Jihad Watch at Hot Air: The price of apostasy

PriceofApostasy.jpg

In this week's Jihad Watch segment at Hot Air, I discuss the implications of the Afghan jihadist demand that apostate Abdul Rahman be returned to Afghanistan in exchange for hostage Gabriele Torsello.

I hope somebody there is smart enough to learn from Robert Spencer and JW/DW. Here it goes...

Italian government: Please keep and protect him. He is living evidence of your strength and worthiness to lead your people. He is a symbol that you will keep and protect your people from the slavery of islamic slavery that is again creeping into Europe.

A set of rules that could be safely followed, implicated by Al-Ha or MoonGod Mohd, are -

Never exchange a non-Muslim with a Muslim (or a convert) - implicated in QueRan
Never trust a Muslim; (-implied in Que-Ran)
Never run away from a Muslim: (implicated in QueRan)
Never ever be threatened by a Muslim; (implicated in QueRan);
Never turn your other cheek to a Muslim, just slap him hard with full vigor if he ever slap you; (implicated in QueRan)
Never ever convert to evil cult, Islam; (implicated in QueRan)

Lets assume we return Abdul Rahman back to Afghanstan, in return for a converted Italian. Implication is obviously a negative earned value.

Robert

First of all, thanks again for another succinct and invaluable presentation.
I should say though that I find the background music intrusive and annoying, bringing in an MTV style element that is inappropriate, considering the gravity of your words. Do you have any control over this?

Robert why do you have that shitty Islamic flag on your site? I have to see that each time I read your thoroughly informative and educational articles. It looks ugly.

Apostacy from Islam = freedom from mental slavery. That's why Mo made this the highest of crimes.

Abdul Rahman could never be lawfully or morally returned. The twisted logic of an islamic country would permit such a thing buy no country in the west would ever do so.

Off topic/ Flags of Our Fathers is a terrific movie. A very sad epic requiring much kleenex but a must see. You muslim trolls go see it too so you can see what Americans can and will do to survive.

Robert,

Thank you for another great presentation!

I almost immediately came to the same conclusion as johndoe: the music is inappropriate and intrusive. This is a serious matter, and the music gives exactly the opposite vibe.

Robert, great Vent over at Hot Air. I recently bought two of your books (Truth abt Mohammed, P.I. Guide to Islam & the Crusades). I'm about halfway through the Guide, and I must say it's eye-opening. I'm still trying to come to grips with what Islam is all about, but you've got some very compelling arguments.

The thing is, I've got several Muslim friends (here in the US) who are absolutely wonderful people, and seem about as far away from the sorts of radicals as one could possibly be--3 women, from Tunisia, Pakistan, and Iran, and a man from Iran. I just don't understand how they could be associated with such a violent religion. Do the true Muslim moderates really just not know about the tenets of their religion? Are there Muslims out there that are honestly trying to bring about reform?

Your books and Hot Air spots really paint a bleak picture. I guess I'm just having a hard time accepting it...

Are the muslims as frightened and intimidated as I am when I see Spencer?

Keep these spots coming!

Hack Ptui,

Here's how I see it.

Catholics who eat meat on Friday and who use artificial birth control devices are quite similar in behavior to 'moderate' Muslims.

They know what their respective faith's teach, but have chosen not to follow every tenet of those faiths.

They know that their fundamentalist co-religionists are the true believers; and they know that the piety and commitment to the faith of their fundamentalist brethren is greater than their own.

No doubt, many wish they could be more like them.

Your Muslim friends know what Allah said and commands.

And so does Usama bin Laden.

Unlike your 'moderate' friends, UBL would cut your infidel throat in the name of Islam.

And theirs, too.

no one forced that italian muslim reporter to venture into afganistan. so let him stay there with his religious brothers of islam.

They better make damn sure they don,t hand him over to the facist scum, any weakness we show just encourges them to do more of these tactics, they already think we are weak.

If the Italian government exchanges these men, then we know how cowardly these dhimmi Leftists really are.

If I were a Muslim apostate I would never risk living publicly in a Western European nation. You cannot trust them. There is a long history of Western Europe in the 20th century and now here in the early 21st of appeasing Muslims.

I am not optimistic about this case. Furthermore, this Italian journalist should know the risks. No other human being should be made to pay the price of another's choice.

Robert: Nice job. Using Islamic resources such as this one should convince any person with a rational mind that killing apostates is woven into the theological fabric of Islam.

Muhammad's advice to kill former Muslims:
Volume 4, Book 52, Number 260:
Narrated Ikrima:
Ali burnt some people and this news reached Ibn 'Abbas, who said, "Had I been in his place I would not have burnt them, as the Prophet said, 'Don't punish (anybody) with Allah's Punishment.' No doubt, I would have killed them, for the Prophet [Muhammad] said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' "

P.S. I would get rid of that jungle music

I approve of the background "music" (which would be more accurately described as a background "beat"). It creates a sense of urgency and also drives the video along like a heartbeat. Dead silence would make the video dry in comparison. I'd suggest to actually "ramp up" the intensity of the beat to reflect the increasing intensity of the Jihadist activities for each week.

The argument for moderation re criticism and the avoidance of confrontational language was made re the old USSR as well. However, Lech Walesa, Solzenitzen, Pope John Paul II, Margaret Thatcher, President Reagan and others thought otherwise. Throughout the 1970's and into the 1980's the Soviets became increasingly bellicose as their arms buildup and internal repression were confronted. In 1983, the Soviets cold-bloodedly shot down a Korean passenger airline which they said had violated Soviet airspace. They did that to frighten their critics. Because of such Soviet bully tactics President Reagan publicly denounced the USSR as an "evil empire", but all right thinking "moderates" and "liberals" condemned his confrontational language.

Now we are faced with a similar situation with Islam and all right thinking moderates and liberals caution against the use of confrontational language with regard to unpleasant facts with Islam. For example, though Muhammed said apostates must be killed, and the direct dictation of God in the Koran mandates that believers must kill unbellievers, "moderates" ask for silence on such matters.

The similarities between the believers in the Soviet system and and the believers in Islam (and the apologists for both) are great. In either case, criticism is met with an infantile bellicosity that is meant to intimidate and silence criticism. (For example, in 1982, the Soviets attempted to kill the Pope for calling the USSR "totalitarian", now the Islamic maniacs engage in "Pope Rage".) However, the roots of such behavior and the fears of the Islamists are fears of confrontation with truth-fact, just as it was for the Soviets and for Soviet apologists.

Abdul Rahman could never be lawfully or morally returned. The twisted logic of an islamic country would permit such a thing buy no country in the west would ever do so.

Well, the Euros always say they can't retunr radical moslems to their countries because *they will face torture or death*. Let's see if they'll apply this *principle* evenly.
if they return this guy they will open themselves up to the argument that others - who are actually a threat to us [unlike this guy]- can also be returned to their countries. Something those who support his stay in Italy may want to bring up and make a big deal about!

Human Rights!! Not just for moslems, ok?

Why should a CHRISTIAN Nation give the mufties a CHRISTIAN and get back a mufti in exchnage??!! That makes no sense. By becoming a muftie this journo has forfit his Italian-ness and his European-ness.

Forget him!

Let his buddies behead their fellow muftie Italian journo!! Who cares??!

When a person has been bitten by a vampire or a zombie he is no longer a human.. i know this is from moovies... but it allpies to people who've been infected by islam [piss be upon it]
