"The radicals gained ground after a visit to the Middle East earlier this month by U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who tried to rally "moderate" Arab regimes into a united front against Iran, Hamas and the Lebanese militia Hizballah."
"New Calls by Hamas Militants to Target the U.S.: Washington's efforts to isolate and topple the Islamist government is amplifying calls from its more extreme element to abandon its reluctance to directly attack U.S. interests," by Tim McGirk in Time Magazine, with thanks to Middle East Info:
Commanders of the military wing of Hamas, the Islamist movement elected to power in the Palestinian territories earlier this year, are locked in a fierce debate over whether to launch terrorist attacks on U.S. targets in the Middle East. Despite its anti-American rhetoric, Hamas has until now refrained from any known terror strikes against the U.S. — only Israel is in its bomb sights, Hamas says. That position has been reinforced by the argument of more moderate elements in Hamas that if the movement acted in a reasonable manner, the U.S. and Europe would eventually be persuaded to release funds and foreign aid to the Palestinian Authority blocked last March after Hamas assumed office. But within Hamas, the argument may be tipping the other way. In furtive, underground meetings held in the West Bank and Gaza, a growing number of Hamas commanders say they are running out of patience with the U.S. and want to strike back. Insiders say the radicals are trying to exploit the exasperation within the movement at what they perceive as the Bush Administration's one-sided support of Israel and its attempts to press Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to dissolve the Hamas cabinet.
The radicals gained ground after a visit to the Middle East earlier this month by U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who tried to rally "moderate" Arab regimes into a united front against Iran, Hamas and the Lebanese militia Hizballah. "The U.S. has become very hostile to the Palestinians," one Hamas field commander told TIME. "We shouldn't stand by idly while the Americans are plotting against us."
But we just gave them a bunch of new weapons, what more do they want? Yeah Condi, they deserve more aide.
Get a clue Whitehouse. They deserve to starve and/or kill each other.
i guess this ramadan thing makes them real horny - if they are thinking of attacking US interests, they must really want their virgins...
its us or them...
kill 'em all - let allah sort them out.
It would have been nice if things had gone better in Afganistan so Hamas would have a clearer picture of what a U.S. response to attacks on our interests post 9/11 would look like. If Hamas thinks they can get away with attacks on the U.S., they are misinformed.
A Hamas attack on U.S. interests would spell its end, I think. I suspect that the administration would have little difficulty taking Hamas to the woodshed under such circumstances and I hope they have already drawn up plans for what their response should entail. I think the Hamas leadership will be begging to return to the days of "frozen aid" if such an attack occurs.
[q]A Hamas attack on U.S. interests would spell its end, I think.[/q]
Hamas is just another name for "muslims spreading islam". The Enemy. We should destroy them now.
But we also need to rid our lands of any islamic influence. Not a trace of islam should be permitted within our borders or those of our allies. We should work in concert to achieve this noble goal.
Why do we continue to entertain notions of "spreading democracy" in the islamic world. It is a wasted concept on a culture as retarded as islam. Islam is only worthy utter destruction.
Israeli military need to keep targeting hammas leadership, let them keep meeting in basements, rats belong underground. cut off aid to hammas and all those supporting hammas now.
These threats are a warning, they simple mean “give us money and we will behave” pay no attention. The easy way to tell if a muslim, any muslim (especially hamas) is lying is - watch them. If their mouth moves, they are lying.
"The U.S. has become very hostile to the Palestinians," one Hamas field commander told TIME. "We shouldn't stand by idly while the Americans are plotting against us."
Who the hell is plotting against whom? Time for plotting is over. Talk's cheap. No more jizya to Hamas; any money planned for Hamas should go to Israel, with a big press release.
Hamas needs to send a pollster around the blue collar neighborhood where I live and really gage the opinions. They think the US Government is hostile; I wish they would solicit my opinion.
Hamas can thank their moon-god that people like me can't get elected President.
We are at war with Islam.
Muslims of any group might hatch such plans and coordinate with other Islamic groups to attack non-Muslims.
It's absurd to assume the barn door can be closed.
The snarling beast of Islam has been loosed upon the world. It appears to hve rabies and must be put down.
The sooner non Muslim world realizes this the better for everyone
Gaza will be the next focal point for the proxy wars between the West and Iran.
Though it may prove folly (the guns provided to the PA under the Oslo Agreement were ultimately turned against Israel), there is a concerted effort underfoot by the US and Israel to arm and train Fatah.
On the advice of US Lt.-Gen Keith Dayton, the Bush administration is investing $10 million to expand Yasser Arafat’s old Force 17 from 3,500 to 6,500 men and equip them with arms, a fleet of vehicles - some armored – and communications systems. The Americans have also hired Palestinian contractors to upgrade the Palestinian Jericho facility as a central training base and the Palestinian Authority’s most modern military installation. Training and living conditions will be on a par with Israel’s special operations forces’ installations. Palestinian security officers will act as instructors under the guidance of British military personnel.
Concurrently, Hamas is being armed and trained by Iran.
Thursday, Oct. 12, the Iranians, aided by Syria and its permanent guest Hamas politburo chief Khaled Meshaal, pulled off a series of military accords for bringing the Palestinian jihadists under their wing. Iran will arm and train Hamas’ 6,500-strong rapid deployment force as the Palestinian operational equivalent of its Lebanese surrogate, the Hizballah, thus gaining control of two anti-Israeli fronts and promoting the Lebanonization of the Gaza Strip.
Despite all the rhetoric from Abbas and Haniyeh about a "unity government" and a "red-line" against internecine violence, the two have failed to agree a common strategy for eradicating Israel and with the Palestinian Arabs suffering the consequences in reduced Western aid, Fatah and Hamas are locked in a power struggle which will ultimately be settled through civil war.
As an American Jew I can only say please, please, please Hamas - attack the U.S.
From 9/11 when they danced in the streets till now the 'Palestinians', whether Hamas or Al Aqsa Brigades have enjoyed the distinction of being 'special' terrorists to be coddled and indulged and fussed over.
It will be the greatest 'Palestinian' suicidal blunder of all time to 'declare war' on uthe U.S.. Decades of phony victimhood and cloying propaganda down the drain.
Commanders of the military wing of Hamas…
… amplifying calls from its more extreme element to abandon its reluctance to directly attack U.S. interests.
… the argument of more moderate elements in Hamas…
