upset that her eldest son was a "Shahid" because he was the one who provided money for the family - she said she would have preferred that one of her younger sons had blown himself up = Mohammedan compassion and family love

Mohammed smelled like patchouli and was known to bugger goats...

On the antijihad forum, there is an article about a man who is making a film about suicide bombers.

He said that the main difference between moderate muslims and the Islamists is that moderate muslims don't expect to see the world become Islamic in their own lifetime, but the Islamists want the world to be muslim NOW.

In other words, moderate muslims are patient, whereas Islamists are impatient.

I can't wait to buy your book. Let's get this thing on the NYT Best-Seller List and keep it there, people! They almost stroked out over Robert's PIG on Islam and the Crusades. Just one more push!

i am always amazed at how ignorant most people are of the life lead by mohammud, who is revered to be some holy mkan. how could some terrible evil sick cult ever become a relgion by some human monster we will never fathom. Robert you upcoming book is long overdue, it will enligihten many Westerners.

The Quraysh were the keepers of the Ka'bah and therefore one of the ......

So the pervey prophet stole the black rock Kabba from them. That was the motivation. The pagans of Islam stole the pagan Kabba from the pagan Quraysh.

Allah ... meet the new idol same as the old idol

"There was a big difference in the numbers between the two parties, but the prophet Muhammed fought and won.

I noticed the same thing in Arnold Schwarzenegger's film "Commando". But I tend not to take works of fiction too seriously.

"but the Islamists want the world to be muslim NOW" - Voltaire

"We want the world and we want it NOW"

"You cannot petition Allah with prayers"

(with a nod to your rock reference, dennisw).

"Iwant it all, and I want it now"...........Freddy Mercury,Queen.

"I will assist you with angels you can't see."

Only one angel that the world does not see. Deceit.

They tape over their jewelry? I thought wearing jewelry was haram
Mr. Hussein -- who joined Hezbollah in 1982 to fight a previous Israeli occupation of Lebanon that ended in 2000 -- has covered a large ring on his right index finger with tape. The ring glistens in the sun and might be picked up by a trolling Israeli drone, he fears, but it's his lucky charm, engraved with a prayer to Ali Ibn Abu Talib, revered by Shi'ites as the rightful successor to the prophet Muhammad. "It says 'Ya Ali,' and it protects me. It's been blessed at a number of religious shrines," he said

'ya ali' is a muslim war cry.

"I will assist you with angels you can't see."

a single (even dirty) nuke vertically (200-300 miles)past the atmosphere melts infrastructure into a knotty mess, but hardly destroys any hardware, real estate, or living organism on the planets surface,
just switches off the high advance of western technology...for good, for a long time...
and Ahmedsjihad of Iran knows that too, shoot somewhere from the ocean, where is there to retaliate...
The World can forget about a "Geneva Convention", this is the future, only imagination is the limit.
Harder the punch, surer the victory...

Speaking of new books, does anyone have any idea when the third and final instalment in Oriana Fallanci's trilogy is going to be in print in English? I know it's available in Spanish but unfortunately, I don't speak the language. The Force of Reason and The Rage and The Pride are absolutely outstanding, and I am really interested to know if the third book will be out soon.

Just ordered Mr. Spencer's coming book (pre-order)actually).
I too would be very interested on learning when Fallacci's 3rd book will be available.

"his lucky charm, engraved with a prayer to Ali Ibn Abu Talib, revered by Shi'ites as the rightful successor to the prophet Muhammad. "It says 'Ya Ali,' and it protects me."

Superstitious primitives.

Robert-

I hope you will write a book on the Koran-with each and every part explained and commented upon-from the beginning to end. Even a "The Koran for Dummies" would be helpful. As it is, most people who read the Koran have to go elsewhere for comment-in such a book, all would be in one place.

This story makes me wonder if Saudi Prince al-Waleed Bin Talal al-Saud, nephew of the Saudi king, CEO of Kingdom Holding Company and 8th richest person in the world as ranked by Forbes magazine, has invested as much money in Reuters as he has in AOL/Time Warner (parent of CNN), CNN, Disney and FOX? Al-Waleed is the third largest investor in Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. Murdoch is set to acquire a stake in the prince's Mideast titan media company Rotana. The size of the stake has yet to be announced.
Istithmar, a private investment company based in the United Arab Emirates is also acquiring large amounts of stock in AOL/Time Warner. Have they invested in Reuters also?
In March 2006 prince Al-Waleed launched a new satellite TV channel, Al-Resalah, "The Message", a 24 hour channel to “project Islam as a religion of moderation and tolerance” to an Arab audience, primarily the young. It will be the forerunner of an English-language Islamic channel for Western audiences at a later date.
At an Arab media conference in December, 2005, held in the UAE, al-Waleed openly boasted of altering Fox News Channel's coverage of the Muslim riots in France by making a telephone call to News Corp. chairman Rupert Murdoch. He said he convinced Fox to drop the emphasis on the Muslim nature of the rioters.
Also in December of 2005, the prince gave $20 million gifts to Harvard and Georgetown to expand their Islamic studies departments.
That kind of money buys a lot of influence and positive publicity.

OOpS! Posted in the wrong thread! My bad!

Of course, it is completely lost on these moronic goons that now THEY are the numerically superior force but they're still getting their asses handed to them by the IDF. The invisible angels may be able to slip away unharmed, but the flesh and blood Hezbos are now trapped like rats.

This freedom fighter indeed knows his job description--Shoot Missiles Thata Way!--but he ought to read the fine print. It says, "Boom! Now you're invisible, too."

Let's see if any of the Islamic allah's angels can stop a bullet. BTW I didn't capitalize "allah" because I'm refering to their false little moon god who lives in the Kaaba's black meteorite. Since Arabic speaking Jews and Christians also use "Allah" for the true God, then it should be capitalized only in that case...NEVER for the Muslim idol.

On a lighter note:
Sometimes these Muslim fools can be defeated with humor. If Al-Qaeda or the Chechens wanted to get http://www.jihad.net they missed out because that belongs to a group of anti-Barney (the irritating purple dinosaur) humorists and gamers.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Barney_humor

where they describe their intentions as "The operators of jihad.net, in acknowledging the situation since the September 11, 2001 attacks, chose to continue their site, noting that "... while a group of geeky Western gamers keep hanging onto jihad.net, people with less pleasant intentions are unable to use it."

I salute these geeky Western gamers.
