The media blackout on this book, despite its status as a New York Times Bestseller, is near-total. But after all, that is what the Internet is for.
Meanwhile, near-total is not absolutely total. Later on today I'll be taping an appearance on CNN Headline News with Glenn Beck. I believe it will air tonight.
UPDATE: The Beck show will air first at 7pm and then repeat at 9 and midnight, all ET, all on Headline News. That means it’s on at 4, 6 and 9pm Pacific Time. I am scheduled to be the lead interview for the night.

Glenn Beck is as big as you can get being an anti-jihadist. I hope you get a chance to plug your book on the show. I'm amazed that Glenn Beck even has a show on TV. I watch him every night just to hear his rants about radical islam, which we know means islam in general, although he won't go that far on TV. Although, on a few precious occasions, he has used the term muslims, rather than radical muslims when speaking of the problem. So we know he gets it.
Robert, all you need is more publicity, enough to get a fatwa issued, then you can rocket to fame like Salmon Rushdie.
You know, you might want to think of other titles for future books. To help you get more acceptance in the mainstream media, you could make a connection with modern events, rather than just talk about Mohammad as a subject onto itself.
For example, this is what you could have called your latest book:
The Man Behind the 9/11 Hijackers
No need to mention mohammad on the cover, or islam, or anything to red flag it as such. Yet, it would be the very same book, word for word, so your message is the same, but:
It would attract more attention, it would be right on theme, and it would give it a bit more political correctness, albeit not much, by giving show hosts a "news" reason to profile the book. This could also save it from the dreaded religion section of the book stores and help put it on the more popular "current events" section.
Once there, it would generate a lot more islamic backlash, which would generate the news needed to get the talk show hosts to talk about it, not because of the topic at hand, but because the backlash would be news itself, like the cartoon fiasco. Essentially, that is what the news media is interested in - news, not academia.
My mother never reads books, but during the Salmon Rushdie affair, she, like millions of others, bought the book just to see what all the ruckus was about.
Think about it for your next book.
I wonder if the book refers to E. Karsh's assertion that the Hadith "I was ordered to fight all men" is to found in the farewell address? I've noticed this inaccurate attribution in several places.

Glenn Beck certainly isn't afraid to say what's on his mind. Looks like CNN has given over headline news to all the non-left politicals and personalities that they don't want polluting their main channel.
One more big attack on Americans in America and the mainstream media taboo on interviewing Robert will be a thing of the past.
Sorry, cnn is permanently banned/deleted/excluded from my TV/Radio/Internet. No offense, but I will never watch that group of America hating, terrorist spokes mouth rats, never! They are with the enemy, isn’t it obvious? Don’t give these rats any ammo, they will only twist it around and use it against you!

Glenn Beck is the only tolerable show on CNN or CNN Headline- he has on interesting guests (many writers) and regularly shows captioned clips from MEMRI. He also likes to talk about the mahdi- he's the only tv news person who I've ever heard use the word.

Have you ever even SEEN the Glenn Beck show on CNN? I find it amazing that he's on TV at all, much less CNN. One thing you cannot say about him is that he is "with the enemy".

No, I don’t watch cnn, I will “maybe” try to catch him in the future. I will take your word that he is not with the enemy. For now I don’t trust anything that comes out of any media outlet except JW and a few others.

Apparently, Web-word-of-mouth plus the many online booksellers are an adequate counterweight to the traditional hijinx against politically incorrect books.
Coulter also noted that the large mainstream publishers disdain to carry conservative books and authors with proven sales records, yet they dump huge advances on authors and books whose messages they approve, and which almost never repay those advances in sales. It is to laugh.

Glenn is becoming extremely popular. I am Canadian, and even here he is gaining plenty of viewers. He is one breath of fresh air if you can't stand political correctness; here in Canada there is no shortage of PC.
Glenn, like you Robert, can’t stand political correctness and also feels that radical Islam is a devastating threat to Western civilization. Since he has had Walid Shoebat on his show several times, I think that you can get the same. Try to work with Glenn, as I think he will give you the coverage you need.

Terrific to see you on Glenn Beck tonight Robert! About a month ago I e-mailed him to suggest you as a guest, so....I'm sure it had nothing to do with my e-mail, but great to see you and your book getting some exposure. His interview segments are way too short.
I'm also glad to see fellow Canucks looking elsewhere for truth in the media. God knows the CTRC barely allows it in Canada. Our northern media is slanted so far left that moderate conservatives are made out to be raving lunatics.

Robert's book, "The Truth About Muhammad" is excellent!
Muhammad is no different from Adolf Hitler. His ideology of Arabism is no different from Nazism, a form of racism, colonism, and imperialism.
Muhammad's army conquered the predominantly non-Arab Oriental territories of the Byzantine Empire, such as North Africa and Levant. The Islamic imperialists imposed racist taxes called Jizyah and Kharaj upon their conquered subjects.
These taxes caused the Islamists' conquered subjects severe economic discrimination and humilation. To avoid this kind of terrible suffering, they were forced to convert to Islam and renounce their culture and become Arabs.
If not for the Crusaders who stopped Arab imperialism, the entire human race (regardless, White, Black, Brown, and Yellow) may have become Arabs. Let us be thankful to Pope Urban II and his Crusaders who waged a just war against the Islamic terrorists.
The EU must require Turkey to be compliant with EU human rights standards as a pre-condition for joining the union.
As for Iraq, we should encourage them to join NATO and/or EU in the same way as Turkey. This way, we can make these 2 countries as secular models to the Muslim world to follow.
A truly secular country shall uphold:
1. 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights
2. multi-party democracy as defined by International Democrats Union
3. religious/cultural freedom

Made it a point to get home to watch Glenn Beck.
He is great about cutting thru all the MSM's BS and get to the point. He had an awesome lead in to the Gay Paris suburb's Jihad violence and how the police in France along with the Firefighters getting ambushed by those little terrorists then your interview just after. Great job Robert!!
Keep posting your TV and cable gigs and the sleepers will hopefully wake up what a problem or as Glenn put it, "The Perfect Storm" will descend on all of the free world. I like how he put it and you reinforced that Europe is almost history now....