This wing, that element, those militia… these Moslems constitute a 3-winged version of that depressive roach who woke up at the beginning of Kafka’s Metamorphosis.
They’re always changing temperature, shape, color, tone, smell, you name it. The only things that haven’t changed in the past 1,396 yrs are their sense of fashion and sense of ideology.
Flapping the three wings erratically, the flying roach sorta apologizes to us by threatening to mass murder us, but only halfheartedly. This is the big insect's odd charm.
We've given over how much over these Leb Moslems the last 30 yrs? Gotta be over a billion dollars in hard earned American taxpayer-generated wealth.
It's a sad, sad day when we are forced to sort through the panoply of strains of this large insect called Moslem, and we, the altruistic & fearful West take the time and expense to do all this Unicorn hunting, and the best we come up with is a heavily funded Jihad terror paragovernment, Hamas, that can only receive charity, but has not the skill or grace to become civilized or otherwise improved from their lowly and extremely dangerous state.
I really hope they start something. I really really do!
I'm not worried about Palestinian thing. Let them SEETH. It's cheaper than giving them aid. Some where we have gotten this idea that if we give money (aid) to people, that they will do the right thing with it.
Here's the latest news Washington. They wont!
Since the economy of Islam is essentially some sort of socialism, we know that it is unsustainable. It must have injections of money (aid) to keep it going.
Here's another clue Washington. Cut the aid/money it's going to buy another Chinese rocket launcher.
Hello Washington, Do you think that these people if well fed and housed will be too lazy to cause trouble, possibly another war? Stop smoking that stuff Washington.
Hamas has got the right idea. When the US Govt. is quiet, the government nerds are up to something? Yes, they are probably plotting something. So get it on Hamas.... now! Start something. (I hate sending taxes to Washington and having the govt. nerds down there with nothing to do except a sectary or page or two.
Hurry up Hamas...........
God willing, of course.
Why aren't we fomenting the divisions in Islam? The Fatah/Hamas conflict in the PA and the Sunni/Shiite conflict in Iraq should be encouraged. Stand back and let them kill each other and then we can just wipe out whoever is left standing.
Commanders of the military wing of Hamas…, that is total bunk.. hamas is totally evil and violent, there are no division of thought with hammas, it is killing infidels all the time.
From an article in the Jerusalem Post on the numbing speech delivered by Condoleeza Rice, expressing the Administration's stout opposition to the Fast Jihad of Hamas and stout support for the Slow Jihad of Fatah. Note the comparison, that comes so easily to Rice (and Bush) between what "Palestinians" or "Iraqis" do in their Democracy-Is-On-the-March behavior and the Founders of the American Republic. Ask yourself what you think Condoleeza Rice and George Bush know or understand about the early history of the United States, about Franklin, Washinigton, Adams, Jefferson, Madison, George Mason, and all the others, and how they see such PLO leaders as Mahmoud Abbas as similar figures, and the "Palestinian" people (a political fiction deliberately created to disguise, and thereby promote, the Jihad against Israel) as similar, in any conceivable way, to the inhabitants of the colonies that became the thirteen original states under the Articles of Confederation, and then, linked in a different way, becoming one nation defined and organized by its incomparable
Constitution, and the incomparable group of statesmen who wrote it and then urged its acceptance. She has managed to offend every decency, managed to misconstrue entirely the nature of Jihad as defined and prompted by the canonicaltexts of Islam. But not only that. She has shown an ignorance of the most important period of American history, and of the men who were responsible.
In a single speech she managed to do all that. One of the most disgusting speeches by a figure at the cabinet level in American history.
Here is an article with several of the most egregious passages:
Rice: Palestinian struggle echoes battle for US independence
By NATHAN GUTTMAN
Talkbacks for this article: 185
WASHINGTON - In her first-ever appearance before an American-Palestinian crowd, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice reiterated her personal commitment and that of the US administration to the creation of an independent Palestinian state as part of a two-state solution.
"I believe that there could be no greater legacy for America than to help to bring into being a Palestinian state for a people who have suffered too long, who have been humiliated too long, who have not reached their potential for too long, and who have so much to give to the international community and to all of us," Rice told an audience of several hundred guests at a gala event of the American Task Force on Palestine (ATFP), a US group working to promote the idea of an independent Palestinian state.
"I promise you my personal commitment to that goal," Rice concluded.
Rice compared the vision of Palestinian statehood to that of American independence and the civil rights battles in one of the strongest endorsements from the Bush administration to the idea of an independent Palestinian state.
"I should never have grown up in segregated Birmingham, Alabama to become the secretary of state of the United States of America," Rice said, adding that eventually, once these visions do come true, "we wonder why did anyone ever doubt that it was possible."
Rice emphasized US support to the Palestinian people, by increasing the American foreign aid to the Palestinians to $468 million, and by putting in place an international mechanism which will allow transfer of financial assistance to the Palestinians without going through the Hamas government.
She said that now, after several months of having Hamas in power, the Palestinian people are holding Hamas accountable for the situation in the territories.
"Hamas now faces a hard choice that it has always sought to avoid: Either you are a peaceful political party, or a violent terrorist group - but you cannot be both," Rice said.
The secretary of state also stressed the importance of backing moderate leaders in the Arab world, such as Mahmoud Abbas in Palestine, Fuad Siniora in Lebanon and Nouri al-Maliki in Iraq. She said that one of the goals of her recent trip to the region, her sixth trip since becoming secretary of state, was to "build a support for those people who are trying and who need our help more than ever now."
Ziad Asali, president of the American Task Force on Palestine, said Wednesday that the fact that Rice came to speak at the American-Palestinian event has great importance. At the same time, Asali stressed that it does not reflect a change in policy toward the region, though "sometimes symbolism is more important than substance."
Do not forget this speech. Not a word of it.
Rice's speech makes you wonder if she's so far gone that she believes her own lies.
OT al-Reuters news flash: Muslims find errors in Pope's presentation of Islam.
Heh.
Heh heh heh heh heh.
HeeheeheeheeHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahahahahahoohoohoohoohoo....
The more Muslims that attack Americans and American interests, the better.
I want to get this giant fully awake, so hurry the hell up Hamas. Give it a good kick.

