A teenage girl wanted to convert to Christianity. She survived. Her mother was killed. By her father.

A RELIGIOUS feud between a Muslim father and his teenage daughter may have sparked a bloody domestic dispute on Queensland's Gold Coast which left the man's wife dead and him fighting for life in hospital.Police are investigating suggestions the violence erupted after the 17-year-old girl told her father she wanted to opt out of the Islamic faith and convert to Christianity. The girl's mother is believed to have stepped in to protect her daughter, only to be fatally stabbed with a kitchen knife.
Neighbours reported hearing "blood-curdling" screams before the hysterical girl ran half-naked from their Southport home unit covered in scratches.
Police later found the body of the girl's mother, 41, inside the blood-smeared unit. Her husband was taken to the Gold Coast Hospital with a stab wound to the chest. He was last night in a critical condition under police guard.
Neighbour Caitlin Dalton was taking out the rubbish about 7pm on Monday when she heard "loud, huge, terrifying screams" coming from the unit complex.
"She (the teenager) was yelling, 'Help me, help me, they're trying to kill me'," Ms Dalton said. "Everybody heard the screams but we couldn't work out which unit they were coming from. Then this girl emerged in the stairwell hysterical and crying. Her clothes had been ripped off, she was just in her underwear and she had quite severe scratches down her arm and across her back."
Ms Dalton said that as residents tried to comfort the sobbing girl, she told how she had wanted to "convert from the Islam religion and obviously her father didn't handle it very well".
"She said her parents were really strict," Ms Dalton said.
Surfers Paradise CIB's Detective Inspector John Hartwell would not comment on whether religion was behind the deadly domestic dispute, saying police were unsure of the motive.
That's because they refuse to learn anything about Islamic mores and attitudes toward conversion.
The good news: the father is critically injured - stab wounds from the mother, perhaps? The hospital should be as negligent as possible about treating him, and let him die. And once the girl recovers, hopefully she goes through with her conversion, gets a new identity, and move out of Queensland to somewhere else in Australia, where she is unknown.
And start a new life.
Better to kill your child than let her escape the clutches of Islam. Now someone please explain how this is not a cult of death because I don't see how it isn't.

Australian Muslims would likely rather the father be dead; no exclamations about honor and Islam from him.
Better to do everything possible to keep the father alive; for the court proceedings.
Better the daughter be made known (under adequate protection, of course), to tell her story.
Better to see Australian Muslims squirm.
Better to have the Australian press fully report this.

This case sheds a little light on the "honor" killing a couple of months ago (?) in the UK, in which a young woman's mother actually held her down so that her father could more easily slit her throat. While I do NOT condone that mother's horrific act, I can at least understand why some Muslim mothers are afraid to help their daughters in these cases. Look what happened to this poor mother in Australia merely for acting on most mothers' strongest and noblest instinct--to protect their children.

inspector hartwell, maybe the father stopped taking his medication, or perhaps the mother was trying to kill him and the girl tried to intervene, he lost his job, was tripping on acid, mom didn't give him a beer that was cold enough to satisfy his thirst for quench, the neighbors dog urinated on the tire of his s.u.v., or his daughter wanted to convert from islam to Christianity. A quote: "I'm inthpector hartwell, uth don't know why thith happend, but we be workin on it."
Hmmm...quite odd the mother would try to protect her daughter. She doesn't sound quite so much like a muslim.
No compulsion in islam. Just death.

This question goes to the heart of the the architecture of Islam, which is designed to decieve, entrap and terrorise, where the only one way out is death, as this incident proves. All the same, an important question to ask and repeat.

I don't believe the mother attacked her husband. The urge to protect her child probably led to a spur of the moment action, resulting in her injuries. Call me cynical but I think the wound is self-inflicted - it makes him seem somehow a victim, too, and if the wound is fatal, he doesn't have to face trial for what he has done. Or am I reading too much into this?
What about the daughter? Will she be able to convert as she wishes or will Family Services or whatever simply place her in the care of other (Muslim) family members? Out of the frying pan...

Killing: the act of one that kills; esp : murder, homicide.

Ther is a far more HONEST article at the local GOld Coast Bulletin, which even quotes verses of the Quran to explain honor killings to the reader.

Last time I met Greg Stotlz, he seemed blisfully unaware of the dangers and the attitude has been that Such islamic violence does'nt happen here in Surfer's pardise mate!
The story was not in the Australian's edition this morning and one cannot help thinking that it is indeed local papers who are not bound by PC censoring and can actually speak he truth.
A few weeks ago i passed Dr Hussein's surgery at the tree tops shopping centre. I was stupefied to see grafitti on the neighbouring wall. A Swastika was drawn with an inscription reading 'Bush must die'. Such stuff is still rare over here.

Yes, where does she go from here? Her mother is dead and her father is lost to her. An orphan, care of Islam. When will we stop this insanity?
Arrangements are being made through Crisis Care for accommodation for her at this stage, pending the contact of the next of kin and relatives.

