Teheran (dpa) - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Friday that the United Nations Security Council was no longer legitimate as long as it dominated by the US and Britain."All the world knows that the US and Britain are enemies of the Iranian nation and now they sit in the UN Security Council and act as both judge and executioner, but the era of such an order is over," Ahmadinejad said at a pre-Friday prayer sermon at Teheran University.
"This form of UN Security Council is no longer legitimate and neither are its resolutions, nobody would accept such decision-making any more," Ahmadinejad said referring to possible UN sanctions against Iran.
Boy, A-Nut is really into this legitimacy thing this week. First Israel, now this. Considering his government of mad dogs he shouldn't bark too loudly about the L word.
I do like the fact that he mentions the US and Britain as "executioners". Freudian slip there, Mr. President?
For once I agree with Mr. Hitler completely. The Security Council is not legitimate. It should be renamed the Insecurity Council and is a bastard child of third world tyrannies, failed colonies and Islamic groups like the IOC or whatever it calls itself.
The UN and the Security Council are good ideas allowed to go wrong. A victory garden which has been choked by all sorts of noxious weeds.
Perhaps the UN would be more effective if it were moved to Tehran.
You see, whether there is a UN, effective or not, it wouldn't matter to Iran unless the UN is made up of muslem countries only.

I was crusing the US News & World Report site last night and came across a new war plan being put forth by the administration and the pentagon. It assumes that extreamist muslims are the enemy and not Al-Q. The morphing from this position to making ISLAM itself the enemy is now a very small step.
BTW, I've already seen a website that has a petition up against war with iran. This site was describing in detail the Eisenhower strike task force.

The Freedom From war document presented to the UN in 1961 (State Dept Document #7277), by President Kennedy had this to say in part:
The over-all goal of the United States is a free, secure, and peaceful world of independent states adhering to common standards of justice and international conduct and subjecting the use of force to the rule of law; a world which has achieved general and complete disarmament under effective international control; and a world in which adjustment to change takes place in accordance with the principles of the United Nations.
In order to make possible the achievement of that goal, the program sets forth the following specific objectives toward which nations should direct their efforts:
The disbanding of all national armed forces and the prohibition of their reestablishment in any form whatsoever other than those required to preserve internal order and for contributions to a United Nations Peace Force;
The elimination from national arsenals of all armaments, including all weapons of mass destruction and the means for their delivery, other than those required for a United Nations Peace Force and for maintaining internal order;
The institution of effective means for the enforcement of international agreements, and for the maintenance of peace in accordance with the principles of the United Nations;
The establishment and effective operation of an International Disarmament Organization within the framework of the United Nations to insure compliance at all times with all disarmament obligations.
As far as I can tell, the above has been official US policy since Kennedy presented it to the UN.

This form of Muslim Pact aggression is no longer legitimate and neither are its resolutions and threats. Nobody in the Islamic world should accept such decision-making any more.