US launches plan to help Hamas opponents
US launches plan to help Hamas opponents
Bush Administration starts USD 42 million campaign projected to bolster Hamas' political opponents ahead of possible early Palestinian elections
The United States has quietly started a campaign projected to cost up to USD 42 million to
bolster Hamas' political opponents ahead of possible early Palestinian elections, say officials linked to the program.
The plan to promote alternatives to Hamas includes funding to help restructure President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah group and provide training and strategic advice to politicians and secular parties opposed to Hamas Islamists.
"This project supports (the) objective to create democratic alternatives to authoritarian or radical Islamist political options," said one official US document obtained by Reuters.
The US campaign coincides with signs that Abbas is considering sacking the government led by Hamas, which defeated Fatah in January elections, in a process that could lead to a new parliamentary vote.
US Officials and consultants say the effort is being conducted without fanfare in order to protect the Palestinians who are receiving US Help -- some already branded by Hamas leaders as collaborators with Washington and Israel.
"We don't operate with firecrackers and neon signs to attract attention to ourselves," said one of the contractors working with Fatah on behalf of the US State Department.

Yoni comments:
"This is wrong it is 100% America supporting evil.
I again have to ask the question does America care about dead Jews?
I know from people I know that in cases where American citizens that happened to be Jewish and were murdered by the Palestinians that America turned a blind eye to the terrorism and murder. I know this because it happened to a friend of mine.
President Bush and his administration are hypocrites of the highest nature, America will fight terror against its citizens every where in the world. But if you read the fine print it does not apply if the victims of terrorism and murder happen to be Jews.
In the case of Jews being murdered America will give weapons to terrorist that will be used to murder more Jews and money to line the vaults in Swiss bank account to prop up the murdering scum that America wants to back.
Why does America do this to try to pretend that some fantasy world can be created in the Middle East, where Palestinians and Jews live in peace?
Don't worry America is willing to allow Jews to be murdered in order to achieve America policy in the Middle East."

