You might be able to get one now from Amazon -- click on the picture above. However, it looks as if they may be sold out at the moment. In any case, watch for it in the next week or so, when stocks should be plentiful.

Straw asks Muslims to remove veil
Mr Straw: Covering faces makes good community relations difficult
Muslim women in the UK who wear full veils make "better, positive relations" between communities "more difficult", Commons leader Jack Straw has said.
Concealing a face was "a visible statement of separation and of difference", the Blackburn MP wrote in the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.
He said he now asks women who have meetings with him to remove their veils so they can truly talk "face-to-face".
"My concerns could be misplaced, but I think there is an issue here," he said.

I have also viewed the documentary. Outstanding piece of work, but considering the caliber of folks that participated, I would not have expected any less.
The material presented is extremely cogent and provides a mechanism whereby you can easily share this message with others in your home.

“Obsession” is I think, one of the most important political films ever made.

I fully agree with Odyessus. The two movies, "Obsession: Radical Islam's War against the West" and "Islam: What the West needs to know" are both excellent movies tackling different themes. Obsession aims at drumming into the head of the PC Western crowd that Islam (even though its termed as Radical Islam in the movie) is not something we can afford to ignore anymore and that a War has been declared upon us. I believe that the movie Islam (I haven't seen it yet) describes what it is in the Koran that inspires these people to go to War with us.
My basic problem with Obsession is that it never addresses the root problem. The fact that millions of muslims base their hatred and muderous attitude toward Israel and the West on basic Islamic teachings disturbs me greatly! I realize that most American Muslims do not *now* believe they are capable of murder, treason and bigotry but are they not Islamic? Does Islam not teach this at it's very roots?
They will follow the commands of their teachers (Imams). Who is to say they cannot be slowly and gently swayed by a few well positioned and coercive Hitler's into becoming this terrible force?
I do not propose isolating and casting out muslims here in America. They are human too. What I do oppose is allowing our PC attitude and our Freedom of Speech to be used by those few devils at the top of islam in America as a tool for the destruction of freedom and tolerance in the US!
That's all I have to say for now.

Yesterday, I showed my World History class the documentary Obsession. A few parents attended. When the movie ended, everyone sat in silence--stunned. I will be offering Islam: What the West Needs to Know to individual students to use as fulfillment of their annual project for my course. For those who don't understand the threat of Islam, Obsession makes a good startping point. Follow up with Islam: What the West Needs to Know.
Most teachers will not be able to show these films to their classes. I, however, work with homeschool students. We are not politically correct!
KUDOS to you, Always on Watch! I, for one, quite believe that (forced) public schooling will be part of the downfall of our country. It such a "carrier" of PC thinking.
On another note, my copy of "Islam: What the West Needs to Know" arrived today from Amazon. Gee, it's good to finally be ahead of the crowd, for once. (But VERY glad to see that it's back-ordered!)

Tell people that this is perhaps the most important hour of film-watching they may ever do in their lives.
That is certainly how I felt watching it.

Incidentally it would be great if JihadWatch contained a counter so that we know how many people are visiting the site.
It would also be good if the counter broke down the visitors by country.
I am convinced that this message is getting through to some people i.e. the Americans but not to others i.e. the British.
For instance, look at the sales ranking of Robert Spencer’s new book “The truth about Muhammad.”
On Amazon.com, the American Website, the sales ranking is 107th.
On Amazon.co.uk, the British Website, the sales ranking is 5,322th !
Also I was disturbed to find that Robert Spencer’s books are not available on the French Amazon website. They have not been translated!
The website www.faithfreedom.org/ has a deliberate policy of offering it’s writings in a number of languages, including French and Arabic.
If JihadWatch is going to reach the four corners of the globe surely it must do the same!

It has been estimated that 49% of British people never read a book.
In the USA the figure is approximately the same.
Most people in the West will probably never read a book by Robert Spencer which is why the medium of a film is so important.
I see from the “Obsession” website that there will be director’s cut edition. The director actually admitted that they cut out some of the stronger scenes. I will have to buy that.