Why does any country need muslims? We don't need them or want them, but we've sure got them, with more coming every day thanks to our illustrious, sagacious leaders who ignore the wishes of the people in favor of the mandates of their masters at the UN. The UN agenda is being followed to the letter by every Western nation, to the singular advantage of the third world which controls this corrupt and despicable world body.
The United States government, in its infinite wisdom and generosity, granted asylum to 70,000 Somali muslims and allowed them all to settle in one place! 70,000 of the most uncivilized, fervent muslims on the planet, and they were ceremoniously bestowed upon a city in the midwest with full welfare benefits and free housing, compliments of the taxpayers. I am confident that they will contribute immensely to the improvement of American society and will be forever grateful to the generous American people for delivering them from their evil oppressors. I'm sure they brought along their own beloved islamic clerics to enforce the sharia, as well as their filthy culture and its vile practices. Another American city that will soon become an open air slaughter ground; a littered, filthy muslim ghetto with animal blood running through the streets, and the screams of little girls piercing the night as they are butchered on kitchen tables. As for the botched honor killing, could it be that both the mother and father were trying kill the daughter and she fought back, killing her mother and wounding her father? That's what it sounds like to me. Who stabbed the father? I sure hope this poor girl does not get stuck with a murder rap. It would be poetic justice if she killed them both instead of being one more victim of islam's depraved justice system. She said that her parents were "very strict", so I'm not so sure the mother was defending her. And the father is a doctor, no less, proof that education does nothing to alleviate islamic insanity. Muslim mothers are usually willing participants in these vile murders of their own children. If muslims will viciously murder their own children, what will they do to us? I shudder to contemplate that rhetorical question.
Bangladeshi-born Dr. Muhammad Hussain is a General Practitioner, a wealthy and well-educated man. Another example that shows that jihadists are NOT the poor and uneducated. These are the best and brightest minds that the Islamic world has to offer. He used his vast medical knowledge to do a little unauthorized surgery on his wife's chest, followed by a little sepuku on himself. No bothering with the Hypocratic Oath with this lot. If he survives, maybe he can go to work in the Muslim-only hospital in Holland.

Well, according to the neighours the girl was yelling 'help me, help me, they're trying to kill me', so it definitely looks that way. But, no, she will not be charged with anything, one way or the other. Clearly self defense.

One wonders how wise it is to contact her Muslim relatives - wouldn't they just finish the father's unfinished business? Sounds like it would be wiser to find her a good Christian foster home if she's yet too fragile to cope on her own.

Lest anyone think that this is a highly unusual occurence, I need to tell them I knew a Palestinian American girl who married an American guy and converted to Christianity. Her family voted against killing her by ONLY ONE VOTE. One of the uncles voted against it. This is more than an academic matter, even in the USA.
There is a common factor in gender dynamics of Muslim immigrants to the United States: the girls, finally given some freedom in the public schools, tend to far outshine their male siblings (who have usually been told that they are fully-entitled incarnate gods, so to speak)and do much better, academically and socially, than the boys. This causes tremendous strain in traditional families as the girls try to strike out as free, autonomous humans and their families attempt to keep them down.

According to "The Times" Somali Muslims are "over represented" in violent crime in Britain as well. The Somali who shot dead one Policewoman and wounded another during a robbery in Yorkshire earlier this year has pleaded guilty to the killing today. You may remember that by cruel coincidence she was killed on her daughters 4th birthday. Also the killer had been refused asylum but the lawyers decided he could not be sent back because his life would be endangered.
The interesting thing is the case is being held in Newcastle instead of the Leeds area where the killing took place. This is only 100 north but in the terms of a small island it is like having a case from Pittsburgh tried in Boston Mass. Also he pleaded guilty which is rare in murder cases and it means there will be minimal press coverage. It will now be a couple of days in court, outline details to the judge and sentence, instead of the usual 6-12 weeks trial full of politically embarrassing detail.
Looks like someone wants to get the case out of the way as fast as possible. Wonder if there was any plea bargining?

Just curious, but similar theme which I hope will not get you too annoyed - did you hear about the detective killed by an Algerian "asylum seeker" 3 years ago? The anti terrorist police raided the flat and had been searching it for an hour when one of the suspects got a knife from the kitchen and stabbed him about 20 times. The Algerian had not been handcuffed because that would have infringed his civil rights.
The killer got jail but the asylum lawyers got the 3 other Algerians who were in the flat with him off. They also got them British residence permits and full welfare.
Wonder what they can do for this guys 4 pals?

IMHO every nation needs to be very careful about allowing people from moslem countries to immigrate. If the moslems don't like how things are done in Australia, the US, the UK or anywhere else, they're free to leave and return to whatever islamic hellhole they came from.
I say God bless the woman. May she rest in peace after choosing her daughter over her loyalty to any crazy creed that she may have subscribed to in life. She chose rightly. May God forgive her for everything else.