americaningermany you need to know, politicians say one thing to one crowd and another thing to another, unfortunately this keeps us guessing. look at what was said to pakistan, that they would be bombed up to the stone age if they did not help. there will never be one state, as the PA muslims do not want it. all this talk is a farce, and do you see better things from the democrats? please enlighten me? l am not saying Condi Rice is perfect, but l can see she needs to learn more about islam.
In 1785, John Adams (President) and Thomas Jefferson (Secretary of State) were in England to manage demands for a payoff from the Barbary States and an emergent incident of some US sailors being enslaved by Muslims.
They met with His Excellency Abdrahaman, representing the Sultan of Tripoli. Abdrahaman offered peace with Tripoli for 30,000 guineas (plus 3,000 pounds sterling for Abdrahaman's personal use). The price tag for peace with all of the Barbary States would be ten times higher.
Jefferson gave his Department the following instructions; "lastly our determination to prefer war in all cases to tribute under any form, and to any people whatever,"
Despite some negotiations and payments in the interim, military forces were used and the problem kind of went away over the next few decades. The United States Marine Corps got a nice song out of the deal.

They should teach this stuff at Stanford.
Why does America do this to try to pretend that some fantasy world can be created in the Middle East, where Palestinians and Jews live in peace?
I've asked that question so many times.
Hamas has said that they are our enemy since it's inception. We don't believe them.
Iran says they want to wipe Israel and the USA off the map, we don't believe them.
What does it take to convince the West that they must protect themselves and not "be nice" to a sworn enemy?
It is just maddening! More than maddening is the policy of our government to keep so much from the people. The truth would be nice.
On the same subject, I would dearly love to be able to vote on the policy of foreign aid. If the people who are being robbed in order to send billions to ungrateful countries were able to stop foreign aid, it would stop tomorrow.
Both Hamas and Fatah are the enemies of the US and Israel. Who is the government kidding when they say they will support the opponenet to Hamas? Both are evil. The only solution is to eradicate the Palestinian occupiers. Carpet bomb Gaza, bring in bulldozers to push all the rubble into the sea to make a big man-made reef and turn Gaza into a big beach resort. Then after that plan to do something in the West Bank. Time to move the illegal occupiers off of Israeli land. If it were up to me, I would have dropped a bomb on Al-Aqsa yesterday. 175,000 terrorists at Friday prayers. That was the missed opportunity of a lifetime!! Maybe next Friday?
Foreign aid:

It doesn't work, you can'r rent friends.

