Jammu: In a move that will once again create a fear psychosis among womenfolk in Rajouri district, a Hizb-ul-Mujahideen area commander on Saturday threatened them to follow the Islamic dress code of wearing a burka and a veil while moving in public places and warned that they would be killed if they failed to comply, officials said.They said a poster of ultra Alamgeer Hafiz Gazali had come up in Chokiya village of Darhal tehsil in this regard.
Giving them one week to comply, Gazali, said the throats of those defying the order would be slit. Women not wearing burkas were un-Islamic, he said in the poster.
Come now, this can't be right! After all, "there is no compulsion in religion", says the prophet of the Religion of Peace.
Surely we have misunderstood, as always. This story must be banned as a slander against Islam!

Burkas are actually degrading to men. The purpose of the burka is to "protect the woman" from the uncontrollable sexual urges of the males who can't help but to rape the women if they catch a glimpse of hair or skin. Enforcing the burka dress code is a confession by the males that they cannot control their urges beyond that of wild animals.

That's true about Muslim men. However, in the area under question, the Muslim population is miniscule. Jammu (and Ladakh) isn't a part of Kashmir.

If this is a predominantly Hindu area then this murderous madman is deliberately provoking fear as a prelude to forcing the region to convert to Islam.
Are the Hindu and other non-Islamic men in the region going to allow their women to be terrorized in this fashion? Or are they going to stand up for their women and push these murderers out, hopefulling slitting the throats of those who make such threats.
Forcing non-Muslims to "act Islamic" is hardly unprecedented. It achieves several things: It sets protecting the "tender sensibilities" of Muslims as the highest good, imposes power on non-Muslims (a form of dhimmitude), it terrorizes non-Muslims, and it "softens things up" for a full-scale push at Islamization of the whole non-Muslim population.
Horrifyingly, this is starting to become a problem in parts of the West, also. I've read that girls and women in the banlieus (French public housing projects with a large Muslim population) have been pressured into weariing the hijab in order to avoid violent harrassment by Muslim "youths". These are not just Muslim women, either, but also non-Muslim immigrants from the Carribean and native French women as well.

I have a dream. In this dream, all the female posters to this site lead a jihad in places such as these to overthrow Islam's insane notions of the perfect woman (requiring them to be 3rd class citizens if not worse). One look at the posters would probably be enough to get most of the brainwashed women to either lead the fight to reform Islam (if that's even possible) or try to leave this cult. This jihad is televised and beamed especially to those backward places (it would be the first time I'd ever watch a reality show). Now THAT would be must see TV.

Put your fears to rest; there are no muslim scientists. Who would have time to be both a faithful muslim and a scientist?
Since Islam preaches the opposite of what real religions preach it's no wonder it appears satanic. It's really convenient that Islam bans depictions of either its god or its prophet. Why? If a somewhat accurate depiction was allowed back in the early days would such a depiction look a lot like Satan? That would probably get at least some Muslims to ponder what their faith really is all about-the commandments of the devil himself.