"It just seems to me like everyone in politics these days has been hijacked by islam and not allowed to say what they really mean."
Good observation !
So the best vote I can think of this year is NO vote! We should spend the Election Day with our family instead of wasting your time to stand on a long line to wait for your turn to vote. Better go shopping instead. Spend some money and buy something you enjoy. Play some outdoor tennis if the weather permits.
There is a widespread culture of corruption in America's politics these days. Our political parties are more interested in protecting their own interests, than national interests, than your interests. Ordinary citizens like you and me are at the bottom of the totem pole, like poor people in a rich society. You are disadvantaged. Whoever you vote or support, you will not change the political outcome. Not by you!
Speculating who politicians will do what is like speculating what stocks will go up in the stock market. Everyone has an opinion on politics, like everyone has an opinion on the stock market. Everyone has an a**hole! The stock market goes everywhere it wants. You can't fight the stock market. No one really knows the stock market. No one really knows the politicians. Some folks may appear to be very articulate or convincing in discussing politics like stock market analysts. But history tells us that they will all be proven to be wrong again and again.
Yet these people KNOW for a fact that American people have better things to do than waste their time "plotting" against Palestinian Muslims (like play shuffleboard or scratch their fingernails down chalkboards). As if Americans are really going to drop their cushy, blessed lives so they can run over the world's most worthless people in the world's most worthless place (the Middle East) and get a bunch of blood-crazed Muzzie-zombies even more homicidal than ever before....and all for NOTHING!!!!! The very idea stretches the boundaries of the word "stupid."
What this tells me is that all these people are merely looking for is more blood to spill in the name of their snicker-snack in the sky, 'al-lah'.
HAMAS and its murderous minions don't care any more about the "plight of the Palestinians" than we do (which is a tiny, tiny, miniscule amount indeed). The Palestinian "president" Yasser Arafat, after all, was worth billions and his wife lived in palatial splendor in Paris (and I suspect still does) while he turned his malignly neglected, impoverished people into bloodstains on the pavement of Palestine, with the full knowledge, assistance and blessings of the world's Islamic terrorists and religious leaders all to slaughter Israelis in order to satisfy the murderous requirements set in the Kuran.
There's one born every minute.
Claude: what you know wouldn't fill a thimble. Innuendo is no substitute for hard information.
If by some bizarre twist of fate you get any real facts let us know.
I won't hold my breath, though.
FYI: By not voting, the public would be GUARANTEEING those with vested interests will come out on top and in so doing keep the status quo stalemated. And that would be self-defeating since YOU already expressed dissatisfaction with the status quo.
Therefore you have dispensed some very bad advice to the American public.
So, go vote.
Pythagoras,
Thanks for your wise advice! I may vote, but I'll certainly sit on my ass on the Election day to chat with you here at JW to listen to your other wise advice.
Arafat is the one person in the Middle East who has done the most to guide all the Muslims into this Cesspool of hatred. It doesn’t matter what faction the Muslims belong to. He has convinced the Palestinians that Israel has taken their land - land that was never theirs in the first place. He promoted Fatwas and Charters to eliminate Israel. He stayed back and sent ignorant people, who didn’t have a chance, to fight Israel by terrorist methods. When they were defeated, he blamed Israel because they had the training and weapons. He said “poor Palestinians who were destitute and didn’t have any weapons.” Where did Israel get all their superior weapons? From the US. So now the US becomes the Great Satan for ganging up with Israel against the “poor Palestinians” who live like rats in camps. He appealed to all the world for financial aid to help his poor people who were living like rats = rat hole. So, money came pouring into the rat hole. Did he relinquish any part of the Fatwa’s or Charters? No. Did he direct that money to the benefit of the rats? Very little. Did he put any effort into easing the hatred - no. He increased it. He directed the biggest portion of the aid for himself and made sure the rats were still destitute and screamed for more aid which he used for more terrorist activities. Has the living conditions in the Cesspool of rats improved from all this aid? No So, the cycle goes on and on within the Arab/Muslim world. The hatred and deceit is increasing and spreading throughout the world.
So, along comes Condi Rice with her trips and speeches indicating sympathy to their plight - and more aid. I can just hear the reaction from the Cesspool of rats - keep your speeches and sympathy - but we’ll take the aid. A prime example of pouring money down a rat hole. Just my opinion.
This is sort of OT, but the Norks are connected to the GWOT.

"The Bush Administration's one-sided support of Israel and its attempts to press Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to dissolve the Hamas cabinet."
Forgive, but was it "Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas" that had streets named in the names of those suiside bombers who exploded some of the citizens of Israel?
And we are sending aid?
Must be the CFR party's idea, of the "new world order".
Condi says, "I believe that there could be no greater legacy for America than to help to bring into being a Palestinian state for a people who have suffered too long, who have been humiliated too long, who have not reached their potential for too long, and who have so much to give to the international community and to all of us,"
I dont think i want what "they" have to "give" to us, or the international community.
Does Condi think that the cure for cancer is gonna come out of the west bank or gaza?
If an average citizen can be sentenced to prison for donating to terror groups then shouldn't our elected officials also be held responsible if money from the US gov't going to "the palestinians" is used for terror operations- and if so then
how many years will Condi get for her ties to Hamas?
Claude,
Check out this link, http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/061012/ids_photos_ts/r3596590233.jpg Now think about the fact that the South, while they may not have a perfect government they do have the vote. They also have electricity with which they can choose to sit around and visit with their families or make things for which others may sell or purchase. The North on the other hand has no vote and as you can see not much else.
"They should teach this stuff at Stanford."

Aside from Victor Hanson, is there anyone at the Hoover Institution who knows his ass from a hole in the ground?
Billions for Defense and not one cent for tribute.
(Somebody other than me said that.)( Adjusted for inflation.)
BTW limes, I used to sing that song especially on Nov 10th. It was fun watching all those officers walking around with their Mameluke Swords.
BTW, I'm running out of patience, how long would it take, in today's minutes, to flatten Gaza and the West Bank? And how long would it take to build the shopping mall?
If HAMAS DO ATTACK U.S. they will certainly explode themselves-literally.These mindless fanatics, buoyed by wishful thinking that their Bros Hezbollah have defeated Israel, might just take such a step...Go HAMAS go-a perfect excuse for wiping out a rats'nest. Also -even most stupid Western Leaders would stop all aid going to Palestinians which should have been cut off decades ago.
americaningermany,
Here are my guesses,
1. When bush came in to office he had no clue of the coming 9-11. Perhaps even our greatest Presidents would have struggled with that. The second election was a choice between weak or really weak.
2. They tried to give the old college try to the light unto the muslim world. They really hoped it would work.
3. The situation now is similar to a Global hostage crisis (non-jihadis living among the jihadis), the wrong words to the hostage takers and many many people could die as a result. I know, people are dying already but witness Pope rage, can you imagine Bush rage?
4. We have decided to show up late to the jihad, 9-11 woke us up but the solution won’t happen in half a decade or more. The jihad has after all been going on a long, long time. How long will it take I don’t know, we can only do our best to change what we have done in the past. We need not only new leadership but also to clean house in all government beauracracies and fire those unelected administrators that don’t represent the good of the people.
5. Regarding the money being sent, I have no explanation for those brainless attempts at purchasing their friendship. We need to cut off and reevaluate foreign aid.
6. In the meantime the people are left in a position similar to their ship being torpedoed and ending up in the water, having been washed up on a deserted island… They can do one of two things, sit on the beach and ponder their predicament or get up and do something/anything to change their situation.
.. and thanks to CAIR and ACLU, Hamas is already positioned all over US... and Dubya wants to open borders.... and given dubya's close ties with Saudi, won't be surprising if dubya is a secret HAMAS member/spy.....
Why do we continue to entertain notions of "spreading democracy" in the islamic world. It is a wasted concept on a culture as retarded as islam. Islam is only worthy utter destruction.

... no no.. you see dubya is on the high horse and "he" is giving the "democracy-in-Middle East" nonsense. Dubya, condi, state dept, white house are not "we", the people if you see what I mean.
per the mullahs, Libery & Democracy is not compatable with the filth that is the cult of islam.
how many more American and Allied deaths and billions of dollars will it take before prezs bush realizes that the cult of islam will never accept Liberty or Democract and start destroying the vile and filthy cult...............
Remember 9/11, 7/7 and Darfur.
The Texican.
God, Family, America and Freedom, the only choice at any cost.
by the way, the European Onion is also increasing its subsidy for the "palestinian authority," despite the hamas having the support of most the Arab-Muslims in the "palestinian territories."
Condi spoke in a very dangerous manner the other day, as quoted above. One of the prerequisites for peace between Arabs and Israelis is for the "two-state solution" to be put to rest.
Further, Abbas is lying when he claims that George Bush is "one-sided" in favor of Israel. The Arabs are clever negotiators and diplomats, though, since they always want more, they claim that everyone is one-sidedly against them. They are hoping to raise the rate of jizya paid to them.
It was the Administration's push for "democracy" that brought those fascist morons into power there. Democracy without respect for human rights is worse than human rights without democracy. Muslims have always been very democratic people, if you consider lynch mobs democracy.
It just seems to me like everyone in politics these days has been hijacked by islam and not allowed to say what they really mean.

Off-Topic FYI: There is an ESPN special tomorrow morning (Sunday morning at 9:30am EST) on Pat Tillman called "Outside the Lines" which deals with his journey from the NFL to Afghanistan and tragic death. The preview showed fellow Rangers being interviewed who were there at the scene on the day he was killed. Maybe this will settle the issue of how he died once and for all. I hope so, but I also hope that it will be mainly a tribute to one Man's bravery, dedication, and sacrifice for his country, for all of us. Pat Tillman, American Hero, RIP.

... starting with president / commander-in-chief who had sold out long before taking the office. Needless to add, getting into the highest office of the 'free-world' thru wahabbi wealth, self-defeating as it is, makes a mockery of the office most hard-working tax-paying Americans relate to great statesmen like George Washington, honest Abe and many more, not realizing that the office is now in the pocket of wahabbi wealth and illegal-immigrant mexican nannies. Who would have thought that American presidency will kneel to wahabbi wealth and a few pesos. However distressing as it sounds, America is bigger trouble than average mind can comprehend, by electing a timid, spineless and a corrupt president. Coming back to americaningermany, try a simple google search on Bush + Saudi.

Apropos the VOTE..
IMHO it's best to go and write in MICKEY MOUSE as a sign of protest. In the 88 election MICKEY won in several of the WESTERN states.. before EITHER the blue or the red candidate!
and that was in **88**
Makes pretty disgusting reading so far..
..maybe another Boston Tea Party is in order.
The US has only itself to blame if Hamas attacks it. For some crazy reason it wanted to play the mediator game with those poor, oppressed Palestinians while basically stabbing its longtime ally Israel in the back. The Palestinians have been total losers for 60 years with their constant whining of being victims of everything under the sun. They never have been and never will be anything more than a useless rabble. Now that the US hasn't basically demolished Israel for them Hamas is all upset about it. The US needs to cut off all aid to all of the Palestinian factions-PLO, Hamas, etc. These losers get plenty of aid from elsewhere and will never listen to the US anyway. Backing Israel to the hilt as in the past is the only thing Washington needs to do in that area.

THAT and letting them off the chain for once!! Let the palis and the other islamos experience the BRUNT iron Fist of Eretz Israel while we stand by and let them fight these schoolyard bullies mano a mano.
We all know what the result will be :-)
Makes pretty disgusting reading so far..
..maybe another Boston Tea Party is in order.

.. How do you say... HAPPY HALLOWEEN!?
I do love the fact that the US keeps sending Condi on these missions. They can't really be naive enough to think that muslim men are ever going to listen to a woman, let alone a black woman. With each visit, the US is saying 'we're ready to negotiate, but racial and gender equality are non-negotiable'. Doomed to failure, but taking the correct stance!

Maybe we should send a JEWISH woman! But not Ms Halfbrite puh-leez. Fook dem.. we can send anyone we LIKE!! After all they keep sending their fat swarthy smelly pigs to us. At least we send females.. maybe not all of them are "lookers", but hey...
hey hey ho ho.. eeslam had got to go!
Is that part of the problem with Condi: her gender and ethnicity are such a slap in the face to the muslim men that she feels she has to appease too much? She needs to take a tougher stance.

.. Oh.. it is a lot more than that. Like understanding Islam. She has lots of reading to do starting with Understanding Islam to The Truth About Muhommad.
Ofcourse she needs to take a tougher stance too.
It just seems to me like everyone in politics these days has been hijacked by islam and not allowed to say what they really mean.
Fictive Reality. Cf., Marshall McLuhan.
Jorge bin Boosh has been bought and paid for by his buddies the Sowdis.

What is dangerous is that given our system of government, the president/commander-in-chief now has the entire government machinery at his disposal. Elect an astute statesman and the nation is safe, secure and prosperous. Elect a slick politician, with a father as an ex-president, ex-CIA chief, wealthy wahabbis and wealthy presidents as "family-friends", businesses funded by daddy's wealth, raised by illegal mxican nannies, never worked to "earn" any of the wealth, go AWOL, knowing well that political clout and wealth matter more than patriotism; and you have a businessman putting everything from ports to citizenship up for sale. Any wonder the president of the "free world" ran like a rat to eat the phase that mattered (Islamo-facist) at one call from the wealthy wahabbis in Riyadh and you have a corrupt and a timid leader selling-out his country without as much as batting an eyelid. Take a closer look and letting wahabbis to safety after 9/11, condemning patriotic minutemen and selling citizenship to illegal aliens sounds like the opposite of what a patriotic American, specially an American president/commander-in-chief, would do.
americaningermany you have taken out so many things out of context of what Bush says, and your ranting on him is getting long and old. our enemy are the islamist terrorists, and set your sights on the next president, one thing to remember is that most likely you will not find a candidate among the Democats.
despite their republican credentials they are still sounding like democrats. all is lost with this lot. i dread to think what the next mob will be like. or what they'll inherit to deal with.
Americaningermany:
Tom Tancredo! Damn straight. He may be as corrupt as the rest, but at least he understands the problem if liberal immigration policies.
I was in AZ recently and the immigration issue is a hot one there. I was suprised to see a number of candidates taking a "Tancredo" stance.
I say make him president and lets have a 50 year break from ALL immigration. And a indefinate ban on muslim immigration.

Thanks KillHankKill,
Tancredo also said "Nuke Mecca", whether he was serious or not, I don't know, but I like his stance on illegal immigration in any case.
He is a no nonsense kind of guy and that's what we need.
AMEN to that, KillHankKill and americaningermany!

ZenaWarriorPrincess, given our system of government, the president, sec of state hold amazing powers. Islamic enemy realizes that just too well. Furthermore, the enemy also know that Bush family is bought over by Saudi wealth for decades (for more on this read Robert Baer's book http://www.amazon.com/Sleeping-Devil-Washington-Saudi-Crude/dp/1400050219 ). Heck Barbara even adopted Bandar in the family. Point is that presidency is a civic post not a family business. COlluding with foreign appointees is a sensitive subject going to the heart of US security. Irresponsible handling (like dubya's holding hands with wahabbis, taking wahabbi funds for family business, back-slappong Saudi ambassador etc..) compromises US security leading to: http://www.republicanandproud.com/warning.htm Then you must have seen how quickly dubya danced away fron 'Islamo-facist' term, after just one call from Riyadh.
You are a smart lady. Tell me if anyone in their right mind would call Saudi Arabia and Pakistan the father and morehr of terror, 'friend and ally'? What does that say about Bush? Finally, each and every weakness, by democrat / republican is ruthlessly exploited by the barbarians. There is a heavy price to pay for party politics.
Thank YOU Alert! At least I don't feel completely alienated now.

No doubt Tom Tancredo is one of the few congressmen who has American welfare at heart. Infact, Tom Tancredo's web site: http://www.teamamericapac.org/ is good guide to upcoming elections.
Ok, lets all remember we are on the same team. If we do not express what we feel how will we ever move forward? americaningermany, ZenaWarriorPrincess, you both have good points and as usual I will take what I think is useful in them and go with it. We are all angry at the Pols and rightly so. Neither party appears to be on the same page as the people. Oh well, we “will" get through it eventually. Get mad and say what you feel but work together. That’s right, Gung Ho, as is said. Forget about hate it is a distraction. It is not hard to picture what the enemy is capable of, and that should be enough to see us through in doing our patriotic duty, wherever that may lead
Limes said: "In 1785, John Adams (President) and Thomas Jefferson (Secretary of State) were in England...." and that this should be taught in Stanford. I hope it isn't, because the facts are all wrong.
Adams was President from March 4,1797, to March 4, 1801. The Constitution that created these offices wasn't even written till 1787 and was ratified in 1789.
It isn't enough to be on the right side of the barricades; one should also have one's facts right, so that if one converts a person one won't have one's "facts" thrown back at one.
Why should Islam be respected?
After all, Islam allows no Muslim freedom of conscience. If a Muslim seeks to convert to, say, Christianity, he is killed.
No Muslim can ask me to respect Islam until he denounces the doctrine that ordains killing of Muslims who seek God in other ways.
As for "civilization", the Arabians under Mohammed in one of the great flukes of history happened to attack the two great empires of the day -- the Eastern Roman (Byzantine) and Persian -- just after the two had exhausted themselves in a horrendous 20-year war. The Arabians in this way managed to conquer all of one (the Persian) and half of the other.
The Muslims conquered the most civilized lands of Christendom -- Syria, Palestine, Egypt -- lands with 1,000 years of Greco-Roman civilization before the camel-herders came. The Muslim conquerors were "tolerant" of Christianity just like the American conquerors of Iraq and Afghanistan are tolerant of the Muslim religion there -- and with better reason, as the Muslims recognized that the conquered societies were unmistakeably more advanced than they in every way.
The great "intellectual achievements of the Arabs" when examined more closely were almost always made by Christians or Jews who happened to live under Muslim rule. It wasn't until the Crusade period that the non-Muslims came under great pressure to convert -- and (no coincidence) it was at this point that all intellectual progress ceased.
Today, Finland produces more non-oil export-value than does the entire Arab World. And what student of history, religion, and culture could be surprised by this?
If there was no threat of death hanging over every Muslim who wanted to change his religion, Islam would not last two generations.
